Key takeaways
- "Where cybersecurity meets business strategy": Cyber Show Paris is a B2B cybersecurity trade show built around qualified business meetings rather than visitor volume.
- Organiser: Eden Forums (publishing entity EDEN FORUMS HOLDING, a SAS based at 351 rue Saint-Honoré, Paris 1st), a digital events creator with 11 years of activity that also runs the Forum Cybersécurité, the Forum Datadays and Woman & Cyber. No third-party operator.
- Next edition: Cyber Show Paris, 4th edition, on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 January 2027, from 9am to 6pm, at the Espace Champerret, Paris 17th.
- 2026 review published by the organiser: more than 6,000 participants, 1,800 business meetings, 300 cyber projects identified, 85 talks and conferences.
- Format particularity: the first day is reserved for end users, the Channel (integrators, resellers, MSSPs, distributors) only gains access to the show on the second day.
- Calendar positioning: at the end of January, the show opens the French cyber season, ahead of the Forum InCyber Europe in Lille and Les Assises de la cybersécurité in Monaco later in the year.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The offering reflects the enterprise cybersecurity market: solution vendors, MSSPs and security operations centres, integrators, distributors and consultancies. On the visitor side, the organiser segments its 2027 audience into four blocks: 45% SMEs and mid-caps, 30% SBF 120 and CAC 40 large corporates, 20% Channel (present on the second day only) and 5% public sector and healthcare. Target roles range from SME leaders and CFOs to CISOs (RSSI), CIOs, cyber directors and risk directors at large organisations.
Notable exhibitors
The list of partners and exhibitors is published by the organiser on its 2026 Partners page, which lists around a hundred logos. Among the brands that gave public testimonials after the 2026 edition on the show's website are Microsoft, ESET, ManageEngine, Evertrust and Cyberlift. On the institutional side, the 2026 edition was supported by FFCyber, CAIH, Hexatrust, Canut, CAP Territoires, Systematic Paris Region, Déclic, Apssis, RECYM, ANCT, IFA, OFAC, SGI and the Région Île-de-France.
Quality of the audience
The organiser ran a post-event survey of professional visitors and exhibitors in February 2026. It shows 87% of visitors satisfied or very satisfied, 81% of visitors planning to return in 2027, 86% of exhibitors rating the quality of contacts as excellent, and 92% of participants ready to recommend the event to their network. The exhibitor page also displays orders of magnitude for commercial performance: around 130 leads generated per stand and 72 leads per keynote speaking slot. These indicators come from the organiser and are not subject to an external attendance audit.
Events & community
Conference programme
The 2026 edition featured 85 talks and conferences, split between plenary sessions and 40-minute themed workshops running in parallel. Topics covered included cyber-insurance based on the AMRAE LUCY study, AI governance in light of the EU AI Act, deepfake attacks, red teaming applied to AI models, the protection of banking applications and the gamification of awareness training. The full 2026 programme remains available online, along with the replays. For 2027, the organiser states that the programme is still being built and announces 100 sessions.
Awards and accolades
The event presents the Trophées du Cyber Show Paris (Cyber Show Paris Awards), described as the Innovation Trophies and judged by the scientific committee. Six categories are announced for 2027: Product Innovation, Startup of the Year, Sovereignty, AI & Cyber, CISO of the Year and Judges' Favourite. The published calendar sets entries closing on 30 November 2026, live pitches on 27 January 2027 and the awards ceremony on 28 January 2027 at 4.30pm.
The winners of the first edition, in 2024, were Custocy (Product of the Year award), MindFlow (Large Corporate and Institutional award), Whaller (Judges' Favourite award) and TroutSoftware (SME/Mid-cap/Local Authority award) (source: itpro.fr, 4 June 2024).
Community & networks
The show is backed by two distinct bodies. A steering committee brings together representatives from Systematic Paris Region, Lafarge France, Schneider Electric, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Idemia and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). A scientific committee, which decides on the themes and the Trophées, brings together profiles from Protection Civile, Essilor, CAIH, Framatome, CA Personal Finance & Mobility, the Ministère des Armées, Orano, 3DS, the Ministère de l'Écologie, Inria and Campus Cyber, Galeries Lafayette and APHM.
The networking format is extended with five themed dinners announced for 2027, built around banking, finance, industry, local authorities and artificial intelligence. Away from the show floor, the organiser has also set up a "Cyber Day In House Entreprise" on 17 September 2026 in Massy, hosted by CA Personal Finance & Mobility.
On the press side, the show is covered by a network of partner specialist media: Le Monde Informatique, Silicon, ChannelBiz, Smart DSI, iTPro.fr, Solutions Numériques & Cybersécurité, IT for Business, L'Hebdo IT, CyberUn and Be @ Boss.
