Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offering is first and foremost one of equipment and solutions. The 2026 review splits the 217 exhibitors into five families: manufacturers of printing equipment and media (45%), distributors of equipment and media (26%), service providers (18%), software publishers (8%), and press and association partners (3%). The areas covered range from medium and wide-format digital printing to textiles, finishing and cutting, then to textile marking and decoration (embroidery, screen printing, transfer, direct digital), signage, display and illuminated communication, printing media and substrates, 3D, web-to-print and software publishing. The trade show claims an opening towards related markets: packaging, labelling, photography and 3D printing.

On the visitor side, the 2026 review gives the following breakdown by activity: printing, prepress and postpress (32%), marking and small-format printing (18%), object and textile distributors and resellers (12.5%), communication agencies (11.5%), visual communication service providers (9%), consulting, design and creation (7%), brands, industry, services and public administrations (7%).

Notable exhibitors

The official list is published by the organiser on the trade show's exhibitors page. The 2026 edition brought together 217 exhibitors, including 49 newcomers. The 2026 sponsors identified by the organiser were Konica Minolta and Print.com at Platinum level, Canon, Epson, Freshprocess, Kyocera and swissQprint at Gold level, and Realisaprint.com and Zünd at Silver level.

Quality of the audience

The 2026 edition welcomed 13,526 visitors over three days, with attendance split between Tuesday (31%), Wednesday (40%) and Thursday (29%). The organiser's review puts the decision-making level at 70% decision-makers and 12% opinion-formers.

Attendance remains strongly regional: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes accounts for 45% of French visitors, ahead of Île-de-France (13%), Occitanie (8%), Grand Est (6%) and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (5.5%), with close to 1% of visitors from the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM). International visitors represent 9.5% of attendance, from 62 countries, led by Switzerland (33% of foreign visitors), Belgium (11%), Germany (6%), and Côte d'Ivoire and Italy (5% each).

Access is filtered: the trade show is reserved for professionals, and any badge request may be checked against a Siret business registration number, a K-bis company extract or an entry in the Répertoire des Métiers (trades register).

Events & community

Conference programme

The 2026 edition offered 30 conferences, case studies and pitches led by 80 speakers across two conference areas: the Espace Central and Tech for Print. The programme is built around the sector's major topics: CSR, innovation, diversification, automation, personalisation and training.

Tech for Print, launched in 2026 as an evolution of the Software Village, is the area dedicated to technological and software solutions for the graphics industry: digitalisation, automation, cybersecurity, data management. It was designed with the consultancy Keybop Conseil and the training body Fabéon, two long-standing exhibitors at the trade show. Each day, visitors can attend three 20-25 minute workshops and a 45-minute to one-hour masterclass there.

C!Sign completes the offering on visual communication, signage, wayfinding and outdoor and illuminated communication, bringing together the players in this market in a single area.

Awards and accolades

C!Wrap is the trade show's official vinyl wrapping and application competition, launched in 2020. Six teams of six professional applicators compete: each day, two teams have 5h30 to cover a floor, a wall, furniture, a 3D object and a vehicle in a dedicated area. A jury of industry professionals judges the quality of the application, the finish and the creativity of the design.

The 2026 podium was as follows: La Good Wrap, an all-female team led by captain Charlotte Wawrin, won the competition on their third entry, ahead of Les French Feeters and Les Street Wrappers. The 7th edition of C!Wrap is announced for 2027 on the theme of the funfair, with a prize-giving scheduled for Thursday 4 February 2027 at 4pm on the C!Wrap area.

Community & networks

The trade show relies on a dense network of professional organisations and training bodies from the graphics industry: 43 partners were listed in 2026, including FESPA, CCFI, GMI, UNIIC via IDICG, UNFEA, SIPG, Fédération EBEN, Fédération des Scop de la Communication, Ambition Graphique, the Imprim'Vert label, the Print Ethic CSR label, the ClimateCalc calculator, Grenoble INP-Pagora, Grafipolis, AFI-LNR and NormaPrint.

On the media side, C!Print is backed by titles from the same publisher, C!Mag and IC le Mag. On social media, the 2026 review reports 7,844 LinkedIn followers, 6,471 Facebook followers and 5,386 Instagram followers, as well as 82,507 visits to the trade show's website between 5 November 2025 and opening day.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Go through the organiser's online quote request: no public pricing schedule is released, the exhibitor pack is sent on request.
  • Choose your area according to your market: C!Sign for signage and outdoor communication, Tech for Print for software and automation, the main floor for machinery and media.
  • Plan for live, working demonstrations: the trade show is an equipment event where visitors come to see machines in operation, not just read product sheets.
  • Plan machine logistics with Eurexpo in advance: exhibitor access via the East Gate, exit 9 off the A46.
  • Stay alert to commercial solicitations: the organiser publishes a dedicated alert about fraudulent approaches targeting exhibitors (fake official catalogues, claimed resale of visitor data files).

