Key points
- The IMCAS World Congress is the annual international congress of the IMCAS brand, devoted to dermatology, plastic and aesthetic surgery and ageing sciences. It is a medical congress: scientific sessions, demonstrations, industry symposiums and a large professional exhibition, on site in Paris and online.
- Next edition: Thursday 28 to Saturday 30 January 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, Porte Maillot. Wednesday 27 January is reserved for the INJECT pre-congress course and badge collection.
- Organiser: Comexposium Healthcare SAS (formerly Check-Up Santé SAS), owner of the IMCAS brand according to the site's legal notice. Annual frequency, held at the Palais des Congrès de Paris at every edition since 2023.
- 2026 edition results: 21,755 participants, 402 exhibitors, 1,140 speakers and 137 countries represented.
- On the exhibition side, the 2027 edition is full: the Exhibit page points to a waiting list, and the sponsor list counts 392 companies on 10 October 2026.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The exhibition is the global aesthetic medicine market gathered in one place. The 2027 sponsor list presents its companies as players in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology and plastic and aesthetic surgery. Visitors will find injectables laboratories, manufacturers of lasers and energy-based devices, dermocosmetic brands and imaging specialists. The organiser also reserves the right to refuse an exhibitor unrelated to aesthetic medicine.
The line-up is highly international. Of the 387 companies on the 2027 list whose country is given, 129 come from South Korea, well ahead of Italy (52), France (39), Spain (33), the United States (24), Switzerland (18) and Germany (17). For a French company, this is an event where international competition, led by South Korea, is present in force.
Sales are based on sponsorship levels, from the standard level to the ultimate level. Each company may book only one stand, and allocation follows a priority points system based on loyalty and investment in previous years.
Notable exhibitors
The 2027 sponsor list, updated regularly, ranks companies by level. Ultimate sponsors: Allergan Aesthetics, Galderma, L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, Laboratoires Vivacy and Merz Aesthetics. Elite sponsors: BioScience GmbH, Croma Pharma, Fillmed Laboratoires, Fotona, Neauvia, Prollenium, Sinclair and Teoxane. Diamond sponsors: BTL and IBSA Group.
Among the emerald and platinum sponsors are also device manufacturers such as Candela, Cutera, Cynosure Lutronic, DEKA, InMode, Lumenis, Sciton, Solta Medical, Sofwave Medical or Quanta System, laboratories and brands such as Laboratoires Filorga Paris, NAOS / Institut Esthederm, mesoestetic Pharma Group and Dermaqual, as well as Canfield Scientific for imaging and Hydrafacial.
Visitor quality
IMCAS presents itself as a congress created by doctors, for doctors. The badge policy filters access: scientific sessions are reserved for doctors, surgery sessions for certified surgeons and surgical residents, and other professionals have partial access only. Dentists, for example, may only book an exhibition badge, except in countries where they are allowed to perform aesthetic injections. For an exhibitor, this means an audience of prescribers and practitioners.
The audience is worldwide. In 2026, the top ten countries of origin were France (2,009 participants), Italy (1,214), Spain (1,084), Brazil (923), Germany (892), the United States (880), South Korea (858), the United Kingdom (829), Turkey (693) and Saudi Arabia (673). As the congress is hybrid, the report does not distinguish participants present in Paris from those who followed online.
According to the 2026 satisfaction survey, completed by 4,853 participants, 95% plan to return and 95% say they perceived no commercial bias during the scientific sessions. These figures are published by the organiser, with no mention of a third-party audit.
Activities and community
Conference programme
The preliminary 2027 programme is online. It is organised by theme: injectables, lasers and energy-based devices, facial surgery, body surgery, breast surgery, clinical dermatology and dermatological surgery, regenerative medicine, thread lifts, peels and mesotherapy, hair restoration, genital treatments, cosmeceuticals and nutraceuticals, futuristic technologies, marketing and practice management. For 2027, the organiser highlights regenerative therapies, next-generation energy-based devices and AI-assisted treatment planning.
