This policy describes how Agoris collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.

Data Collected

Email address: when you create an account, subscribe to a trade show alert, or sign up for our newsletter.
Editorial preferences: sectors and cities followed, to personalise your alerts.
Anonymised technical data: browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics 4).

Purposes of Processing

To send you the trade show alerts you have subscribed to.
To send you our monthly newsletter (only with explicit consent).
To improve the service by measuring audience in an aggregated manner.

Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the basis of your consent (explicit sign-up) or Agoris's legitimate interest in providing a relevant editorial service.

Retention Period

Account and subscription data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for up to 3 years after your last interaction. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics settings).

Your Rights

You have the following rights at any time:

Right of access to your personal data.
Right to rectification and update.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
Right to data portability.
Right to object to processing.
Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Data Sharing

Agoris does not sell or rent your data. It may be shared only with our technical sub-processors (Vercel hosting, Supabase database, Google Analytics audience measurement), all of whom are bound by confidentiality and security commitments compliant with the GDPR.
