The Centre des Congrès de Reims is an events venue located right in the heart of the city, around a ten-minute walk from Reims Centre station. Designed by the architect Claude Vasconi and inaugurated in 1994, the building offers around 15,000 m² across three levels and hosts congresses, conventions, seminars and trade shows. Its largely glazed façade looks out over the Patte d'Oie park. It is now managed by Reims Events (the GL events group).
Halls and surface areas
The Centre des Congrès spans around 15,000 m² spread over three levels. It comprises two auditoriums (356 and 720 seats), around ten committee and meeting rooms, as well as an exhibition space of around 2,500 m². Its modularity makes it suitable for hosting plenary sessions as well as mid-sized trade shows.
Access and transport
The centre is located at 12 boulevard du Général Leclerc, around a 10-minute walk from Reims Centre station. The Champagne-Ardenne TGV station, in Bezannes (around 5 km away), is connected to the city centre by tram and TER. By car, access is via the A4 and A26 motorways. An underground car park with 232 spaces is available, supplemented by an exhibitor car park with around 75 spaces.
Services
The centre has catering areas and offers the standard services of an urban convention centre (reception, audiovisual equipment, modular rooms). Its central location provides immediate access to a range of hotels, cafés and restaurants, as well as to the historic centre of Reims. To discover the city's other events, see the Reims page.
