Key points
- Cyber-IA Expo is a one-day trade show on the convergence of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. It brings software vendors, integrators and security service providers together with the decision-makers who run these topics: CISOs, CIOs and business directors.
- Next edition: the third, on Tuesday 2 February 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Hall Maillot, level 2. Open from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
- The trade show was born from an alliance of three players: Beyond Event SAS, a trade show organiser based in Saint-Mandé, Les Assises de la cybersécurité and the RIAMS. Michel Van Den Berghe, founder of the Campus Cyber, is presented as a co-founder.
- Annual since its creation: 4 February 2025, 3 February 2026, 2 February 2027, always at the Palais des Congrès, Porte Maillot.
- The home page of the official website shows 2,181 participants, 82 exhibitors and 84 workshops and conferences, without specifying the edition. The number of exhibitors matches the 82 allocated stands in the official list for the 2026 edition.
- The announced theme for 2027 is scaling up AI and cybersecurity, with a strand devoted to the data centres and critical infrastructure that underpin the development of AI.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
Based on the 2026 workshops, the exhibition brought together digital security offerings in the broad sense: endpoint and cloud protection, identity and access management, data security, detection and response, security operations centres, penetration testing, industrial cybersecurity. The common thread is AI, whether it is used to defend (analysis, detection, automation of security operations) or is itself something to be secured (language models, agents, training data).
The format is compact: one day, one hall, numbered stands and a series of short workshops where each exhibitor presents a solution in 10 to 30 minutes, 15 minutes for most. Large international software vendors sit alongside French vendors and integrators of all sizes.
Notable exhibitors
The official list of exhibitors online is that of the 2026 edition, attached to the 2026 visitor guide: 82 stands. It includes CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Okta, Netskope, Wiz, Akamai, Trend Micro, Rapid7, Tanium, Datadog, Elastic and Dell Technologies among the international players; and Thales, Orange Cyberdefense, Eviden, Sopra Steria, Sekoia, Advens, Board of Cyber and Patrowl among the French players.
For 2027, the launch press release of 28 September 2026 names Anozr Way, Board of Cyber, Cybervadis, Filigran, Memority, Mindlapse, Patrowl, Sekoia and Thales as confirmed participants. The full list for the 2027 edition had not been published at the time of writing.
Visitor quality
The trade show is aimed at security and AI decision-makers. The 2027 press release places AI governance and the interactions between CISOs, CIOs and business teams at the heart of its themes, along with local authorities, an audience the trade show has addressed since its first edition. At its launch, in September 2024, the format was described as adopting the codes of business meetings, with a dual selection of partners and visitors.
For the first edition, the organiser stated in its review that the exhibition hall was full from December and that exhibitors had recorded an average of more than 50 leads. No OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is published.
Activities & community
Conference programme
The 2027 programme had not been published at the time of writing: the press release announces that the first speakers and conferences will be unveiled in the following weeks. It outlines, among others, three strands: AI facing new offensive and defensive capabilities, the shift from experimentation to large-scale use in companies and regions, and the emergence of future technology champions.
The 2026 programme gives a measure of the institutional level. The auditorium welcomed Anne Le Hénanff, Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs, as the opening speaker, and Édouard Geffray, Minister of National Education, to close. The round tables brought together, among others, executives from Schneider Electric, BNP Paribas, Thales, Eviden, Orange Cyberdefense and Sopra Steria, as well as Guillaume Poupard and Cédric O. The partners ran their own sessions: Hub France IA, CRiP, FNCCR, CLUSIF, CESIN and Région Île-de-France.
In 2025, the first edition was opened by Clara Chappaz, then Minister Delegate for AI and Digital Affairs, and closed by Vincent Strubel, Director General of ANSSI, ahead of the AI Action Summit.
The Scale-Ups Investment Day
Organised with the investment bank Ryder & Davis, during the first edition, this event allowed around ten selected scale-ups to pitch their projects to about a hundred investors representing some fifty European funds. Access is restricted to professional investors, by invitation, and presentations are given in English. The launch press release announces that it will be run again in 2027.
Exhibitor workshops
In 2026, the official workshops page listed 68 sessions spread across four rooms, each lasting 10 to 30 minutes, 15 minutes for most. It is a visibility format offered to exhibitors in addition to the stand. The organiser's legal notice states that the badges of participants in conferences and speaking slots sponsored by an exhibitor are scanned on that exhibitor's behalf.
Community & networks
The partner ecosystem named in the 2027 press release includes CESIN, CLUSIF, FNCCR, CRiP, Hub France IA, Mission Ecoter, Région Île-de-France and Ryder & Davis. The Campus Cyber and CESIN were partners of the first edition.
On the media side, the home page lists Security Mag and Silicon among the partners.
