The detail of the 2027 workshops and plenary speakers was not published in readable form at the time of writing. As a gauge of the level, the 2026 edition organised its 27 workshops into themed tracks: resilience, insurance, geopolitics, data and quantification, new technologies, case studies, foresight, transition and ERM. The 2025 plenaries notably hosted Enrico Letta, president of the Institut Jacques Delors, economist Jean Pisani-Ferry and political scientist Nicole Bacharan, as well as insurance and reinsurance executives.

On site: what you need to know

The congress is held at the Centre International de Deauville, 1 avenue Lucien Barrière, on the seafront boardwalk, facing the sea and directly linked to the Casino and the main hotels. Registration opens on Tuesday 2 February from 5pm to 7pm for pre-registration, Wednesday 3 February from 9am to 7:30pm, Thursday 4 February from 8am to 7pm and Friday 5 February from 8:30am to 3pm.

By train, Deauville is about two hours from Paris Saint-Lazare. By air, Caen-Carpiquet and Le Havre-Octeville airports are around thirty minutes away by car. By road, allow 200 km from Paris, 90 km from Rouen and 50 km from Caen. Three car parks surround the CID, including one with 1,000 spaces on the seafront reclaimed land, five minutes' walk away.

The organiser runs bus shuttles from Paris Porte Maillot, to be booked at registration, and shuttles between the CID and hotels more than five minutes' walk away, including those in Trouville. A luggage room is set up in the car park, opposite the CID's Normandy entrance.

Accommodation is managed by Insight Outside, with negotiated rooms for the nights of 2, 3 and 4 February 2027, reserved for registered attendees only. Point to watch: the hotel booking can be cancelled free of charge only until 18 September 2026, after which cancellation fees rise to 100% after 29 November 2026.

Attendee registration fees are published. Until 23 October 2026: 704 euros excl. VAT for an AMRAE-FERMA member (899 euros excl. VAT after that date) and 1,301 euros excl. For the exhibitor

• Request the partnership pack early: group and partner registrations close by 8 January 2027 at the latest.
• Work on a presence in the programme, not just on the stand: the audience comes first for the content, and the themed tracks structure how people move around.

For the decision-making visitor

• Register before 23 October 2026 to benefit from the preferential rate, and check whether AMRAE membership is worthwhile, as members pay less.
• Note the cancellation schedule: full refund until 18 September 2026, 50% until 16 October 2026, nothing beyond that barring force majeure. Transferring the registration to a colleague at the same company remains possible until 15 January 2027.

CSR policy & initiatives

The congress website has no Commitments or Sustainable Development section, and neither Les Rencontres de l'AMRAE nor AMRAE publishes a formalised CSR policy, a carbon footprint report or ISO 20121 certification specific to the event.
