Who exhibits
Typical profile
The organiser splits the offer into two worlds. The first, digital technology in education, covers publishing and teaching products, multimedia and audiovisual, equipment and consumables, fittings and furnishings, and institutes and organisations. The second covers technical and scientific streams: technical and professional equipment, automation, robotics and simulators, 3D printers, scientific apparatus and laboratory practical-work equipment.
A space called Equip Ecole, announced as new from the 2025 edition and still flagged “NEW” on the 2026 homepage, is added to these, presented as “the space for purchasing and managing schools and universities” (“l'espace des achats et de la gestion des établissements scolaires et universitaires”). It brings together the everyday suppliers of educational institutions: furniture, IT, management software, access cards, school catering, security and maintenance, sports equipment, school trips, uniforms.
As for packages, the show sells stands in the central zone, Découverte stands of 4 to 14 m² in zone 2 and a Start-up zone. The exhibitor portfolio therefore ranges from the young EdTech start-up to the global manufacturer.
Notable exhibitors
The 2026 exhibitor list is published and can be filtered by business sector. On 10 October 2026, it counted 193 entries, including Microsoft France, Google, Lenovo, Dell Technologies, Acer, Asus Education, Epson, BenQ, ViewSonic, Canva and Dassault Systèmes for IT and software.
Media and educational resources are represented by Arte France, Lumni Enseignement, Lelivrescolaire.fr and Universcience, teaching equipment by Jeulin, Festo and A4 Technologie, and purchasing for institutions by Manutan Collectivités and Amazon Business. Several institutional players also appear in the list: the Île-de-France Region, the European Parliament, MAIF and MGEN, as well as the sector's associations, AFINEF and AFT-RN.
The list changes until the show opens: the names cited here are those registered at the date of consultation.
Visitor quality
Access is reserved for professionals, and the organisation may refuse entry to people who cannot show salaried or self-employed activity. The organiser's 2025 results highlight the profiles of national education (Éducation nationale), local authorities and teaching staff.
The show stands out for its business meetings programme. Education project owners are invited by the organiser, which covers their travel and hotel: civil servants from the Education and Youth departments of regions, départements and town halls, elected officials in charge of education, academic inspectorates and school leadership, deputy heads for vocational and technological training, academic IT directors and digital managers of local authorities. In 2025, 198 project owners took part, for 2,373 pre-arranged meetings.
No OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is published. The figures available are those of the organiser's results, expressed in participants.
Activities & community
Conference programme
The 2025 results count 15 plenary conferences, 53 conferences, 4,244 attendees, 30 workshops at the Carrefour de l'innovation pédagogique and 53 workshops at the Agora EdTech France.
For 2026, four plenaries are announced in the auditorium: “Doit-on réinventer l'école lorsque tout s'accélère ?” (“Should we reinvent school when everything is speeding up?”) on 2 December at 9:30am, “A-t-on encore besoin d'apprendre à l'ère de l'IA ?” (“Do we still need to learn in the age of AI?”) on 2 December at 3:15pm, “L'IA peut-elle rendre l'école vraiment inclusive ?” (“Can AI make school truly inclusive?”) on 3 December at 3:15pm and “A l'ère de l'IA, comment faut-il vraiment équiper l'école ?” (“In the age of AI, how should schools really be equipped?”) on 4 December at 10:45am. The exhibitor conferences and workshops programme is detailed on the programme page as it is published.
On Friday 4 December, a teachers' track, offered on the show's website under the title “Parcours Enseignants Salon de l'Education”, offers a morning session on AI and critical thinking and an afternoon vibe-coding workshop, programming in natural language applied to teaching, led in particular by Manon Chibrac (EtreProf.fr) and Bastien Masse (Class'Code).
The Carrefour de l'innovation pédagogique
This is the space run by and for the education community, at the heart of the show. In 2026, it announces 22 sessions: 13 hands-on workshops in the “30 minutes pour tester” (30 minutes to test) format, 8 experience-sharing sessions in the “1 heure pour s'inspirer” (1 hour to get inspired) format and a day devoted to trainee teachers, by registration, on the use of AI in a professional context.
Three horizons structure the programme: an emancipating future, where AI serves teaching, an open future, where learning goes beyond the classroom, and an inclusive future, where digital technology reduces inequalities. The programme alternates field experience reports, for example a project run in a secondary school or a blended-learning scheme, with hands-on sessions on digital tools, presented by the speakers named on the Carrefour page.
Business meetings and afterwork
Meetings between exhibitors and project owners take place on the stands, on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 December. Matchmaking runs on a platform developed by Weyou Group, in three steps: requests are made one month before the show, then accepted or declined, then scheduling is automatic and communicated a few days before opening.
The afterwork takes place at the show on Wednesday 2 December from 6pm to 9pm, open to the public and to VIP guests.
Community & networks
The 2026 partners listed on the website are La Ligue de l'enseignement and the Salon européen de l'éducation as supporters; AFINEF, EdTech France, AFT-RN and Vive les SVT as institutional and association partners; and the Ministry of National Education for its participation.