On site: what you need to know
For access, parking and accommodation, see the venue page: Espace Champerret (6 rue Jean Oestreicher, 75017 Paris; métro line 3, Porte de Champerret station with a direct exit; public car parks near the Espace Champerret, see the organiser's Practical Information page). The organiser gives a journey time of 35 minutes by taxi from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and 40 minutes from Orly, with an RER-then-métro connection possible from both airports.
Specific to the show: the 2027 edition runs on 27 and 28 January from 9am to 6pm, with an early opening at 8.30am for accredited decision-makers. Visitor registration is free for professionals and the badge is sent by email within 48 hours, to print or present on mobile. The decision-makers' programme is also free but subject to selection, with validation within 48 hours: it grants access to a pre-arranged 25-minute meeting agenda, a decision-makers' lunch, VIP lounge access and the networking evening. The venue is announced as fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (ramps, lifts, adapted toilets), with assistance available on request at the welcome desk.
One calendar point not to miss: integrators, resellers, MSSPs and distributors are only admitted on Thursday 28 January, with Wednesday remaining reserved for end users.
How much it costs to exhibit
| Poste de dépense | Fourchette basse | Fourchette haute |
|---|---|---|
| Fitted stand 6 to 12 m² (indicative) | €5,000 | €15,000 |
| Fit-out, furniture, signage, screen | €2,000 | €7,000 |
| Communication, documentation, goodies | €1,000 | €4,000 |
| Staff, travel, accommodation | €2,500 | €8,000 |
| ESTIMATED TOTAL (indicative, 2 days) | ~€10,500 | ~€34,000 |
Two contractual elements are, however, public in the terms and conditions: a discount known as REEBOKING of 15% on the catalogue price of services (excluding furniture, electricity and internet) for payment before 30 July 2026, reduced to 10% before 30 October 2026; and the requirement to provide an insurance certificate covering a minimum of €3,000,000 per claim, no later than 10 days before set-up.
Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Request the sales pack via the Exhibit page: three formulas exist, Stand (from 6 m²), Package (from 12 m², with guaranteed meetings and a filmed talk) and Full package (wall dressing and screen included).
- Plan payment ahead to capture the contractual discount: 15% before 30 July 2026, 10% before 30 October 2026.
- Submit an entry for the Trophées before 30 November 2026 if the goal is editorial visibility.
- Provide the public liability insurance certificate no later than 10 days before set-up, with a minimum cover of €3,000,000 per claim.
- Prepare two pitches and two teams: end users on Wednesday, the Channel ecosystem on Thursday.
For the decision-making visitor
- Apply for the decision-makers' programme rather than registering as a standard visitor: this is what triggers the 25-minute meeting agenda and access to the lunch and the lounge.
- Expect validation within 48 hours and doors opening from 8.30am for accredited attendees.
- Describe your project and select suppliers in advance: the matching is built before the event, not on site.
- Integrators and resellers wishing to meet software vendors should target the day of 28 January.
Policy & CSR initiatives
The Cyber Show Paris website does not publish a dedicated "Commitments" or "CSR" page, nor any mention of an event-specific ISO 20121 certification, and the Eden Forums website does not document a group-wide CSR programme either. Two tangible elements nonetheless exist. On the venue side, the Espace Champerret is operated by Viparis, the world's first operator certified ISO 20121 across all its Parisian sites since 2014, with a policy covering waste management, energy efficiency and responsible purchasing: a Cyber Show Paris exhibitor therefore benefits from the venue's environmental framework, without any additional commitment made by the show itself.
On the organiser's side, the social strand runs through another event in the Eden Forums portfolio, Woman & Cyber, dedicated to the employability of women in cybersecurity. This is a documented industry-wide commitment, but it does not apply directly to Cyber Show Paris.
On accessibility, the show is more explicit: the organiser announces a venue fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (access ramps, lifts, adapted toilets) and personalised assistance available on request at the welcome desk. Beyond these three points, no quantified environmental commitment is publicly verifiable to date.

Trajectory analysis
Cyber Show Paris is a young trade show: launched in May 2024, it switched from its second edition onwards to a late-January slot it has not left since, which gives it its central pitch as France's first major cyber event of the year. The venue has never changed either: the Espace Champerret for four editions running, a human-scale format that deliberately constrains the exhibition floor and keeps the number of exhibitors around 120.
The attendance trajectory is that of an event that has found its audience: 2,500 participants in 2024, a target of 3,500 announced for 2025, then more than 6,000 participants announced for 2026. The growth in business meetings follows the same curve, from 1,200 meetings targeted in 2026 to 1,800 recorded and then carried over as the 2027 target. These figures come from the organiser and are not audited by a third party, which invites reading them as an order of magnitude rather than a measurement.
The show's real distinguishing feature is not its size but its mechanics: strict audience segmentation, 25-minute meetings built in advance, an opening day closed to the Channel. This is a deliberate positioning as a tight-knit business show, on an SME, mid-cap and local authority segment that the major French cyber events cover less directly.
Unless otherwise stated, all factual data in this listing comes from the organiser's official website (cybershowparis.fr).
