The trade show is held at Parc des Expositions d'Angers, route de Paris.

By car, direct access is from the A11 (Paris-Nantes, exit 14), the A85 (Tours-Saumur-Angers) and the A87 (Cholet-Niort, exit 15). By bus, lines 11 and 4 serve the Parc des Expositions d'Angers stop. By train, Angers is 1h30 from Paris and 3h30 from Lyon and Lille. By air, Angers Loire Airport is ten minutes from the venue, and Nantes Atlantique Airport is 45 minutes away via the A11.

The official website offers a car-sharing platform (Covievent) for visitors and a travel climate-impact calculator. For accommodation, the agency Revolugo is the official partner for the 2027 edition and offers hotels at negotiated rates.

The organiser states there that it offsets its carbon emissions through several projects: planting paulownia trees in agroforestry with MANA in Occitanie, funding a wildflower fallow field with EcoTree, and planting trees in the Ginestet forest with Nos Grandes Forêts. It also commits to reducing energy consumption, managing trade show waste, adopting responsible catering, favouring eco-designed equipment, practising eco-communication and raising awareness among suppliers, exhibitors and visitors.

These commitments are self-declared: no quantified carbon footprint for the event or ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is published.

The venue provides documented assurance: Destination Angers, which manages the Parc des Expositions, has been ISO 20121 certified since March 2023 and renewed that certification in early 2026. The trade show has shortened its format: three days in 2022 and 2024, two days since 2025. Announced exhibitor numbers have gone from 300 at the first edition to around 200 since, which points to a more realistic calibration rather than a measured decline, in the absence of a published report for comparison.

The calendar has also settled on late March, after a first edition in June. After two consecutive editions in 2024 and 2025, the trade show takes a break in 2026 and returns in 2027.
