Agoris analysis · updated October 2026

Key facts

  • Pari(s) Santé Femmes is the annual congress of the Collège National des Gynécologues et Obstétriciens Français (CNGOF), the learned society of gynaecologists and obstetricians. For 2026, the CNGOF brings together 22 learned societies in women's health. It is a three-day medical congress with an exhibition where pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of medical devices and ultrasound equipment, service providers and publishers meet practitioners.
  • Next edition: Wednesday 2 to Friday 4 December 2026, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris, on level 1. This is a change of venue: the 2024 and 2025 editions were held at the CNIT, in Paris La Défense.
  • Organiser: the CNGOF, a non-profit association (loi 1901), acting as the organising learned society. Organisation, registrations and the sale of stands are entrusted to the agency Colloquium, which publishes the congress website.
  • Annual since the first edition, in January 2020. The congress took over from the Journées du CNGOF, whose 42nd edition was the last. The month has varied from one edition to the next: January, May, June, then December since 2025.
  • Key figures displayed on the website since the first quarter of 2026, with no year given; they follow the figures of the 2024 edition and most likely correspond to the 2025 results: 3,300 participants, 82 exhibitors, 491 speakers and 135 scientific sessions. The 2024 edition had 80 exhibitors and, according to the counter displayed at the time, 2,700 participants. For 2026, the organiser expects more than 3,000 participants.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The organiser describes its exhibitors by family: pharmaceutical companies, medical analysis laboratories, medical devices, manufacturers of equipment and ultrasound scanners, sperm banks, organisations promoting the setting up of practitioners, health insurers and specialist booksellers. The specialty covers a broad spectrum, from obstetrics to gynaecological surgery and oncology, including contraception, the menopause, reproductive medicine and pelvic floor medicine: every family of exhibitors finds its room.

The 2026 exhibition occupies level 1 of the Palais des Congrès. The plan published by Colloquium in August 2026 shows 634.2 m² net of stands, in modules of 6 to 30 m², complemented by a start-up village of five spaces, an area for twenty patient associations, an Agora, e-posters and simulation rooms. The breaks in the programme are labelled “pause et visite des stands” (break and stand visits): these are the times when the programme invites delegates to visit the stands.

Notable exhibitors

The Partenaires 2026 page lists some thirty companies; the page does not distinguish between partners and exhibitors, but the exhibition plan of August 2026 allocates a space to most of them. Among the pharmaceutical companies: Bayer, MSD, Pfizer, Organon, Gedeon Richter, Besins Healthcare, Theramex, Novo Nordisk, Effik, Norgine, Nordic Pharma, Biocodex, Innothera, Procare Health, Laboratoire CCD, Arrow, Multi-G and La Roche-Posay. Among devices and equipment: GE HealthCare, CooperSurgical, Laborie, Delmont Imaging, Neoventa, Distrilaser and Schwa-Medico. Also listed are Elsan, Relyens, Branchet, the Institut Marquès, Elsevier, Lyv and a medical bookseller.

The preliminary synopsis provides for industry symposia: Organon and Laborie on Wednesday, Theramex, MSD, Lilly and Bayer on Thursday, Medtronic on Friday.

Quality of the audience

The audience goes beyond gynaecologists and obstetricians alone: the organiser cites doctors, researchers, midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, sexologists, residents and students. Registration fees are differentiated by profile, with free registration for residents and students who are members of the CNGOF or of a partner society.

The CNGOF, as organiser, publishes its Qualiopi certificate on the congress website (training activities, valid until 30 December 2027); the website does not specify which sessions fall under this framework. Attendance figures are reported by the organiser, with no published third-party audit or definition of scope; the website displays participants and speakers separately.

Activities and community

Conference programme

The preliminary synopsis, dated 22 September 2026, spreads the sessions across eight to nine rooms running in parallel and two simulation areas. The CNGOF's clinical practice recommendations (RPC) structure the three days: cervical ripening in the context of labour induction, gestational diabetes with the Société Francophone du Diabète, early pregnancy loss, prolonged pregnancy, listeriosis, and prevention of venous thrombosis during pregnancy and the postpartum period with the SFAR and the CARO.

Around these, each partner learned society holds its own sessions: endometriosis, cancers of the breast, ovary and vulva, fertility and assisted reproduction, colposcopy, the menopause and hormone therapy, pelvic floor medicine, fetal medicine, obstetric anaesthesia. The president of the CNGOF announces for 2026 international contributions on the impact of social media in medicine, a political round table and an opening towards paediatrics. The preliminary synopsis lists in particular a Franco-Canadian session, a Sino-French session, a session on doctors facing social media and a session entitled “Quel avenir pour les gynécologues et les obstétriciens ? Ce qu'en pensent les candidats à la présidentielle” (what future for gynaecologists and obstetricians? What the presidential candidates think).

The practical workshops are scheduled in the simulation areas: ultrasound, suturing, pelvic trainer, OdonAssist workshop, over the three days. The Agora hosts commented posters each day, and the LGK prize presentation is planned to close a session of oral presentations by young researchers on Thursday.

Symposia and industry sessions

For an industry player, the stand is not the only lever. According to the preliminary synopsis, the major symposia would be held over the lunch slot, between two blocks of sessions: 1.15pm on Wednesday, 12.45pm on Thursday, around 12.30pm on Friday (a shorter slot); on Thursday, four are scheduled in parallel. The Agora also hosts short symposium-type slots, including one by Nausica on Thursday. The Devenir partenaire (become a partner) page also mentions video capture, sponsorship, advertising and interactivity tools among the options offered.

