Potel et Chabot

Potel et Chabot is a catering house founded in Paris in 1820 by Jean-François Potel, rôtisseur-pâtissier, and Étienne Chabot, maître de bouche to the Duke of Orléans. It is now part of the Groupe Potel et Chabot, which also brings together the houses Saintclair (founded in 1982, joined the Group in 1988) and Dalloyau (founded in 1682, joined in 2024). Since 2023, Accor has held 100% of the Group's capital, following an initial stake taken in 2017. The Group offers, among other things, corporate cocktails, conventions and conferences, sit down meals and private receptions, and runs ten venues in Paris. It is certified to ISO 20121, the international standard for responsible management of event activity. The registered office of Potel et Chabot is at 3 rue de Chaillot, in Paris.
