Agoris analysis · updated October 2026

Key takeaways

  • Health Center Meetings Cannes is a trade show in the One to One Meetings format that presents itself as devoted to the fit-out, renovation, maintenance, medical equipment, services and solutions of healthcare facilities, from hospitals and clinics to care homes (Ehpad). Suppliers host invited buyers, the hosted buyers, on their stand for pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings.
  • Next edition: from Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 November 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The two business days with published times are Wednesday 25 November, 08:45 to 19:00, and Thursday 26 November, 08:45 to 18:00.
  • Organiser: Weyou Group. Annual frequency, at the end of November, at the Palais des Festivals since the first edition in November 2021. The trade show was called Healthcare Meetings until the 2024 edition and has been called Health Center Meetings since the 2025 edition.
  • It shares its dates and venue with two other Weyou Group One to One Meetings trade shows: Workplace Meetings Cannes, devoted to the workplace and the largest of the three according to the figures each website displays, and Interior & Exterior Design Meetings, devoted to decoration and furniture for high-end projects. These figures are not combined.
  • For 2026, the website shows 80 exhibitors and 150 hosted buyers. No edition-by-edition report of figures is published, and the website mentions no certification of the figures by a third-party body.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The business-sector filter on the exhibitors page sorts the offer into seven families: equipment and fit-out; equipment, assistance and care for patients and people with reduced mobility; hygiene and cleaning; infrastructure and facilities management; logistics and storage; organisational and digital strategy; information technology, cybersecurity and digital solutions.

In practice, the nomenclature runs from medical furniture, bedrooms and living areas to hospital linen, from patient transfer equipment to nurse call systems, from sterilisation and disinfection to medical waste management, from access control to ventilation, and on to hospital and Ehpad information systems, telemedicine and cybersecurity. The centre of gravity is the facility itself, its buildings, equipment and services, even though the nomenclature also includes surgical equipment and medical devices. Stands are offered bare or fitted.

Notable exhibitors

The website's exhibitors page listed 37 companies with a stand number on 3 October 2026, seven weeks before the trade show; the list may still change. Hygiene has a strong presence, with Kimberly-Clark Professional, WEPA Professional France, Chicopee and Sontara (Magnera brands), Medicom for single-use medical devices, Oxy'Pharm, Concept Manufacturing or Rema Groupe, and service providers: Biomega Hygiène, which combines bio-cleaning and hotel services, and Rekeep, whose offer ranges from bio-cleaning to medication logistics and sterilisation.

On the equipment and fit-out side are Delabie for taps and sanitary equipment, DLM Créations and Moments Furniture for furniture, Kusch+Co, a brand of the Nowy Styl group, Electro Calorique for meal service trolleys, Muraspec Buflon and Vescom for wall coverings, and Behring Waters for water fountains. Building security and communication are represented by Castel - MWS, Salto and effeff France (Assa Abloy group), nurse call by Schrack Seconet and Honeywell ILC, and patient identification by PDC.

Digital and energy complete the list with Celeonet, a health data host with HDS certification, Passman, Novalyo, Experhygia and its SASHA bio-cleaning management solution, Wavethru (AGC Glass Europe), Plenitude France and Unixial. There is also a purchasing group, Helpévia, and the insurer and risk manager Relyens.

Several of these companies, notably Delabie, Kimberly-Clark Professional, Medicom, Passman, PDC, Rekeep, Relyens, Salto and DLM Créations, were already on the 2025 exhibitors list, which counted 62 companies twelve days before the edition; an extract dated 22 September 2025, nine weeks earlier, already cited around sixty. The complete list, filterable by family, is on the official exhibitors page.

Visitor quality

The core of the format is the Hosted Buyers programme. Weyou Group's teams select buyers with projects of one week to 18 months that the trade show's exhibitors can carry out; each meeting is validated by both sides, buyer and exhibitor, before being scheduled. A hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 meetings of 15 minutes over two days, remains free to accept or decline each of them, and their stay is covered under the programme's conditions: transport, 5-star hotel and catering.

The targeted profiles cover general management and heads of department, purchasing, economic services and logistics departments, information systems departments, care, quality and risk management departments, investment, works, engineering, maintenance and equipment departments, biomedical engineers, depositaries and full-line wholesalers, and security directors.

