Agoris analysis · updated November 2026

Key points

  • Premium Sourcing is the Paris trade show for promotional items, promotional textiles and corporate gifts. It runs for two days at the Salles du Carrousel, in the Carrousel du Louvre, and, according to its entry conditions, is open exclusively to resellers and distributors in the sector.
  • Next edition: the 17th, on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 September 2027. Opening hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm on Wednesday and 9:30am to 5:00pm on Thursday.
  • Calendar change: the organiser announces that the 2027 edition will no longer take place in the back-to-school week, whereas the 2026 edition was held on 2 and 3 September.
  • Organiser: Infopro Digital Trade Shows, the events subsidiary of the Infopro Digital group. No co-organiser.
  • Annual frequency, with a deliberate positioning on the September return to business: the organiser points out that the end of the year accounts for nearly 40% of the sector's revenue.
  • Results of the 16th edition, in September 2026: 1,516 visitors and 113 exhibitors.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offer brings together manufacturers, importers and brands of promotional items and textiles, as well as marking and printing providers. The online catalogue for the 2026 edition sorts exhibitors into broad families: brands and manufacturers of promotional items or textiles, distributors, service and software providers, and marking specialists. Items range from food and treats, luggage and leather goods, office electronics, drinkware, writing instruments, tableware, packaging and outdoor products; textiles run from workwear to sportswear, including paratextile products (caps, tote bags, lanyards).

Stands are split between Object stands and Textile stands, in sizes of 6, 12 or 24 sq m according to the quotation request form for the 2026 edition.

The edition is explicitly geared towards year-end corporate gifts: exhibitors present capsules of new products designed for resellers' year-end campaigns, in addition, according to the organiser, to the highlights of the start of the year. Among them, CTCO, another trade show for promotional items and textiles organised by Infopro Digital Trade Shows, takes place at Lyon Eurexpo from 2 to 4 February 2027.

Notable exhibitors

The 2027 exhibitor list has not yet been published. The 2026 exhibitor list and the floor plan dated 31 July 2026 give a sense of the offer at the last edition: exhibitors included Axpol, PF Concept, Stricker, Makito Promotional Products, XD Connects, Clipper Interall France, Deltabrands, Stabilo Promotion Products, BIC Graphic Europe, Schneider Ecris-le, Lexon, Roly & Stamina, Texet France and Tee Jays, as well as several exhibitors grouped under the Les Spécialistes banner (stand C20).

Visitor quality

Access is locked down. The show is reserved for resellers and distributors of promotional items, promotional textiles and corporate gifts, by invitation only. Every badge request may be checked: the organiser may require two invoices from suppliers of promotional items or textiles, or the membership card of a professional organisation.

The 2026 results quantify this selectivity: 75% of visitors describe themselves as decision-makers and 25% as influencers. In the breakdown by activity, distributors and resellers of items and textiles account for 79%, small-format marking and printing professionals for 11% and communication agencies for 9%. 57% of attendance took place on the first day.

The show's Concept page also names marking and printing experts among its target audiences, and the 2026 results do include marking professionals and agencies.

No OJS certification or third-party audit is published: the figures are those of the organiser's own results.

Activities & community

Conference programme

The 2027 programme has not yet been published. In 2026, the conferences and round tables, all available as replays on the website, covered the move upmarket of promotional media items, going from the client brief to the right item, artificial intelligence applied to the reseller's job, and a case study on the Cle'OBJET initiative. The head of conferences is the editor-in-chief of C!Mag, a magazine of the organising group.

Print Live and 2min Chrono

Print Live is a live demonstration area for personalisation techniques: screen printing, embroidery, transfer, digital printing. Visitors leave with the personalised item made before their eyes. In 2026, three workshops were offered: DTF printing on a T-shirt, embroidery on a pencil case and engraving on a lunchbox, carried out by BGA Group on products supplied by Roly and Stamina.

Launched in 2024, 2min Chrono lets volunteer exhibitors present their flagship product in two minutes in front of a camera, for distribution on social media. A central bar open to visitors serves as a meeting point over the two days.

Community & networks

The partners shown on the website are L'Objet Média, European Sourcing, EPPI, BAPP and Joomp; BGA Group and Realisaprint were sponsors of the 2026 edition. The entry conditions page refers to the 2FPCO, the French federation of promotional items and textiles.

On the press side, the show's website links to C!Mag and lists IC le Mag among the titles of the organising group.

