Who exhibits
Typical profile
Europropre brings together the two sides of the professional cleaning market. On one side, the industrial offering: manufacturers and distributors of scrubber-dryers, single-disc machines, vacuum cleaners and urban cleaning equipment, formulators of hygiene and detergent products, manufacturers of consumables and sanitary equipment, and specialists in workwear and personal protective equipment. On the other, the services offering: cleaning and multiservice companies, facility management groups, and training and certification bodies for the sector.
A third group has grown in importance over successive editions: publishers of operations management software and suppliers of cleaning robotics. The organiser explicitly champions this topic, placing digitalisation and robotics among the priority themes of the 2027 programme.
On the visitor side, the trade show targets executives and operations managers of cleaning companies, heads of general services and workplace environment, buyers of hygiene services, technical managers in industries under health and safety constraints, and the technical departments of local authorities.
Notable exhibitors
The organiser publishes and updates the exhibitor directory on the official website, sorted by exhibition category, listing more than 400 exhibitors. Names confirmed from a sample of the page include major players in equipment and consumables (Kärcher, Nilfisk, Comac, Hako, FHP Vileda), formulators and distributors of hygiene products (Christeyns France, Orapi Hygiène, Paredes), and the leading French cleaning and multiservice companies (Onet Propreté et Services, Atalian, Derichebourg Multiservices, Groupe Challancin). Other names listed in the directory (Numatic, Rossignol, Kimberly-Clark Professional, Hydrachim, InnuScience, Green Care Werner & Mertz, Pudu Robotics, LionsBot Europe, Kokobots, Progiclean, FEP, INHNI) could not be individually verified, as the full list was not reviewed in its entirety.
Quality of the audience
Europropre is a closed-sector trade show: access is reserved for professionals and the free badge requires prior registration. Its density lies less in volume than in sectoral concentration, since almost all of the 15,900 visitors in 2025 work in cleaning, hygiene or related services. The organiser also reports 37% international attendance in 2025, a high proportion for a French trade show of this size, explained by the presence of partner European professional networks, the Italian AFIDAMP and ISSA Pulire Network.
Events & community
Conference programme
The programme has two tiers. The plenary conferences, organised under the aegis of the Fédération des Entreprises de Propreté, address the sector's key issues: digitalisation, robotics, reducing energy impact, continuous shift work, health and safety at work, and corporate social and environmental responsibility. The 45-minute exhibitor workshops are run by the companies present and held in a dedicated room with a capacity of 150 people.
Awards and accolades
The Trophées de l'innovation "reward the most innovative exhibitors" and are held under the aegis of the FEP, in partnership with the magazine Services. Four categories are awarded: « Matériel électrique de nettoyage innovant », « Matériel non électrique / consommable de nettoyage innovant », « Produit de nettoyage innovant » and « Système, dispositif, outil numérique innovant ». The awards ceremony takes place on the first day of the show.
In 2025, the jury chaired by Philippe Jouanny (FEP) brought together thirteen members from the sector's professional organisations and companies. It recognised the Dryft oscillating scrubber-dryer from Motorscrubber in the electrical equipment category, the compostable Super Jacleen cloth from Groupe Bio in the non-electrical equipment and consumables category, and the Switch dosing system from Werner & Mertz in the product category. A special "Prévention des risques professionnels" award, presented by AG2R La Mondiale, went to the Uni-Connect handle from DME.
The show also hosts the two national finals of the French speed window-cleaning championship, in an "Apprentice" category and a "Professionals / employees" category, following a series of regional heats held at the sector's training centres.
Community & networks
Europropre is the sector gathering for the French cleaning industry, backed by the Fédération des Entreprises de Propreté, d'Hygiène et Services Associés, which oversees the conference content and chairs the awards jury. The show is also a partner of AFIDAMP, the Italian association of cleaning machine and product manufacturers, and of ISSA Pulire Network.
On the trade press side, the event is supported by a network of French and European titles: Services Propreté as official partner, joined by Bâtiment Entretien, Process Propreté, European Cleaning Journal and Dimensione Pulito.
Europropre is held on the same dates and in the same pavilion as two other Weyou Group trade shows, Workspace Paris, dedicated to workplace design and fit-out, and the SETA, Salon de l'Environnement de Travail et des Achats. This co-location is not new for 2027: the three shows already ran together, on the same dates and in the same pavilion, at the 2025 edition. The three events share a common target audience, workplace environment and general services management, without overlapping in what they exhibit.