Recruitment extends beyond France. The press release of September 2022 targeted health, social and medico-social professionals in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg; in 2025, the website cited decision-makers from France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland. Among the company testimonials published on the website, undated, the exhibitor Igienair says it met prospects from Belgium and Switzerland.

Alongside the hosted buyers, accredited visitors can walk the show floor, meet exhibitors and attend the conferences and workshops. Entry is free but subject to named accreditation checked in advance; students and the general public are not admitted.

The homepage publishes satisfaction scores from the most recent edition, drawn from the organiser's platform: 4.28 out of 5 on the exhibitor side, 4.66 out of 5 on the hosted buyer side. These are data declared by the organiser.

Programme & community

Conference programme

The website's « Salon One to One Meetings » page, which still announces the 2025 edition, describes conferences at certain times of the day, with no meetings scheduled during those slots. In 2025, the announced programme included two plenary conferences, each at 09:00 in the L'Estérel conference room, with the organiser planning for at least two end clients per conference.

The first, on 26 November, was titled « Santé mentale du personnel soignant : comment prévenir et accompagner les équipes ? » ("Mental health of care staff: how to prevent and support teams?"), with the announced participation of the Fédération Hospitalière de France. The second, on 27 November, « Améliorer les performances techniques de son bâtiment : comment et pourquoi cela change aussi l'accueil et la gestion des patients ? » ("Improving the technical performance of your building: how and why this also changes the way patients are received and managed?"), announced among its speakers heads of infrastructure, technical services and works at healthcare facilities. A workshop run by Les Robinets Presto was announced on the balance between the health safety of water and energy performance.

For 2026, the programme page details the meeting slots and the lunch options, but not yet the conferences.

Networking

The website's « Salon One to One Meetings » page describes three evenings: a welcome cocktail dinner, a free evening during which exhibitors can invite clients and prospects, and a gala evening including a cocktail dinner. In 2025, the programme announced a welcome cocktail on Tuesday 25 November from 21:00 and a closing cocktail on Thursday 27 November from 20:30, both reserved for exhibitors and invited decision-makers.

At lunchtime, three options coexist in 2026: a business lunch arranged through matchmaking after mutual validation, a cocktail at the VIP Club, or a free lunch, depending on status and the services booked. Hosted buyers are put up in hotels on the Croisette; networking time is split between those of these hotels that have outdoor spaces and the Palais.

Community & networks

Health Center Meetings belongs to Weyou Group's family of One to One Meetings trade shows, which applies the same concept in Cannes to other sectors, including events with Heavent Meetings Cannes and marketing and customer experience with All4Customer Cannes. Unlike several of these brands, which also have editions in Marbella or Amsterdam, Health Center has no edition outside Cannes. For hygiene suppliers, the group also organises in Paris Europropre, the trade show for hygiene, cleaning and multiservices, on 16, 17 and 18 March 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

The website's partners page, undated, cites the Palais des Festivals as official partner and, among the media partners, APM News, TICsanté, Gerontonews, Bâtiment Entretien and Entretien Textile.

The format differs from a major health event such as SantExpo in Paris: here, each hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings on the stands, according to the website.

On site: what you need to know

The trade show takes place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, on the Croisette. The SNCF railway station is about a six-minute walk away, and shuttles link Nice-Côte d'Azur airport to Cannes in about 45 minutes.

The Practical Information page announces for 2026: Wednesday 25 November from 08:45 to 19:00, Thursday 26 November from 08:45 to 18:00. The Programme page places the meetings on the stands from 10:00 to 12:50 and then from 15:30 to 18:20 on both days, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30. Tuesday 24 November is among the announced dates, with no published times to date; in 2025, the programme scheduled the welcome cocktail the day before the business days.

Access is by badge only: exhibitors receive an exhibitor pack containing their badges and, where applicable, the wristbands linked to lunches or evening events, access to which depends on the contract options.

How much it costs to exhibit

Weyou Group does not publish any price list online: the website offers a 15-minute introductory call to detail participation formats and locations. It describes their components: a bare stand, a carpeted space to be fitted out, or a fitted stand including partitions, lighting, electricity, Wi-Fi and basic furniture; a schedule of meetings with hosted buyers, which the organiser presents as meetings sold and scheduled; contract options for lunches, the VIP Club and evening events.