For the decision-making visitor

  • Get your badge validated in advance: pre-registration is free, but the organiser reserves the right to systematically check professional activity (Siret, K-bis, Répertoire des Métiers).
  • Treat C!Print and CTCO as a single trip: the two trade shows are held on the same dates in neighbouring halls at Eurexpo, the latter covering promotional products and textiles.
  • Avoid Wednesday if the goal is to talk calmly with exhibitors: it's the busiest day, with 40% of attendance in 2026.
  • Set aside two days for an investment project: with 217 exhibitors, 45% of them equipment manufacturers, a one-day visit forces trade-offs between machine families.
  • Block out conference slots in advance: the programme concentrates 30 sessions over three days, split between the Espace Central and Tech for Print.

Policy & CSR initiatives

Infopro Digital Trade Shows publishes an "Our CSR approach" page, described as a "work in progress" strategy, under way since 2020 and shared across its trade shows. The first lever is educational: a sorting rules document is produced with the Eurexpo exhibition centre and Paprec Recyclage, circulated in advance to exhibitors and stand-builders, then each stand-builder is met individually during build-up. In-house teams are trained on CSR issues, notably via the Atelier 2 tonnes workshop.

On site, the measures carried out with Eurexpo are documented: LED lighting throughout all the halls, permanent signage stored near the venue and reused since 2019 (aisle lettering and communication elements personalised by adhesive stickers at each event), a 33% reduction in carpeted surface area since 2019, and the installation of photovoltaic panels on the covered car parks during January 2025.

On-site sorting relies on three waste streams in the aisles (commercial waste, paper-cardboard, plastics), one more than in 2020, complemented by recycling bins for inks and glass collection points in the bars and restaurants, with glass collected at the end of each day. On the catering side, food waste is processed by Ecovalim, quick-service packaging is compostable and glass or porcelain tableware is favoured for catering services. Mobility runs through the free, commission-free carpooling solution Mobicoop.

At break-down, lanyards and cardboard badge holders are collected, all printed tarpaulins are taken back by Ecopack Solutions to make "made in Auvergne" packaging, all pallets go to Cagibig as part of a scheme to pool equipment between organisers, and aisle and restaurant carpeting is 100% recycled. Other waste streams are directed to Paprec Recyclage (cardboard, paper, wood, plastics, glass, metals) and Valdelia for a second life for wooden furniture.

The trade show itself does not hold its own ISO 20121 certification. The venue, however, does: Eurexpo Lyon is ISO 20121 certified along with GL events' other Lyon sites. The ecosystem mobilised by the trade show extends this framework, with the presence among its partners of the Print Ethic CSR label for the graphics industry, the Imprim'Vert label and the ClimateCalc carbon footprint calculator for printed materials.

Trajectory analysis

C!Print has established itself as France's leading event for printing and visual communication, with a peak attendance of 15,260 visitors in 2024, the year the trade show launched the C!Factory demonstration area. The following two editions show a decline: 14,790 visitors in 2025, then 13,526 in 2026, a return to the 2023 level even as the exhibitor base narrowed, from 250 in 2025 to 217 in 2026. This joint tightening of visitor numbers and supply reflects a graphics equipment market in a phase of consolidation, rather than a slide by the trade show itself: the proportion of decision-makers remains high, at 70% in 2026.

The organiser's response is editorial rather than quantitative. The Software Village became Tech for Print in 2026, with a tighter focus on automation, data and cybersecurity for the print shop, and a daily training programme designed with a consultancy and an accredited training body. C!Wrap, created in 2020, has established itself as the national vinyl application competition and now attracts Swiss and Spanish applicators.

The second structural lever is co-location with CTCO. The two trade shows were separated in 2022, C!Print in May and CTCO in March, before being realigned on the same dates at Eurexpo from 2023 onwards and staying that way every year since. For a printer or a marker, the combination gives access in a single trip to the technical upstream (machinery, media, software) at C!Print and the commercial outlet (promotional products and textiles) at CTCO. This is today the main factor that sets the Lyon event apart from competing European trade shows in the graphics industry.

Unless otherwise stated, all factual data in this listing comes from the organiser's official website (salon-cprint.com).