On the media side: Café pédagogique, EdTech Actu, Ludomag, L'Étudiant, Sqool TV, Publimag and Magileads.
Educatech Expo belongs to Weyou Group's Paris portfolio, alongside All4Customer, Europropre, Heavent Paris, Séminaire Expo, SETA, Workspace Paris and Affaire de Cadeaux. It is the only show in the group devoted to education.

How much does it cost to exhibit
Weyou Group does not publish a price list: prices are provided by the sales team via the exhibitor information request form. The website does, however, describe what each package includes.
The bare stand includes the marked-out floor space. The packaged stand adds carpeted surface, partitions, a fascia, a spotlight for 3 m², a sign without logo, daily cleaning and a furniture credit. The decorated stand goes further, with a choice of carpet and partition colours, a sign with logo, a 3 kW electrical box, a 1 m² storage room and a furniture credit. The Découverte stand, in zone 2, is offered from 4 to 14 m² with structure, furniture and registration fees included. The Start-up package places the exhibitor in a dedicated village, with high tables, stools, internet connection and a web pack.
The only figures published: pre-arranged business meetings are offered above a certain participation amount. Above €10,000 excl. VAT, the exhibitor receives one agenda of 10 meetings over the two days; above €17,000 excl. VAT, two agendas and 20 meetings; above €24,000 excl. VAT, three agendas and 30 meetings.
Speaking slots are sold separately: a 60-minute plenary conference in an auditorium for 240 people, with video recording and the attendee list, or a 55-minute workshop in a room for 80 people. Visibility offers complete the catalogue: the show app, official bags, badge lanyards, floor marking, sponsorship of the Carrefour de l'innovation pédagogique. A concierge service is offered to exhibitors.
Planning your visit
For exhibitors
- Think in terms of overall participation amount: the thresholds of €10,000, €17,000 and €24,000 excl. VAT unlock pre-arranged meetings with project owners, which distinguish the format.
- Log in to the matchmaking platform as soon as it opens, one month before the show: the requests made at this stage fill the agenda.
- Choose your exhibition world: education technology, technical and scientific streams, or the Equip Ecole space if your offer targets institutions' operating purchases.
- Consider an exhibitor workshop: the 80-person room is equipped and the organiser provides the attendee list.
For decision-maker visitors
- Request the badge in advance: entry is free but reserved for professionals.
- For a public-sector buyer, elected official or digital manager, apply to the project owners programme: travel and hotel are covered, and meetings are scheduled with the chosen suppliers.
- Prepare the visit with the exhibitor list, filterable by sector, which lets you print a route.
- Combine plenaries and the Carrefour de l'innovation: the former set out the issues, the latter shows what teachers actually do with them.
CSR policy & initiatives
Educatech Expo has a CSR/ESG page, but its content concerns the organising group rather than the show: it describes a partnership between Weyou Group and SNCF to charter TGV trains to its One to One Meetings in Cannes, offices in HQE-certified buildings, an equal pay policy for equal roles and a shareholder that has signed the Principles for Responsible Investment. No measure there is explicitly tied to the Paris show.
Weyou Group's commitments page structures its approach around three pillars, environment, social and governance, with a commitment to reduce its carbon footprint, optimise waste management and develop the circular economy. No carbon assessment and no ISO 20121 certification specific to Educatech Expo is published.
The venue provides a documented framework: Viparis, operator of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, states that in 2014 it was the world's first events player certified ISO 20121 across all its sites, and has rolled out its Better Events policy since 2018. Pavilion 7, where the show takes place, is BREEAM-certified, and the site has an on-site sorting centre.
These commitments should be distinguished from the show's content: inclusion, accessibility and digital sobriety come up regularly in the programme, with a 2026 plenary on inclusive schools and a question on whether digital schooling is compatible with sobriety and the ecological transition, announced on the 2023 programme. These are debate topics, not operational commitments by the organiser.

Trajectory analysis
The show displays great stability of format: the Porte de Versailles, Pavilion 7 since at least 2024, a Wednesday-to-Friday format, and a size close to 280 stands or exhibitors, with 13,512 participants in 2025 and 14,464 in 2023. The 2023 and 2024 press releases still pointed to the former domain educatec-educatice.com, without the organiser publishing the history of that name.
The 2026 edition moves from mid-November to early December, and its dates fall within those of the Salon européen de l'éducation (2 to 6 December), housed in the same pavilion. For exhibitors, the environment matters: the professional strand sits alongside a careers guidance show open to the general public, within a five-day event, without sharing its audience, as access to Educatech Expo remains reserved for professionals. The Salon européen de l'éducation reports its own overall attendance, which adds up several shows and should not be confused with that of Educatech Expo.
The content has followed the same line since 2023, the year the organiser announced a major debate on generative AI co-designed with INRIA: artificial intelligence has become the common thread of the programme, a plenary topic on one side, a tool tested in workshops on the other. The commercial offer, for its part, is shifting towards operating purchases with Equip Ecole, announced in 2025 as a new space, which widens the show beyond educational technology towards school managers and local-authority Education departments.