As a benchmark, the 2026 edition had 15 themes, 18 rooms, 351 hours of training, 2,189 presentations and 53 scientific partners. Non-sponsored sessions made up 65% of the programme, against 35% sponsored sessions.
On the eve of the opening, Wednesday 27 January 2027, the INJECT pre-congress course, devoted to injections and ultrasound, takes place at the Le Méridien hotel, one minute from the Palais des Congrès. The same day, INVEST by IMCAS brings together senior executives and investors in Paris around dermatology, aesthetics and longevity.
Symposiums and industry visibility
For an industry company, visibility is not limited to the stand. The 2027 product catalogue offers 60-minute symposiums, live demonstrations, cadaver anatomy workshops, research posters, as well as the Global Market Summit and the Innovation Tank. Some products can only be purchased from a given sponsorship level: a 60-minute symposium for 220 people requires the silver level, the one for 380 people the gold level.
The press badge intended for general-audience media gives access, in addition to the exhibition hall, to the marketing, future tech and cosmeceuticals sessions, the Open Stage, the Global Market Summit, the Innovation Tank, the Industry Innovation Awards and La Tribune, the congress's economic forum.
Community and networks
IMCAS brings together a community beyond the Paris congress: three other congresses in 2027 (IMCAS Americas in São Paulo, IMCAS Asia in Bangkok, IMCAS China), the IMCAS Academy online training platform, launched in 2016, and the IMCAS Alert forum devoted to complications. The congress relies on a network of partner learned societies, in plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic gynaecology, in many countries.
The social events are part of the experience: a cocktail open to all participants on Thursday and Friday at 6pm in the Grand Amphitheatre foyer, then, on Saturday 30 January 2027, the gala dinner at the Élysée Montmartre (7pm to 10pm) followed by the IMCAS Party at the Trianon (10pm to 2am), 80 boulevard de Rochechouart.
On site: what to know
The congress is held at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, in the 17th arrondissement. Access by metro is via line 1, Porte Maillot station, and by RER C, Neuilly - Porte Maillot station, Palais des Congrès exit. Buses 82, 73, 43, 244, PC1, PC2 and PC3 serve the site. By car, take the Porte Maillot exit on the inner ring road, or Porte des Ternes on the outer one; an underground car park of nearly 1,700 spaces gives direct access to the Palais.
From the airports, the organiser allows 40 minutes by taxi from Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle as well as from Orly, and by public transport 1h20 from Roissy and 60 minutes from Orly.
Published hours: badge collection on Wednesday 27 January from 12pm to 7pm on level 0. On Thursday, badge collection from 7am, exhibition opening at 8am, sessions from 10am, closing at 6pm. On Friday, exhibition from 8am to 6pm, sessions from 8:30am. On Saturday, opening at 8am, sessions from 8:30am, congress closing at 5pm.
For accommodation, IMCAS has negotiated rates in nearby hotels through its official agency BNetwork, and warns against fraudulent solicitations from hotel agencies. A visa invitation letter can be requested after payment of the registration, at least six weeks in advance.

| Mobile booth Premium, 3 m² (published rate) | €4,900 | €4,900 |

| Construction by the official stand builder, 9 to 18 m², from the Classic to the Deluxe package (published rate per m²) | €1,260 | €7,380 |
| 60-minute symposium, 220 or 380 seats (published rate, silver or gold level required) | €13,200 | €18,500 |
| Team travel and accommodation in Paris, 4 days (indicative estimate) | €1,500 | €6,000 |
| INDICATIVE TOTAL, mobile booth | ~€4,500 | ~€10,900 |
| INDICATIVE TOTAL, built bare-space stand, 9 to 18 m² (minimum investment included, excluding stands requiring the gold level) | ~€13,900 | ~€47,700 |
Almost all stands of 9 to 18 m² require, depending on their location, a minimum investment of €11,128 to €62,400 (stand and catalogue products, construction excluded). The stand price is not always the only threshold: depending on its size and location, a stand may require a minimum sponsorship level, meaning a total investment (stand and catalogue products) to be reached before the order can be validated. The published thresholds range from €11,128 for the classic level to €291,200 for the ultimate level; a stand at the standard sponsorship level requires no minimum. The number of exhibitor badges included depends on it: 3 at standard, 7 at silver, 30 at ultimate. A symposium is only available to companies reaching the silver level (€34,320) or the gold level (€62,400).
