Who exhibits
Typical profile
The offering covers the full digital security chain. The official directory classifies exhibitors into six families: institutional players and public operators, risk analysis and consulting, security design and solutions, GDPR compliance and personal data protection, attack detection, services. The site also details the segments covered: IT security product publishers (prevention, detection, response), software solution distributors, cyber-risk management, operational cybersecurity, physical IT security, digital solutions incorporating cybersecurity (videoconferencing, connected vehicles) and IT security research.
Notable exhibitors
The 2026 exhibitor directory is published and updated on the official website. The 2026 edition's partners page notably features HSE by Proofpoint, ManageEngine and Fortinet as sponsors, as well as the AFCDP, the CESIN, Cyber'Occ, Digital 113, the Gendarmerie nationale and La Mêlée as partners. The media partners are La Dépêche du Midi, La Dépêche Éco, Midi Libre, La Lettre M and MISC/Connect.
Quality of the audience
The CBC targets three circles explicitly described by the organiser: experts (CIOs, CISOs, cybersecurity and systems managers, DPOs, IT managers, risk managers, consultants), decision-makers at SMEs, mid-caps and large groups (executives, managing directors, purchasing directors, budget managers), and local authorities and administrations. The organiser highlights an audience of "more than 2,200 top decision-makers", consistent with the 2024 review. A business meeting platform accessible ahead of the trade show allows exhibitors to prepare their meetings.
Events & community
Conference programme
The 2026 programme is organised over two themed days. Wednesday 25 November focuses on digital strategy and governance: European regulations and data protection, the use of AI and regulation under the AI Act, and anticipating technological disruption. Thursday 26 November is devoted to Europe and cyberdefence: industrial and space supply chain security, post-quantum cryptography, embedded systems security and product security.
Beyond the conferences, the format also includes masterclasses, workshops, exhibitor pitches, technical demonstrations and a Capture The Flag challenge open to technical profiles. A recruitment and training area is also planned. The detailed programme and the list of speakers are put online by the organiser as the event approaches, on the programme page.
Awards and accolades
The event holds "une remise de trophées récompensant les experts de la filière" (an awards ceremony recognising the sector's experts). The categories and winners of the upcoming edition are announced by the organiser in the programme.
Community & networks
The CBC draws on the regional cyber ecosystem: the "Délégations & Clubs" (Delegations & Clubs) scheme allows an expert club, a sector association or a cyber community to organise a group visit, with a private meeting room on the trade show floor, dedicated networking formats (breakfast, lunch or an afterwork with exhibitors) and a bespoke schedule. Among the organisations featured on this page are the CCI Toulouse Haute-Garonne, the Institut Cybersécurité Occitanie, Cyber'Occ, Apixis, SFR Business, ITrust, Great-X, Orange Cyberdefense and Groupama.
The trade show is part of an already dense Toulouse cyber ecosystem, alongside the Toulouse Hacking Convention (THCon), which has a more academic and technical focus. At national level, it complements the two major events that are the Forum InCyber Europe in Lille and the Salon APS in Paris.
The organiser is present on LinkedIn and offers a mobile app for the event (Google Play and App Store).
On site: what you need to know
For access, parking and accommodation, see the venue page: MEETT (Concorde Avenue, 31840 Aussonne). By public transport, tram line T1 serves the MEETT Beauzelle stop from Arènes. By car, access is via the ring road towards Beauzelle, MEETT exit (Nord access via the D902 and N224), with a paid open-air car park with 3,000 spaces; the organiser recommends parking between markers N and Z to reach halls 2 and 3 directly. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is seven minutes away by car, and Toulouse-Matabiau station is connected to the métro, bus and tram network.
Specific to the trade show: the 2026 edition runs on Wednesday 25 November from 8.30am to 6pm and Thursday 26 November from 9am to 5pm. Entry is free with prior registration, with registrations opening in September. Revolugo is the official partner travel agency for accommodation (reservations@revolugo.com, +33 1 80 06 62 88).

Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Request the exhibitor pack via the form on the Exposer page: no pricing schedule is published online.
- Activate the business meeting platform as soon as it opens: it is the format's main lever for generating qualified leads ahead of the trade show.
- Weigh up a stand-only option against a sponsorship package: the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels give additional visibility on the partners page and the event's materials.
- Consider a pitch or an exhibitor workshop: the programme sets aside slots for this format, to be booked early.
For the decision-making visitor
- Register as soon as registrations open, announced for September: entry is free but subject to registration.
- Choose your day according to your needs: Wednesday for governance, compliance and AI, Thursday for cyberdefence, industrial and space supply chain and technical topics.
- For a group (club, association, cyber community), go through the Délégations & Clubs scheme: it gives access to a private room and a bespoke schedule.
- Set aside time for the demonstrations and the crisis unit exercise: these are the trade show's most hands-on formats.
Policy & CSR initiatives
Dépêche Events does not publish a "Commitments" or "CSR" page specific to the CBC, and the event does not hold its own ISO 20121 certification.
The verifiable approach lies at the level of the venue. The MEETT, operated by Toulouse Événements, a subsidiary of the GL events group, has been certified ISO 20121 since July 2022. The venue structures its approach around three areas: reducing its carbon footprint, with a target of a 25% cut in energy consumption; limiting single-use products and developing the circular economy; and developing diversity and territorial partnerships. Documented actions include a fleet of electric buggies, a partnership with the local food bank and on-site waste sorting facilities.
The trade show's content also has a deliberate societal dimension, with a recruitment and training area aimed at addressing the skills shortage in the cyber sector, and an awareness strand explicitly directed at SME leaders and local authorities. These elements are part of the programme, not a formalised organisational CSR commitment.

Trajectory analysis
The CBC has scaled up over three years. The 2024 edition ran for a single day, Thursday 28 November, with 200 exhibitors and 2,200 visitors. Since 2025, the event has spanned two days and targets 220 exhibitors and 3,500 visitors, with a programme structured by themed day. This move to a longer format reflects a more ambitious positioning: no longer just raising awareness among the regional business community, but capturing topics such as European cyberdefence, industrial and space supply chain and post-quantum cryptography, in a region where aerospace and space concentrate specific industrial security challenges.
Its regional roots remain both its strength and its limit: backed by the La Dépêche du Midi press group and drawing on the Cyber'Occ, Digital 113 and La Mêlée ecosystem, the CBC is the South-West's cyber meeting point, without claiming the volume of national events. For an exhibitor, it offers direct access to CIOs, CISOs and elected officials from Occitanie at a significantly lower cost than a Paris or Lille trade show.
The published figures remain organiser statements, without independent audit, and no set of figures for the 2025 edition has been published to date.