Community and networks

The congress is governed by the CNGOF; its committee brings together in 2026 the president of the CNGOF, Prof. Patrick Rozenberg, the honorary president, Prof. Joëlle Belaïsch-Allart, and the secretaries general of the Collège. The 22 partner societies cover the whole discipline, including the AGOF, the FFER, the SFG, the SFMP, the SFCPCV, the SCGP, the GEMVI, FRANCOGYN and the SYNGOF.

Associations are present at the exhibition: for 2026, the partners page lists the AGOF, the AIGM, AUDIPOG, EndoFrance, the FFER, the FSF, Gynécologie Sans Frontières, Gynerisq, the SCGP, the SIFEM, the SYNGOF, TDPM France and Tuto'Tour, among others.

On site: what you need to know

The congress takes place on level 1 of the Palais des Congrès de Paris, 2 place de la Porte Maillot. The organiser recommends entering via level 0, the outdoor esplanade, the main entrance on the place Maillot side or the boulevard Pershing entrance, both step-free, then reaching level 1 by the triplex lifts. An access plan for people with reduced mobility can be downloaded from the Accès page.

Getting there: metro line 1, Porte Maillot station exit 3, RER C and E to Neuilly - Porte Maillot, tram T3b, buses 43, 73, 82, 244 and PC. By car, the Indigo Porte Maillot car park. From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, allow 45 minutes by taxi or take the RER B then the RER E; from Orly, 30 minutes by taxi or line 14 then the RER E.

According to the 2026 synopsis, sessions start at 9.30am on Wednesday and at 8.30am on Thursday and Friday, and end around 6.15pm on Wednesday, 6.00pm on Thursday and 5.30pm on Friday. Entry is exclusively by named badge, issued after registration, and the internal regulations prohibit, unless authorised by the organiser, the distribution of leaflets and the canvassing of participants. Badges may be scanned at the stands, at the participant's initiative. Accommodation is handled by C'accommodation, the congress's hotel provider.

How much does it cost to exhibit

Colloquium does not publish a stand price list: bookings are made online on the exhibitor registration platform, via an account, or through the partnerships and stands department. The only public prices are those for delegates: since 23 September 2026, €460 for a doctor or other healthcare professional who is a member of the CNGOF or of a partner society and €730 for a non-member, for the whole congress, with one-day or two-day options.

Colloquium does not publish any stand price list for Pari(s) Santé Femmes: the terms are available on the exhibitor booking platform or from the partnerships department. The amounts below are indicative orders of magnitude for a medical congress of this format in Paris. They are in no way the official prices of Pari(s) Santé Femmes.
Poste de dépenseFourchette basseFourchette haute
Stand space in the exhibition, from 6 to 30 m² (on quotation)€3,000€25,000
Fit-out, furniture, electricity, signage€1,500€15,000
Lunchtime symposium (depending on room and format)€8,000€40,000
Team on site: travel, accommodation in Paris, meals (3 days)€2,500€10,000
INDICATIVE TOTAL, stand only (3 days)~€7,000~€50,000

The range mostly reflects the surface area: the 2026 plan runs from the 6 m² module, in the start-up village, to stands of up to 30 m² for the largest. The symposium is a separate budget, in practice reserved for companies that want to reach practitioners in the room. Prices to be requested from Colloquium.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Book early on the exhibitor platform: the plan dated August 2026 already showed most of the stands as allocated.
  • Time your presence on the stand to the “pause et visite des stands” breaks, several times a day, and to the lunch slot.
  • Choose your day according to your target: the obstetrics RPC sessions, the medical gynaecology sessions and the simulation workshops do not fall at the same times.
  • For a start-up, the plan reserves a village of five spaces for start-ups, with no published price.
  • Comply with the internal regulations: the regulations prohibit the distribution of leaflets within the congress and in its surroundings, unless authorised by the organiser.

For decision-maker visitors

  • Register online before the congress: the badge is named and gives access, depending on the option, to the exhibition, the rooms and the plenary session.
  • Join the CNGOF or a partner society before registering if you attend regularly: the price difference with a non-member is €270 for a doctor.
  • Identify the sessions of your own learned society in the synopsis, then the simulation workshops, whose places are limited by nature.

CSR policy and initiatives

The congress website has no commitments section and no ISO 20121 certification specific to the event. Two signals exist: the Accès page encourages carpooling to get to the congress, and the 2026 programme devotes two sessions to the CNGOF's Environment Commission. This is a programme theme and an incentive, not a quantified commitment covering the organisation of the congress.

On the organisers' side, neither the CNGOF nor Colloquium publishes, in the sources consulted, a CSR policy applied to the event.

The venue provides a complementary assurance: the Palais des Congrès de Paris is operated by Viparis, the first events player in the world to be ISO 20121 certified across all its sites, in 2014, and committed to its Better Events policy through to 2030.

Trajectory analysis

Pari(s) Santé Femmes was born of a wager, in the literal sense: to bring the learned societies of women's health together in a single congress, on the initiative of Israël Nisand, then president of the CNGOF. Eighteen societies or associations had joined for the first edition, in January 2020; there are 22 in 2026.

The trajectory was disrupted by the health crisis. After a start of 3,937 participants and 88 exhibitors in 2020, the 2021 edition went 100% virtual and the 2022 edition was moved from January to May. The congress then changed venue almost every year: Lille in 2023, the CNIT in 2024 and 2025, the Palais des Congrès in 2026. The calendar also shifted, from January to June and then to December.

The exhibition itself is stable: 88 exhibitors in 2020 then, according to the website's successive counters, 80 in 2024 and 82 in 2025. Attendance rose from 2,700 to 3,300 participants, according to the figures displayed by the website, between 2024 and 2025, without quite regaining the level of the first edition. For an exhibitor, the appeal lies in the breadth of the audience: gynaecologists, obstetricians, midwives, physiotherapists and residents, in the same hall over three days.

The dates of the 2027 edition have not yet been announced.