The trade show is part of a dense Paris and national calendar. The Assises de la cybersécurité, in Monaco, is one of its three founders. Cyber Show Paris, organised by Eden Forums, also takes place in Paris at the start of the year: in 2025, it was held the week before the first edition of Cyber-IA Expo. The Forum InCyber Europe takes place in Lille. Beyond Event also organises BIM World and the Salon de la Copropriété et de l'Habitat, and lists among its events CYBER / AI Expo, in Munich on 30 June 2027.
On site: what you need to know
The trade show occupies Hall Maillot, on level 2 of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, in the 17th arrondissement. The single-day format, from 8.30am to 6.00pm, concentrates conferences, workshops and meetings: in 2026, the opening address took place at 9.00am in the auditorium, followed by the keynote at 9.05am, so plan to arrive early.
Recommended access from Viparis, the venue operator: metro line 1, Porte Maillot station, exit 3; RER C and RER E, Neuilly - Porte Maillot station; tram T3b, Porte Maillot station; buses 43, 73, 82, 244 and PC. Indigo and Q-Park car parks at Porte Maillot.
Visitor registration details for 2027 were not yet online at the time of writing: the Visit page still showed the 2026 edition. Admission conditions and any fee are not published. A dedicated registration support address appears on the Practical information page.
How much does it cost to exhibit
| Poste de dépense | Fourchette basse | Fourchette haute |
|---|---|---|
| Equipped stand (standard package, one day, on quotation) | €5,000 | €20,000 |
| Sponsored workshop or speaking slot (indicative) | €2,000 | €8,000 |
| On-site team (2 to 4 people, one day, travel) | €500 | €3,000 |
| Materials, demonstrations, communication and client invitations | €1,000 | €5,000 |
| INDICATIVE TOTAL, stand only (1 day) | ~€6,500 | ~€28,000 |
| INDICATIVE TOTAL, stand and workshop (1 day) | ~€8,500 | ~€36,000 |
At a one-day trade show, the cost per contact depends mainly on how full your meeting schedule is before opening and on the workshop: it is the speaking slot, and the scanned badges that come with it, that set the most visible exhibitors apart. Prices to be requested from the organiser.
Preparing your visit
For exhibitors
- Book early: for the first edition, the organiser states that the hall was full from December, two months before opening.
- Pair the stand with a workshop: the 2026 programme included 68, and it is the format that draws visitors beyond those simply walking past the stand.
- Build the meeting schedule before the day itself: a single day leaves little room for random prospecting.
- Prepare a pitch that links the solution to AI, under one of the angles of the 2027 press release: augmented defence, securing usage, data and identity governance, critical infrastructure.
- For a scale-up raising funds, ask the organiser about the selection process for the Scale-Ups Investment Day.
For decision-maker visitors
- Plan for the whole day: in 2026, the programme lined up in the auditorium an opening keynote at 9.05am, round tables and a closing keynote at 4.30pm, while workshops ran continuously in four rooms. The 2027 programme is not published.
- Identify the useful workshops in advance in the visitor guide, published as a PDF on the website for the 2026 edition.
- In 2026, CESIN, CLUSIF, CRiP, FNCCR, Hub France IA and Région Île-de-France ran their own sessions: the 2027 partners might offer them again, but nothing has been announced.
- Bear in mind that your badge may be scanned at the entrance to sponsored sessions, in line with the organiser's legal notice.
CSR policy & initiatives
Neither the trade show's website nor Beyond Event's publishes a CSR policy, a carbon footprint report or an ISO 20121 certification specific to the event. The 2027 press release addresses the energy and resource consumption of data centres as a topic for discussion, which belongs to the programme and not to a commitment by the organiser.
The single-day format, in a congress centre served by the metro, two RER lines and the tram, structurally limits the logistical footprint compared with a multi-day trade show in an exhibition park, but no figures are published on this point.
The venue provides a verifiable framework: Viparis, operator of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, states that in 2014 it became the world's first events player certified ISO 20121 across all its sites and activity, and it is rolling out its Better Events sustainable development strategy through to 2030.

Trajectory analysis
The trade show has grown quickly. Announced in September 2024 with a target of 30 stands and 1,000 visitors for its first edition, it had nearly 50 stands according to the trade press, then 82 stands on the official 2026 list. The home page now shows 2,181 participants, without tying that figure to an edition, and no review giving 2026 attendance figures has been published.
Growth has come with a constant format: one day, one venue, an early February date. It is a format that stands apart from multi-day events: concentrate the Paris decision-makers into a few hours, with strong institutional backing: a minister opening in 2025, two ministers on the 2026 programme.
The 2027 press release widens the scope. After two editions whose round tables covered trusted AI, AI security and European technological independence, the third takes in the physical infrastructure of AI, data centres, energy, networks and components, which could open the trade show up to new families of exhibitors beyond security vendors.