Planning your visit
For the exhibitor
- Register on the waiting list: the 2027 exhibition is full. The exhibitor FAQ states that a targeted request, for example for a specific sponsorship level, can be sent to the sales team.
- Start thinking about 2028 now: stands are allocated by priority point groups, opened between late May and mid-June for the 2027 edition. Points are earned by exhibiting, investing and registering groups of delegates.
- Look at the New Horizons programme: since 2025, the IMCAS committee selects up to five companies that offer a technology judged highly innovative, operate in an under-represented but strategic segment, or are large companies as defined by the OECD (more than 250 employees); the group is open to newcomers as well as to companies absent for more than seven years. They benefit from early access to booking over two consecutive editions.
- Check the regulatory status of products: every product on display must be legally authorised in France, and a sale on the stand requires an official invoice issued by a company registered in the country or, failing that, a written order or a local distributor.
- Respect the schedule: order balance due on 22 October 2026, set-up on 26 and 27 January 2027, dismantling on 30 January. Early dismantling leads to the deduction of type A and B priority points.
- Visit before exhibiting: the FAQ offers a one-hour guided tour during the congress for companies considering exhibiting the following year, on request at least two months in advance.
For the decision-maker visiting
- Register online only: badges are limited in number and no registration is possible on site. Published rates: €990 for the doctor badge, €1,590 for the all-inclusive pass, €590 for Saturday only, €490 for virtual, €390 for residents and students, €890 for other non-medical specialities.
- Two badges are open to any non-doctor professional: other specialities at €890 (exhibition, sponsored sessions and business, AI and cosmeceuticals sessions) or exhibition only on Saturday at €390.
- Cancellation: 70% of fees refunded before 28 November 2026, nothing after. Bank transfer is accepted until 9 January 2027.
- Options: INJECT pre-congress course at €450, limited to 300 seats; gala dinner and IMCAS Party at €390, IMCAS Party alone at €250.
- For continuing education, the EACCME accreditation and the Ethical MedTech Europe certification for the 2027 edition were being processed as of 10 October 2026.
CSR policy and initiatives
The congress website does not publish a page dedicated to CSR or an ISO 20121 certification specific to the event. The verifiable commitments sit at the level of the organising group and the venue.
IMCAS appears in the events calendar of the Comexposium group, which rolls out a CSR strategy called ALL INvolved, broken down into ten initiatives, and has committed to the UFI's Net Zero Carbon Events initiative by 2050. The group publishes an impact report.
The venue provides a documented framework: Viparis, operator of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, states that it was the first events player in the world to be ISO 20121 certified across all its sites and activity, and rolls out its Better Events strategy by 2030.
On the community side, the IMCAS Fund, a non-profit endowment fund owned by Comexposium Healthcare, supports research projects in dermatology, plastic surgery and ageing sciences.

Trajectory analysis
Growth is steady and clear. From 2023 to 2026, the congress went from 15,757 to 21,755 participants, nearly 40% more, and from 322 to 402 exhibitors. The brand's history places the earlier milestones: creation of the world congress in Paris in 1998, 10,000 participants reached in 2018, the first fully virtual edition in 2020, then 14,248 participants in 2022 for the first hybrid edition.
Since 2023, the congress has stayed faithful to its venue and its slot: the Palais des Congrès de Paris, late January or very early February, from Thursday to Saturday (the 2022 edition had taken place in June, from 3 to 5 June). The exhibition, for its part, has reached a practical ceiling: full on 10 October 2026 for an edition in late January, it is sold through priority points and a waiting list, which favours loyal exhibitors.
For an industry company that has never exhibited, the message is clear: IMCAS World must be prepared at least eight months in advance (2027 sales opened on 28 May 2026), and entry may begin with a small format, a mobile booth or a visibility product without a stand, before accumulating the points that open access to the best locations.
