Key points
- Affaire de Cadeaux is the trade show for corporate gifts, incentive gifts and promotional items: manufacturers, distributors, agencies and personalisation specialists present their new products to corporate buyers.
- Next edition: Tuesday 17 to Thursday 19 November 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 4.
- The show is held alongside Heavent Paris, devoted to solutions and services for events, and Séminaire Expo, devoted to organising seminars and conferences. Each show has its own page and its own stand offers.
- Organiser: Weyou Group, which designs and runs the show. No co-organiser.
- Annual frequency, in November. The 2020 edition did not take place because of the health crisis.
- 2025 results: 103 exhibitor stands. The figure of more than 20,000 participants shown by the organiser is the total for the three shows combined, not for Affaire de Cadeaux alone.
- Access restricted to professionals, free visitor badge.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The official website sorts the offer into thirteen activity families: chocolate, confectionery, gastronomy, tea and coffee; household appliances, sound and connected objects; books and comics; tableware; perfume, beauty and cosmetics; champagne, wines and spirits; textiles and decoration; clothing; games and toys; jewellery and watches; stationery and office supplies; bags, packaging and wrapping; and finally digital solutions, gift boxes, vouchers and gift cards.
Two approaches sit side by side in the aisles. On one side, brands and manufacturers offering a customisable version of their product: chocolate in your colours, a made-to-measure scarf, a board game in the company's colours. On the other, distributors and promotional-item agencies that aggregate catalogues of several thousand references and sell personalisation, logistics and advice.
Notable exhibitors
The exhibitor list included 40 companies on 10 October 2026, almost all with their stand number. Among them are household-name brands with a corporate offer: the Monnaie de Paris (stand AC506), Victorinox (AC314) and M&M'S.com (AC405). The silk specialist Malfroy & Million (AC501), which makes made-to-measure scarves for companies, is also there. On the promotional-item and corporate-gift side, you will find Kick & Rush (AC100), W8COM (AC132), Goodie-D (AC310), Inerys (AC214), ACAD (AC103), a specialist in incentive platforms, and Freemiumplay (AC106), which offers digital subscriptions as gifts.
The professional federation L'Objet Média is also registered (stand AC315). The list may still change before the show opens.
Visitor quality
The visitors are billed as 100% professional: companies, agencies, and marketing, communication or purchasing departments. The restriction is explicit: the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot show salaried or self-employed activity.
Being held alongside Heavent Paris and Séminaire Expo widens the potential audience to event and seminar organisers, who are also buyers of gifts and items handed out to participants. This is the synergy promoted by the organiser. However, no attendance figure specific to Affaire de Cadeaux is published, and no OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is shown.
Features & community
Themed areas
The Visit page of the website presents four themed areas: L'Espace Épicure (fine food, wine, caviar), L'Ilot du Luxe, Le Village des Créateurs (creators and designers presenting their products as a preview) and Le Village Eco-Responsable, which brings together a selection of committed companies. The latter also corresponds to a specific stand package in the exhibitor offer.
Conference programme
The Programme page of the website announces plenary conferences for Heavent Paris, which are to feature experts, advertisers, specialists or agencies on innovation in all its forms. Affaire de Cadeaux does not publish a conference programme of its own.
On-site services
A free concierge service is available before and during the show, at the general commissioner's office: restaurant, hotel and transport bookings, organisation of client evenings, couriers, deliveries to the stand, dry cleaning, translators and interpreters.
On site: what you need to know
For access, transport, parking and accommodation, see the venue page: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 2 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris. The show's website also provides an access map (a 2020 document).
Specific to the show: the 2026 edition is in Hall 4. Published opening hours: 10:00 to 19:00 on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 November, and 10:00 to 17:00 on Thursday 19 November.
The visitor badge is free and is requested online. For accommodation, the agency Revolugo is the official partner of the 2026 edition and offers negotiated rates through the hotel booking page. Show contact: +33 1 89 70 37 52.
How much does it cost to exhibit
Weyou Group does not publish a price list for Affaire de Cadeaux. The website describes five stand packages, with no price attached.
The Bare Stand includes the marked-out floor space. The Equipped Stand adds carpeted floor space, partition walls, the LED bar, the sign without logo and lighting. The Package Stand adds a white furniture allowance defined according to the booked area. The Collective Stand includes carpeted floor space, back partition walls, lighting, a sign and furniture, and also exists without furniture. Finally, the Village Eco-Responsable package includes carpeted floor space, partition walls, a sign, lighting and white furniture.
Terms of participation and prices are provided by the sales team, via the exhibitor information request form or by telephone.
Preparing your visit
For exhibitors
- Choose your package according to your product: a gastronomy or luxury brand benefits from being visible in the relevant themed area, while a promotional-item distributor needs floor space to show the breadth of its catalogue.
- Bring personalised samples: at this show, buyers judge the quality of the marking, engraving or printing, not just the bare product.
- State clear production lead times: the show takes place in November, ahead of end-of-year gifts.
- Make use of the joint format: visitors to Heavent Paris and Séminaire Expo are influencers of items handed out at events.
For decision-maker visitors
- Request your badge in advance and bring proof of professional activity.
- Check the exhibitor list before you come and locate the stands by product family.
- Compare several quotes for the same item: distributors and direct manufacturers share the same hall.
- Ask suppliers about the origin and manufacture of the products, especially if your company has a responsible purchasing policy.
CSR policy & initiatives
Affaire de Cadeaux does not publish a commitments page specific to the event. Its most visible contribution is thematic: a Village Eco-Responsable brings together suppliers selected for their environmental approach.
Weyou Group publishes a CSR and ESG commitments page built around three pillars: environment, social and governance. The group states a commitment to reduce its carbon footprint, optimise waste management and develop the circular economy. Its most concrete measure, chartering TGV trains with SNCF, concerns its One to One Meetings in Cannes, not its Paris shows.
The venue provides the certified foundation. Viparis, operator of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, states that in 2014 it was the first events operator in the world to be ISO 20121 certified across all its sites and its entire activity, and it rolls out its Better Events policy. At the Porte de Versailles site, Viparis mentions a sorting centre allowing waste to be sorted further, and certified halls, Hall 6 under HQE and Hall 7 under BREEAM.
No ISO 20121 certification specific to Affaire de Cadeaux is published, and no quantified target is shown at event level.

Trajectory analysis
The sequence published by the organiser shows a clear recovery after the health crisis: 88 stands in 2021, 93 in 2022, then 103 in 2023. The figure of 103 is then shown unchanged for 2024 and 2025. The show has therefore reached a plateau, at a limited size relative to the Porte de Versailles.
The attendance figures call for caution. They cover the three shows combined: 16,012 participants in 2021, 18,115 in 2022, 20,031 in 2023, then more than 20,000 in 2024 and 2025. They measure the momentum of the whole formed with Heavent Paris and Séminaire Expo, not the audience of Affaire de Cadeaux alone, which is not published.
The calendar is stable: a November show, Tuesday to Thursday, between early and mid-November depending on the year (4-6 November in 2025, 17-19 November in 2026), ahead of end-of-year gifts. The 2020 edition, planned for early November, was postponed to 2021 after the health restrictions.
