Trajectory analysis
Heavent Paris has settled into a mature format of around 20,000 visitors and 490 stands over three days in November, with strong renewal momentum (23% new visitors in 2025). The show rests on three pillars: a structuring programme of professional awards (Heavent Awards and Heavent Festivals Awards), clear sector segmentation through the six themed villages, and a networking highlight embodied by Wednesday evening's Heavent Party. The growth of the Green Village and the gradual integration of AI conferences reflect the two main transformations currently under way in the events sector. Weyou Group, the show's organiser from the outset (founded by Romuald Gadrat), also draws on Heavent Meetings Cannes (March, one-to-one format) to round out its coverage of the MICE market.
