Key facts

  • Texcare France is the trade show for textile care: machines, detergents, software and services for dry cleaners, launderettes, and craft and industrial laundries, and for the people who run linen services in hospitals, care homes, hotels and local authorities.
  • Next edition: Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 November 2027, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The show therefore opens on a Sunday, as in 2025: the Visit page shows opening from Sunday to Tuesday.
  • Organiser: Messe Frankfurt France, the French subsidiary of the German group Messe Frankfurt, which also runs textile care shows in Frankfurt (Texcare International), in China and in the United States.
  • Frequency: biennial, in odd-numbered years. The show is the successor to JET Expo (Journées de l'Entretien Textile), bought by Messe Frankfurt France at the end of 2018 and then renamed; under its current name, the first edition took place in November 2023.
  • Results of the latest edition, in November 2025: 78 exhibiting companies, 40% of them from abroad, and 1,900 visitors from more than 40 nationalities.
  • Free entry for trade professionals (Visit page); in 2025, access was free by registration.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offer covers the whole linen care chain: machines, systems and equipment for cleaning, washing, drying and finishing textiles; detergents, solvents, stain removal, finishing and disinfection products; digital tools for flow management and logistics; laundry, textile rental and workwear providers; insurance, financing, consulting and training. Associations, unions and federations from the sector also exhibit.

The 2025 edition broadened this offer, according to the organiser: a significant arrival of machines and equipment, a rise in traceability and RFID solutions, and the entry of a textile category. Before the show, the organiser had named Bimedica, Resuinsa and Denantes in this category; Resuinsa and Denantes appear in the exhibitor list dated 31 October 2025.

Notable exhibitors

The list published on the site is the 2025 one: the exhibitor list dated 31 October 2025 includes Electrolux Professional, Alliance Laundry Systems, Girbau, Kreussler Textile Care, Veit, Tolon, Danube, Seitz France and Kiehl France, as well as LP France, a subsidiary of Lapauw Group. No exhibitor has yet been announced for 2027.

Visitor quality

The show is aimed at dry cleaners, launderettes, craft and industrial laundries, hospitals, care homes, hotels and restaurants, concierge services, public institutions and local authorities, as well as rental and maintenance providers.

In 2025, the visitor mix was as follows, according to the organiser: 29% dry cleaners, 23% laundry operators and 17% launderettes, with the rest coming from care homes, hotels and catering, local authorities and public and private organisations managing linen. 85% of visitors were French, 57% of them from outside Île-de-France; behind France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom and Switzerland were the leading countries represented.

No OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is published: the figures are those released by the organiser in its results report.

Activities & community

Conference programme

In 2025, the conferences were held on the Agora, which hosted round tables, product presentation workshops and award ceremonies. The 2027 programme had not been published at the time of writing.

For 2025, the organiser had announced a programme designed and hosted by Sandra Minette, director of the agency Sixième Angle, over three days. The results report highlights round tables and workshops ranging from hospitality to regulation, taking in employment, care homes and innovation. A round table on the sector's CSR framework brought together the GEIST and the URBH, among others. The sessions are available as a replay.

Laundry Area

New in 2025, the Laundry Area (Espace Blanchisserie) was, according to the organiser's results report, an additional technical hub devoted to demonstrations and dialogue with manufacturers, where visitors could see industrial machines in operation: barrier washers, dryers, folders, sorters. The organiser had announced Danube, Electrolux Professional, Alliance Laundry Systems France, Girbau, Tolon and Veit as manufacturers present in this area. The organiser announces the return of a Laundry Area devoted to large-capacity machines in 2027.

Texcare France Awards

Launched in 2025, the Texcare France Awards reward four categories: Innovation, Employment & Training, CSR & Sustainable Development, Communication. They were open to exhibitors and to companies, organisations and associations in the sector, and were judged by a jury of 14 industry experts.

2025 winners: Kreussler and Igitex for an eco-labelled washing process (Innovation), the Montpellier University Hospital (CHU de Montpellier) for turning handball shirts into paediatric gowns (CSR & Sustainable Development), the FAPET for its youth training and integration project (Employment & Training), Georges for its AvenGeorges campaign (Communication). Natura Pressing received the Coup de Cœur prize. The organiser has announced the 2027 Awards, with no application calendar published to date.

Community & networks

Sector bodies are partners of the show. For 2025, the site notably cites the AFL (Association Française des Laveries), the AJET (Association de la Jeunesse de l'Entretien du Textile), the FFPB (Fédération Française des Pressings et Blanchisseries), the GEIST, the URBH, the CINET, the Cofreet, the CTTN-IREN, the FAPET, the German association DTV and the VDMA.

