Key takeaways

  • The Rendez-vous du Courtage Lille bring together, in a single day, insurance brokers and intermediaries from the Hauts-de-France region and their suppliers: insurance companies, mutual insurers, wholesale brokers, social protection groups, service providers and insurtechs.
  • Next edition: the 2nd, on Tuesday 22 June 2027, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, at La Cité des Échanges, 40 rue Eugène Jacquet, in Marcq-en-Barœul, on the edge of Lille.
  • Organiser: SAS Journées du Courtage, a company of the Infopro Digital group, publisher of L'Argus de l'assurance. It is the Lille version of the Paris Journées du Courtage; a Marseille edition is also held, in March.
  • Recent event: the first edition took place on Tuesday 23 June 2026 at the same venue. The organiser reports more than 1,000 insurance professionals, including 665 brokers.
  • A closed show: the free visitor badge is reserved for brokers and intermediaries who hold an ORIAS number, and for invited company executives, subject to approval by the organiser. Employees of non-exhibiting suppliers pay €1,250 excl. VAT to attend.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offer covers the suppliers of a brokerage firm: life and non-life insurance companies, assistance and legal protection companies, wholesale brokers, provident institutions and mutual insurers, borrower insurance, expert and consulting firms, specialist lawyers, IT service providers.

The format is that of a distribution show: a supplier comes to develop its network of local brokers in the region, not to sell to an end policyholder. The organiser presents it as a local event devoted exclusively to the distribution of insurance products. Insurtechs and technology companies serving insurers and distributors have their own space, the In'Tech Lab.

Notable exhibitors

The 2027 exhibitor list is not online yet: the section of the website still displays the 2026 edition list.

That 2026 list includes more than 50 companies, among them Albingia, Chubb, Helvetia, MetLife, QBE, MMA Entreprise, Malakoff Humanis Courtage, Groupama Protection Juridique, Apivia Courtage, L'Auxiliaire BTP, Mutuelle Saint-Christophe Assurances, SPVIE Assurances, Maxance, Orus and Stoïk, alongside ORIAS, ANACOFI Courtage, CNCEF Assurance and Endya. Ilona and JL Assure appeared as premium sponsors. The 2026 In'Tech Lab notably brought together Maia Logiciels, Eiffel Broker, Kanonik, Korint, Custy, Mindky, Little John and Lya Protect.

Visitor quality

Access control is the show's first argument for an exhibitor. The visitor badge is personal, reserved for insurance brokers and intermediaries who prove their activity with an ORIAS number, and each request is approved by the organiser after compulsory online pre-registration.

A particularity of the Lille edition: executives of SMEs, mid-sized companies and large companies in the region also get free access, subject to approval. The organiser presents them as invited to set out their insurance risks and needs, which puts corporate end clients face to face with the brokers and their suppliers.

Access is, however, paid for employees of non-exhibiting companies from the supply side: insurers, assistance providers, wholesalers, mutual insurers, consulting firms, specialist lawyers. A supplier that wants to prospect without a stand therefore pays the entry fee.

For the first edition, in 2026, the organiser reports more than 1,000 insurance professionals, including 665 brokers. This result has not been audited by a third party.

Events & community

Conference programme

The 2027 programme is not detailed yet: the Conference, Le Grand Échange and Workshops pages are online without any speaker or schedule. The Programme page announces three formats:

  • a conference hosted by the editorial team of L'Argus de l'assurance on brokerage news;
  • Le Grand Échange, an interactive conference in which executives would set out their issues and brokerage and insurance experts would answer them, with live reactions from the audience;
  • presentations and workshops by partner exhibitors: advice on the broker's profession, news on health, digital, provident insurance and regulation.

In 2026, the show plan placed conferences and workshops in the Agora, one of the rooms of La Cité des Échanges.

The In'Tech Lab

This is the space devoted to technological innovation serving insurance, designed to help brokers digitalise their firm. It has its own exhibition offer, with stands of up to 8 m² and a communication kit.

