Key facts

  • Les Rencontres Flotauto Toulouse is the Toulouse edition of the trade show for company vehicle fleet management and mobility solutions: carmakers, long-term leasing companies, electric charging specialists, telematics, insurance, van conversion and road risk prevention, all brought together over a single day in front of fleet managers from the South-West.
  • Next edition: the 2nd, on Thursday 3 June 2027, from 8:30am to 6:00pm, at the Diagora Toulouse-Labège conference and exhibition centre, 150 rue Pierre Gilles de Gennes, 31670 Labège.
  • Organiser: Groupe Varenne Entreprise, through its Flottes Automobiles brand, the company vehicle management magazine. The legal entity that publishes the website is Varenne Entreprises. No co-organiser.
  • Results of the first edition, held on Thursday 4 June 2026 at Diagora: 1,300 professional visitors and about 100 exhibitors, as well as 30 car brands present.
  • This is a separate event from the Rencontres Flotauto Paris, the brand's historic gathering, and from the Lyon edition: same organiser and same one-day format, but a regional scale and regional visitors.
  • Free visitor access, restricted to professionals and subject to approval by the organiser. Registration for 2027 was not yet open at the time of writing.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offer covers the whole company fleet value chain. The organiser groups it into five families: vehicle financing (carmakers, importers and dealers, long-term leasing, short and medium-term rental); fleet management (management software, fleet management and consulting, on-board telematics, fuel, electronic toll payment and parking); maintenance, prevention and insurance (repair, washing, glazing, tyres, eco-driving, breakdown assistance); fleet services (car sharing, carpooling, used vehicle remarketing, vehicle delivery, concierge services, conversion and signage); and finally energy and charging infrastructure, with the installation, operation and maintenance of charge points, alternative fuels and payment solutions.

Two areas structure the floor space. ChargeAuto is entirely dedicated to electric vehicle charging: charge points on display, supervision software, financing, payment systems. The vehicle exhibition brings together carmakers and dealers from the region, with passenger cars in business trim as well as converted vans.

Notable exhibitors

The named list of exhibitors for the 2027 edition has not yet been published: the exhibitors page on the official website currently shows the logo wall of the 2026 exhibitors.

The reports published by the Flottes Automobiles editorial team after the first edition make it possible to name some of those present in 2026. On the charging side, the ChargeAuto area hosted charge point manufacturers (Madic Group, Daze, Ingeteam, EVBox with the installer EVzen, Anyos), the infrastructure supplier PLP France, and the operator Bump. Ze-Watt, a charging manufacturer and operator headquartered in Labège, represented the local offer. The report also mentions, for roaming charging and mobility cards, Chargemap Business, Freshmile, DKV Mobility, Vaylens and TotalEnergies.

On the vehicle side, 35 passenger cars and 7 vans were on display. Mainstream brands were out in force, with Renault and Dacia, the Stellantis brands, those of the Volkswagen group, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Kia, alongside premium brands (Audi, BMW and Mini, Mercedes, Volvo, Polestar, Alpine), Tesla and Chinese carmakers (BYD, Geely, XPeng). The long-established dealer Pelras and the regional van converter Serignac rounded out the van offer.

Visitor quality

The target audience is explicitly made up of decision-makers: fleet managers, buyers, heads of general services, administrative and finance departments, human resources, mobility managers, CSR managers, charging infrastructure managers, car park operators and logistics managers. The organiser advertises visitors from large companies, local authorities, and small and medium-sized businesses in the South-West.

The filter is real: registration is free, but each badge request is approved by the organiser, and the form asks for the size of the fleet managed. The show publishes neither OJS certification nor a third-party attendance audit: the 1,300 visitors in 2026 is a figure supplied by the organiser.

Activities & community

Conference programme

The conferences are organised by the Flottes Automobiles editorial team, on the model of the Paris edition: round tables that bring fleet managers, buyers and suppliers face to face. The counter on the home page mentions six conferences, without specifying the year, next to the figures for the first edition. The 2027 schedule is announced as coming soon.

The 2026 report details three round tables, on car policy, charging and artificial intelligence. The speakers came from companies and local authorities: the Toulouse city hall fleet, with 2,000 vehicles, the agricultural cooperative Arterris, Timcod, a specialist in supply chain IT solutions, and the Vendée-based group La Fournée Dorée, alongside suppliers such as PCA Services, a consultant from Ayvens and Ze-Watt. Masterclasses run by trainers from the Institut du Management des Véhicules d'Entreprise (IMVE), the training body of the same group, complete the programme: the website announces two sessions.

Guided tours and expert appointments

The format specific to the Rencontres Flotauto is carried over to Toulouse. A motoring journalist from the magazine leads guided tours of the vehicle exhibition. In the ChargeAuto area, journalists specialising in electric mobility offer group guided tours on the choice of charge points and the organisation of charging, and tailor-made private tours of about 20 minutes, by appointment only.