On the press side, the 2025 media partners include Entretien Textile, Blanchisseries Mag, Ehpadia and Hospitalia, Géroscopie, Industrie Hôtelière and Laundry and Cleaning News International.

A Job Board, offered in 2025 near the Agora, connected recruiters and candidates from the sector. Messe Frankfurt France also organises Texworld Paris, devoted to fabric and garment sourcing.

On site: what you need to know

The show takes place at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1 place de la Porte de Versailles, Paris 15th. The 2023 and 2025 editions occupied Hall 2.1; the hall for the 2027 edition has not yet been published on the official site.

The Visit page shows opening from 9:00 to 18:00, Sunday to Tuesday. It still carries transport offers dated 2025: these hours should be reconfirmed closer to the edition.

Access by metro line 12, tram T3a and bus 80, stop Porte de Versailles. From Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, take the RER B to Cité Universitaire then the T3a; from Orly, Orlyval and RER B, or Orlybus, then the T3a. Car park P6 is located between gates C and D, behind Hall 6, with access via place des Insurgés de Varsovie.

Bags larger than 56 x 40 x 25 cm must be left in the cloakroom (€3 for a jacket or bag, €4 for a suitcase). The organiser offers hotel booking through its partner Revolugo and a mobile app with a floor plan and exhibitor list.

How much does it cost to exhibit

The first four lines reproduce the official grid for the 2025 edition (prices excl. VAT, exhibitor brochure published in 2024). The 2027 grid had not been published at the time of writing: these amounts give an order of magnitude and are not the 2027 prices. The other lines are indicative estimates, not organiser prices. The last two lines are ranges from the publisher, with no published source, to give a sense of the scale of a full budget.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Request the 2027 grid as soon as it opens: in 2025, the 5% discount ran until a year before the show.
  • For an industrial machine manufacturer, aim for the Laundry Area: it is where laundry operators see large-capacity equipment running, which a standard stand does not always allow.
  • Prepare an application for the Awards if the company has an innovation or a CSR initiative: in 2025, the deadline fell two months before the show.
  • Complete your profile in the organiser's online tool, which feeds the exhibitor list and the interactive floor plan.

For decision-maker visitors

  • Check in advance which day of the week best suits your opening schedule: the show runs from Sunday to Tuesday.
  • Consult the round table programme as soon as it is published: in 2025, they covered regulation and hospital laundry, among other topics.
  • Plan meetings with the manufacturers in the Laundry Area to compare machines in operation on the same day.

CSR policy & initiatives

The show's content gives the subject visible space: reducing water and energy consumption, eco-responsible solutions, a CSR & Sustainable Development category in the Awards since 2025 and a round table on the sector's CSR framework. However, this is editorial content, not a commitment by the organiser on the event itself: the Texcare France site publishes neither a carbon footprint for the show nor ISO 20121 certification.

At group level, Messe Frankfurt states a goal of climate neutrality at its Frankfurt base by 2040 at the latest and an EMAS environmental management system at its Frankfurt site, which also meets the ISO 14001 standard, and makes available to exhibitors a guide to more sustainable participation.

The venue provides a documented framework: Viparis, operator of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, has been ISO 20121 certified across all its sites since 2014 and rolls out its Better Events policy; the exhibition centre has an on-site sorting centre and has banned single-use plastic.

Trajectory analysis

The show changed character when it changed owner. JET Expo, created in 2005 and held every two years, still showed 75 exhibitors and 3,500 visitors in 2017. Bought at the end of 2018 by Messe Frankfurt France, it held a last edition under its old name in May 2019, then became Texcare France. The edition planned for late 2021 was postponed to 2023 because of the relocation of Texcare International (27 November to 1 December 2021 in Frankfurt); in the meantime, the organiser held four one-day regional forums, in Nantes, Marseille, Bordeaux and Lyon.

The 2023 relaunch started from a more modest base than JET Expo: 1,500 visitors and over sixty brands. The 2025 edition grew on both counts, with 1,900 visitors and 78 exhibiting companies, an offer broadened to industrial machines and linen, and a more diverse visitor mix: the share of dry cleaners fell from 39% to 29% and that of laundry operators from 27% to 23%, in favour of care homes, hotels and catering, local authorities and other players in linen management. The show remains below the attendance of JET Expo before the takeover (1,900 visitors in 2025 against 3,500 in 2017), while the number of exhibitors is of the same order (78 companies against 75 exhibitors); the counting scopes are not documented (companies, exhibitors, brands) and the two series are not comparable like for like.

For a supplier, the appeal is concentration: a show that the organiser presents as the only event bringing together the whole sector in France, every two years, with a share of foreign exhibitors steady at around 40% and a French audience mostly coming from the regions. The brand calendar also sets the rhythm: Texcare International will be held in Frankfurt from 8 to 11 November 2028, a year after the Paris edition.
