Additional fixtures include the 10th forum on organised colorectal cancer screening, held as part of the INCa/CNPHGE Forum on Friday afternoon, an ethics discussion session the same day, GIFE sessions on Thursday and Friday, and on Saturday a CNU-HGE symposium, a SYNMAD symposium, "Le staff du samedi SNFGE" (the SNFGE's Saturday case-review meeting) and "Les 3 articles qui changent votre pratique" (the 3 articles that change your practice), broken down by specialty. On site: what you need to know

The congress is held at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot, in the 17th arrondissement. Access by metro line 1 (Porte Maillot station), RER C and RER E (Neuilly-Porte Maillot station) and tram T3b (Porte Maillot station).

According to the preliminary programme, days begin at 8.30am on Thursday, from 7.40am on Friday and Saturday with the partner breakfast sessions, and end at around 7.00pm on weekdays, 6.00pm on Saturday and 2.00pm on Sunday. Exhibition visiting slots are scheduled at every break. The exhibition's own opening hours are not published at this stage.

Individual registration is handled exclusively through the personal Mes JFHOD account, which is also used to access the digital platform, the app and the attendance certificate. Badges are personal and a lost badge is not reimbursed. Accommodation, individual or group, is arranged through C'accommodation, the congress's official hotel booking agency.

The same venue hosts the Congrès des Audioprothésistes on 11 and 12 March 2027. The two events are independent, but they overlap for two days at the same location.

For the exhibitor

• Request the partnership pack and exhibition floor plan early: 2027 bookings are already open.
• Weigh up a stand-only presence against a partner session: the lunchtime, end-of-day and breakfast slots are limited in number and shape a company's scientific visibility.
• Plan ahead for the paperwork linked to inviting healthcare professionals: group registrations are ordered through Colloquium, and the benefits granted may require prior authorisation.
• Time key moments to the exhibition visiting slots set out in the programme, in particular the lunch breaks.
• Build scientific content without naming any commercial drug brand in the sessions: this is the rule set for speakers.

For the healthcare professional visitor

• Register at rate A, valid until 21 February 2027: €490 including tax for a scientific partner member with paid-up dues, €670 for a non-member, against €650 and €820 at rate B, from 22 February. Reduced rates for residents and students under 35 (€30), non-medical researchers (€60), and nurses, clinical research associates and dietitians (€250). Individual registration is expected to open in late September 2026.

The JFHOD website has no section devoted to the environment or to CSR, and the congress reports no ISO 20121 certification. Neither the SNFGE nor the Colloquium agency publish a sustainability policy specific to the event.