On site: what you need to know

The show takes place in the Salles du Carrousel, at the Carrousel du Louvre, 99 rue de Rivoli, Paris 1st arrondissement. Entry is through the Carrousel du Louvre gallery or through the Carrousel garden; the building is accessible to people with disabilities.

By metro, take lines 1 and 7 to the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre stop, exit Carrousel du Louvre. Several bus lines serve the Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre, Palais Royal - Comédie Française and Musée du Louvre stops. From Orly, allow about 46 minutes (RER C then metro 14); from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, about 50 minutes (RER B then metro 1). By car, the Parc Carrousel Louvre car park is reached via avenue du Général Lemonnier. Taxis drop off at place André Malraux.

Entry is free, with compulsory online pre-registration: no registration is carried out on site. The badge is personal, named and valid for both days; proof of identity may be requested. Minors, children (even in a pushchair) and animals are not admitted. Visitor service: welcome@premium-sourcing.fr.

For accommodation, the show refers visitors to the platform of its partner Revolugo.

How much does it cost to exhibit

Infopro Digital Trade Shows does not publish any price list online: prices are provided on quotation, via the request form on the website. Only the available sizes (6, 12 or 24 sq m) are public. The amounts below are indicative orders of magnitude for a two-day professional trade show in Paris of this format. They are in no way the official rates of Premium Sourcing.
Poste de dépenseFourchette basseFourchette haute
Stand of 6 to 24 sq m, on quotation from the organiser (indicative)€3,000€15,000
Fit-out, furniture, signage and presentation of collections€1,000€8,000
Transport of samples and set-up logistics€500€3,000
On-site staff, accommodation and catering in Paris (2 days)€1,500€5,000
Communication and invitations to client resellers€500€3,000
INDICATIVE TOTAL (2 days)~€6,500~€34,000

At this show, the value of attending lies in the timing: this is when resellers finalise their selections of year-end corporate gifts. The heaviest cost is often preparing the collection of new products on display, more than the stand itself. Ask the organiser for rates.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Arrive with a collection dedicated to the end of the year: the show is positioned on that window, and resellers come to build their corporate gift offers.
  • Choose early between an Object stand and a Textile stand, and between 6, 12 and 24 sq m: the quotation request goes through the online exhibitor area.
  • Offer to take part in 2min Chrono, open to volunteer exhibitors, to gain visibility beyond the stand.
  • Pass the invitation on to your resellers: access is reserved for vetted professionals, and a visitor who has not pre-registered cannot sign up on site.

For reseller visitors

  • Pre-register before coming and prepare the supporting documents (supplier invoices or professional organisation membership card).
  • Prepare a list of references for each client: with so many suppliers concentrated over two days, you can compare and source quickly.
  • Stop by Print Live to assess marking techniques before selling them.
  • Note that minors are not admitted, even when accompanied.

CSR policy & initiatives

Infopro Digital Trade Shows presents its CSR approach as a "work in progress", under way since 2020 and common to its shows. For Premium Sourcing, the dedicated page details concrete measures: reusable stands that can be shared across several of the group's shows, with a target of at least ten rotations; 100% LED lighting; electricity certified as green in origin supplied by the Carrousel du Louvre; heating, ventilation and air conditioning switched off during set-up and dismantling; no carpet in the aisles.

Exhibitors receive a sorting guide in advance. At dismantling, four waste streams are collected separately (non-hazardous industrial waste, cardboard, plastic film, glass) and signage cores are recovered for reuse. On the mobility side, a free car-sharing solution is offered with Mobicoop, and a carbon footprint calculator for the journey is available to visitors.

Catering is provided by Cousin Traiteur, certified ISO 20121 since 2022 according to the show's page. The show itself displays neither ISO 20121 certification nor a published carbon assessment.

Trajectory analysis

Between 2024 and 2026, the show went from 132 to 113 exhibitors and from 1,803 to 1,516 visitors. Back in 2024, the show's director spoke of a turbulent promotional media market and of adjustments to the September dates. The format remains that of a niche, highly filtered show, where visitor quality counts for more than volume: three visitors in four describe themselves as decision-makers in 2026.

Moving the 2027 edition to mid-September, outside the back-to-school week, is the organiser's most visible decision. It should be judged against the show's role: acting as a stopover for resellers as they prepare their year-end sales. The effects on attendance will only be measurable once the 2027 results are in.

The dates of the 2028 edition had not been announced when this was written.