The website does not say whether accommodation is included in participation. The organiser strongly advises exhibitors to book in the hotels where hosted buyers stay, since most of the networking takes place there.

To justify the investment, the organiser displays a return on investment of 7 to 15 times measured over 18 months and 70% of exhibitors re-signing within 30 days. These indicators cover all of its One to One Meetings trade shows, not Health Center Meetings alone, and are measured using its own tools.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Book accommodation early in the hosted buyers' hotels: this is where a good share of the off-agenda meetings happen.
  • Fill in brands, products and services precisely: this is the exhibitor data that the matchmaking platform cross-references with buyers' projects.
  • Prepare a demonstration that fits into 15 minutes: a chair, a nurse call system or a meal trolley is judged in use, on the stand.
  • Factor in each facility's purchasing calendar: hosted buyers come from public and private facilities according to the June 2026 homepage, and the organiser puts their projects between one week and 18 months.
  • Check the contract options, lunches, VIP Club and evening events, before the event: the badges and wristbands depend on them.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Apply to the Hosted Buyers programme if an equipment, renovation, services or information system project is under way: the agenda is built around that project and the stay is covered under the programme's conditions.
  • Otherwise, request free visitor accreditation, to be justified by your role and facility.
  • Accept or decline each meeting proposed: the programme leaves this control with the buyer.
  • Consult the programme for the conferences and workshops open to visitors, not published to date for 2026, and keep time for exchanges with the other facilities present.

CSR policy & initiatives

The trade show's CSR/ESG page, undated, shows a partnership with the Palais des Festivals and SNCF: chartered TGV trains to bring the invited decision-makers, with a calculation of 3.25 kg of CO₂e per person by train against 140 kg by plane, or about 136.75 kg avoided per person, established by the organiser from SNCF and Air France data; the group's page places this calculation on a Paris-Cannes journey, TGV against a return flight.

At group level, Weyou Group highlights HQE-certified offices, hybrid working, a policy of professional equality and inclusion, and a long-term shareholder, EMZ Partners, a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment. The website shows no ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show.

The venue brings its own commitments: the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès became a « société à mission » in 2022 and displays the ISO 20121 (responsible event management), ISO 9001 and ISO 18788 certifications, as well as the Destination Innovante Durable and Tourisme & Handicap labels.

Trajectory analysis

Health Center Meetings is a young trade show. Weyou Group created it in 2020, in the middle of the health crisis, under the name Healthcare Meetings, and the first edition was held in November 2021 at the Palais des Festivals. The calendar has shifted once: the 2022 edition, first announced for 25 to 27 October, was rescheduled to 22 to 24 November. Since then, the trade show has been held every year on the same dates as Workplace Meetings Cannes, at the end of November; Weyou Group said it had worked for a year with the Palais des Festivals to reposition and regroup the dates of its One to One trade shows in Cannes, and then introduced chartered TGV trains for its buyers.

The positioning has shifted. Presented at its launch as the trade show for equipment, services and IT solutions for healthcare and medico-social facilities, then, from 2022, as the one for equipment, products, services and solutions for healthcare facilities, Ehpad and senior residences, it now describes itself as devoted to the fit-out, renovation, maintenance, medical equipment, services and solutions of healthcare facilities. The 2024 edition still bore the name Healthcare Meetings; since 2025, the trade show has been called Health Center Meetings, and its website migrated in autumn 2025 to a new address, with several of the old addresses redirecting to it. The vocabulary has followed: the « Top Décideurs » of the old pages have become hosted buyers on the homepage and the programme pages, although some pages of the website keep the old term.

The volumes remain modest and no published report makes it possible to verify them. The September 2022 press release announced 70 exhibitors, 100 invited buyers and 3 plenary conferences; the 2025 exhibitors list, captured twelve days before the trade show, counted 62 companies; for 2026, the website announces 80 exhibitors and 150 hosted buyers. Other pages of the website also show, without specifying the edition concerned, more than 1,000 participants a day, 75 exhibitor stands and 1,400 one to one meetings. Going by the announced figures, this is a trade show of sixty to eighty exhibitors, clearly smaller than Workplace Meetings Cannes, which announces 130 exhibitors for the same week and whose figures are not added to its own. For a supplier, this size means an agenda concentrated on projects that are already qualified rather than a mass audience.

The dates of the 2027 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