Community & networks

The show relies on L'Argus de l'assurance, a title of the same group, for its marketing and press campaign, supplemented by emailings and media and association partnerships.

The website also hosts "Le Studio", a series of video testimonials from brokers and intermediaries about their profession, put online in July 2026.

On site: what to know

The show takes place at La Cité des Échanges, 40 rue Eugène Jacquet, 59700 Marcq-en-Barœul, on Tuesday 22 June 2027 from 9:00am to 5:30pm. The venue, which specialises in corporate events, is part of the Entreprises et Cités campus.

The tram serves the Croisé Laroche and Acacias stops, five minutes from the site according to the venue. Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations are the arrival points by train, and Lille Lesquin airport is about ten kilometres away. By car, the site is linked to the A1, A22 and A25 motorways; the venue lists 41 free charging points for electric vehicles and a secure bicycle garage.

As for catering, the organiser announces a food truck in the garden terrace and buffets spread around the show. Exhibitors also receive a cocktail lunch kit delivered to their stand.

How much does it cost to exhibit?

The exhibitor rate is not published: it is provided by the sales team after an online request. The website does describe the all-inclusive package: a 7.5 m² meeting space delivered with partitions, carpet, a sign and a spotlight rail (electrical box not included), furniture, a cocktail lunch kit delivered to the stand, the logo and a company profile on the website and in the official catalogue, a media kit, 8 exhibitor badges, 2 VIP badges for access to the VIP Club and an app for scanning visitor badges.

The only official amount online concerns entry: €1,250 excl. VAT (€1,375 incl. VAT) for anyone from a non-exhibiting company in insurance or its services. For a supplier, this is the reference cost of prospecting without a stand, to be compared with the exhibitor quote.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Request the quote through the website form, and for a technology solution compare with the In'Tech Lab offer, which brings together the insurtechs.
  • Allocate the badges: 8 exhibitor badges for the sales teams, 2 VIP badges for management.
  • Prepare for the arrival of the invited company executives: they come with concrete insurance needs, and a pitch aimed at brokers and one aimed at end clients are prepared differently.
  • Ask the sales team about the partner workshops, the programme format open to exhibitors to present their advice and news.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Register in advance with your ORIAS number: without validated pre-registration, there is no badge.
  • Consult the online plan on the website (to date that of the 2026 edition) to prepare your meetings, and the exhibitor list as soon as it is updated for 2027.
  • Plan for the L'Argus de l'assurance conference and, if it is confirmed in the programme, Le Grand Échange.

CSR policy & initiatives

The show's website does not publish commitments specific to the event, nor an ISO 20121 certification. It refers to the environmental policy of the Infopro Digital group, dated 25 May 2021: the group says it has been committed since 2015 to an environmental certification process covering, among other things, the organisation of trade shows, with five objectives set for 2021 to 2023, including reducing transport-related emissions and the traceability and recycling of waste from its shows. No assessment of these objectives and no more recent document is online.

As for the venue, La Cité des Échanges states that it holds the Lucie Progress label, a CSR label aligned with ISO 26000. Its website details actions under way since 2018: elimination of plastic bottles, composting of biowaste, rainwater recovery covering 75% of sanitary water needs, and more than 70% of food products coming from less than 100 km away.

Trajectory analysis

The show is young: a single edition held, in June 2026, and a second announced at the same venue and in the same format for June 2027. Before the first edition, the website announced nearly 70 exhibitors; the list finally published has a little over 50, and the Visit page now displays 60 exhibitors, without specifying which edition it refers to.

The model is that of the Marseille edition, which will hold its 13th edition in March 2027, transposed to an area where the organiser highlights a high concentration of brokers and intermediaries. The format remains regional and fits into a single day, whereas the Paris Journées du Courtage present themselves as the leading event and run over two days: for a supplier working local brokerage in northern France, it is the dedicated regional meeting point.

The dates of the 2028 edition had not been announced when this listing was written.

All data that does not mention its source comes from the organiser's website.

Unless otherwise stated, all factual data in this listing comes from the organiser's official website (rdvcourtage-lille.com).