On site: what you need to know
For access, parking and accommodation, see the venue page: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 2 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris. Europropre occupies Pavilion 1.
The opening hours published by the organiser are as follows: Tuesday 16 March from 9am to 6pm, Wednesday 17 March from 9am to 6pm, Thursday 18 March from 9am to 5pm. Entry is reserved for professionals and the access badge is free, on request via the online registration form. The show's switchboard can be reached on +33 1 89 70 14 70.
As in 2025, the simultaneous running of three Weyou shows at Porte de Versailles in 2027 puts pressure on hotel availability and venue access: book early and favour public transport.

Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Decide early between the four formulas: Stand Découverte suits a first-time participant or a software publisher, Stand nu suits a manufacturer wanting to exhibit machinery and managing their own stand contractor.
- Plan the logistics for heavy equipment: scrubber-dryers, urban cleaning machines and robots require a build-up plan and heavy goods vehicle access to be arranged with the venue well in advance.
- Enter the Trophées de l'innovation if a new product is ready: four categories, a sector jury chaired by the FEP and an awards ceremony on the first day make it the show's best visibility lever.
- Book a 45-minute exhibitor workshop to support a technical demonstration: the room is equipped with audio and video, promotion is handled by the organiser, and the list of attendees is shared after the session.
- Keep the online exhibitor directory listing and web pack up to date: this is visitors' point of entry before the show.
For the decision-making visitor
- Request a free badge online before the show: access is reserved for professionals and on-site registration wastes time.
- Allocate a half-day per purchasing category: equipment and robotics on one side, products and consumables on the other, then software and operations management.
- Plan meetings around the FEP plenaries, which set out the sector's regulatory and social framework before moving on to equipment discussions.
- Take advantage of the 2027 co-location with Workspace Paris and the SETA to cover workplace design, general services purchasing and cleaning services in the same trip.
Policy & CSR initiatives
Europropre does not publish a commitments page specific to the event. The applicable framework is that of Weyou Group, which sets out its CSR and ESG commitments across three areas. On the environment, the group commits to reducing its carbon footprint, optimising waste management and promoting the circular economy; it houses its offices in Haute Qualité Environnementale buildings and has partnered with SNCF to charter high-speed trains for its Cannes events, with a stated saving of 136.75 kg of CO2e per person compared with flying. On the social side, the group highlights flexibility between remote and on-site work, equal pay for equal roles, and diversity and inclusion. On governance, it claims principles of transparency, ethics and integrity, and notes that its shareholder partner EMZ Partners is a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment.
The venue provides the most tangible guarantee. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is operated by Viparis, the world's first event venue operator to be certified ISO 20121, the standard for responsible management of event activity, across all of its Paris sites, as part of its Better Events 2030 strategy.
Overall, CSR is present at Europropre mainly as a topic on display rather than as an organisational practice: the organiser places corporate social and environmental responsibility and reducing energy impact among the priority themes of the conferences and workshops, and one of the 2025 Trophées de l'innovation recognised a Home Compost-certified compostable cloth. The distinction between organisational commitment and programme theme is worth keeping in mind.

Trajectory analysis
Europropre is coming out of a disrupted cycle. The edition scheduled for May 2021 could not be held under the health conditions of the time, and the show did not return until April 2023, which shifted its biennial rhythm to odd years. Since then, the trajectory has been one of steady rebuilding: around 195 exhibitors and 14,200 visitors in 2023, 207 stands and 15,900 visitors in 2025, a 10% rise in attendance announced by the organiser from one edition to the next.
The underlying shift is not in the volumes, it is in the composition of the offering. The rise of cleaning robotics and operations management software, visible in both the exhibitor directory and the programme themes, is gradually turning an equipment and consumables show into a show about service productivity. The Trophées de l'innovation, with its category dedicated to digital systems and tools, confirms this shift.
The second angle is the co-location with Workspace Paris and the SETA, in the same Pavilion 1. This is not specific to 2027: it was already in place in 2025. For an exhibitor, it means a visitor flow broadened to workplace environment and services purchasing management, but also stronger competition for attention than at a standalone edition.