Free consultations with experts, consultants and lawyers are offered on employment law, taxation, fleet management or electric mobility. The website currently presents Arnaud Perrin, an independent consultant and founder of Ressource Consulting, and Nicolas Durand-Gasselin, a partner lawyer at the firm Tuffal-Nerson Douarre et Associés. The appointment booking platform opens in May for registered visitors.

Community & networks

The show extends the editorial ecosystem of Flottes Automobiles, a monthly published since 1994: the magazine, the IMVE training courses, the Guide Flotauto of suppliers and the Cahiers Experts.

The Rencontres Flotauto exist in three versions: Paris, created in 2012 with its next edition on 11 March 2027 at Le Bourget; Lyon, since 2022, every year in October at La Sucrière; and Toulouse, since June 2026. The organiser justifies the Toulouse location by the wish to get closer to the specific fleet issues of the South-West and by the weight of Occitanie: according to the sources it cites (CCI Occitanie, INSEE and Laregion.fr), more than 125,000 companies in the region have a vehicle fleet, which places it third nationally, tied with Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

On site: what you need to know

The show takes place at the Diagora Toulouse-Labège, a conference and exhibition centre located in the heart of Enova Labège Toulouse, the business park in the south-east of Toulouse. Opening hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm on Thursday 3 June 2027, with entry possible until 5:30pm. A closing cocktail is served from 5:00pm.

By car, take the ring road to exit 19, Labège Le Palays; from Matabiau station, Bordeaux or Albi, follow the A61 towards Montpellier, exit 19a Labège. Parking on site is free. By public transport, take metro line B to the Ramonville terminus, then bus 79 to the De Gennes stop, in front of Diagora: about 40 minutes from Jean-Jaurès station. Toulouse-Matabiau and Labège-Innopole stations are about fifteen minutes away, and Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 20 minutes away via the ring road.

Visitor and press registration for 2027 will open on the official registration page, which lets you sign up for an alert when it opens. Visitor contact: +33 1 53 24 24 11.

How much does it cost to exhibit

The organiser does not publish any price list: stands are sold on request, via the exhibitor form or on +33 1 53 24 24 12. No figure can therefore be given here without the risk of misleading readers.

Two factors weigh on the budget. The single-day format concentrates fixed costs (set-up, transport, staff) into a short window, which improves the cost per day of presence but leaves little room for improvisation. And the nature of the offer, vehicles and charge points on display, makes logistics weigh more heavily than at a typical services trade show.

Planning your visit

For exhibitors

  • Choose between Toulouse, Lyon and Paris according to where your customers are: the three dates carry the same brand, but Toulouse is aimed first at fleets in Occitanie and the South-West.
  • For a distribution network or a regional installer, it is a chance to meet local fleet managers without the cost of a presence in Paris.
  • Have a quick qualification process in place: everything happens within a single day, with peaks around the breaks and at the end of the round tables.
  • Bring a customer to speak at the round tables: the editorial team favours fleet managers' first-hand accounts.

For decision-maker visitors

  • Request your badge as soon as registration opens: each request is subject to approval by the organiser.
  • Book an expert consultation in May, when the platform opens, if a legal or tax question is outstanding.
  • Use the ChargeAuto guided tours for a charge point project: manufacturers, installers and operators can be compared on site, in the same area.
  • Block out the whole day: the exhibition, round tables and masterclasses cannot be covered in a single morning.

CSR policy & initiatives

The energy transition of fleets is the central subject of the content: electrification, charging, eco-score, greening of fleets. This is a programme theme, to be distinguished from an organisational commitment. Neither the show's website nor that of its organiser publishes a formal CSR policy, a carbon footprint for the event or ISO 20121 certification.

The verifiable commitments come from the venue, and they are declarative. Diagora highlights a responsible approach: waste sorting and recovery on site, high-efficiency LED lighting, rooftop solar panels that produce part of its energy, beehives and awareness-raising activities. The venue does not cite any certification. The report by the Flottes Automobiles editorial team also highlights the local roots of the offer: in 2026, several charge points on display were made in Occitanie, in Toulouse for Ze-Watt and in Castres for Anyos.

Trajectory analysis

With only one edition held, there is not yet a trajectory to read, only a starting point. It is solid for a launch: 1,300 visitors and around a hundred exhibitors in the first year, about a third of the 300 exhibitors of the 2026 Paris edition, on the same one-day format.

The regional bet follows that of Lyon, launched in 2022 and held every year in October. In 2026, the round table on charging brought together Toulouse city hall and Arterris, an agricultural cooperative in the South of France.

The second edition will show whether the offer holds up. For a national supplier, the question becomes one of choosing between three dates spread across the year. For a regional player, Toulouse is already the event that gives access to the fleet managers of its area.
