By metro, the Beffroi is right outside Mairie de Montrouge station, the terminus of line 4. By bus, lines 68, 126 and 128, Mairie de Montrouge stop. By car, take the Porte d'Orléans exit off the ring road; two car parks are signposted, place Émile Cresp and Porte d'Orléans, both under ten minutes' walk away.

The 2027 timetable has not yet been published. As a reference point, in 2026 the exhibition was open from 9am to 5pm on both days and the conferences ran from 9am to 6.30pm on the first day and 9am to 6pm on the second.
