Agoris analysis · updated October 2026

Key takeaways

  • Ready For IT is the One to One business convention for IT and cybersecurity decision-makers, organised every year by Comexposium. The principle: individual meetings pre-arranged and qualified in advance between decision-makers leading projects and solution providers.
  • Next edition: 8th edition, from 1 to 3 June 2027 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
  • The 2026 edition (7th edition, Monaco) brought together 700 participants, including 385 invited decision-makers and 88 technology partners, for 1,900 One to One meetings, according to the review published by the organiser on 23 June 2026.
  • Strictly professional audience: CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and innovation directors from French mid-sized firms on the decision-maker side, software vendors, integrators and solution providers on the partner side.
  • Business convention format, not a walk-in trade show: 30-minute One to One meetings pre-arranged via a matchmaking platform, exhibitor village, conferences, keynotes, expert workshops, case studies and networking time.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

On the provider side: software vendors, integrators, cloud operators, cybersecurity and digital transformation specialists. The official website structures the ecosystem around seven areas: cloud and infrastructure, networks and connectivity, cybersecurity, data and AI, digital transformation, industry 4.0 and IoT, innovation and strategy.

On the invited decision-maker side: CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and innovation directors from French mid-sized firms leading IT projects currently under arbitration.

The mutual pre-selection via the meetings platform sets Ready For IT apart from an open trade show: decision-makers and partners are matched on the basis of declared projects, strategic priorities, business sectors and maturity level. The organiser embraces a selective model, with a deliberately limited number of exhibitors to preserve the balance between supply and demand.

Notable exhibitors

In 2026, Yampa, a company specialising in cloud infrastructure optimisation (FinOps and Green IT), won the first Ready For IT Start-up Prize, launched at the 7th edition.

Quality of the visitor base

  • Strictly qualified invited decision-makers: CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, innovation directors and IT managers from mid-sized firms leading concrete projects
  • 385 invited decision-makers in 2026, out of 700 participants overall, with the organiser deliberately capping invited decision-maker numbers at 400
  • Satisfaction reported by the organiser for the 2025 edition: 97% overall satisfaction, 96% of decision-makers satisfied with the quality of exchange in their One to One meetings, 97% who found partners able to meet their needs, 90% satisfied with the networking moments

Activities & community

Conference programme

Beyond the One to One meetings, the programme brings together conferences, keynotes, expert workshops, case studies and formal and informal networking time. The theme for the 2027 edition has not yet been published: the official website states it is coming soon and points in the meantime to the 2026 content.

In 2026, the programme was built around the concept "Techno Sapiens : transformons la pression en avantage" (Techno Sapiens: turning pressure into an advantage).

Community and networks

Coverage by the specialist IT press: LeMagIT, IT for Business, Silicon.fr.

The official website's press section also hosts a podcast produced with Monde Numérique, in partnership with Orso Media and journalist Jérôme Colombain, whose featured season covers the 6th edition.

Ready For IT sits within the ecosystem of IT and cybersecurity meetings held in Monaco and across France, alongside the Assises de la Sécurité and the Forum InCyber.

2026 edition review

The 7th edition was held at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, and the organiser published its review on 23 June 2026. Discussions focused on moving AI from testing to production, beyond simple proofs of concept, on building security and compliance into systems from the design stage, with reference to the NIS2, DORA and AI Act regulations, and on the strategic stance IT departments must take amid growing complexity. Maria Iacono, Director of Ready For IT, sums up the event's ambition: saving decision-makers time and sparking the right encounters.

Trajectory analysis

Ready For IT has established itself as a benchmark One to One meeting point for IT decision-makers, built on the business convention model rather than the open trade show. The review of the 2026 edition, with 700 participants and 1,900 individual meetings, confirms the relevance of the qualified matchmaking format, as do the satisfaction rates reported for the 2025 edition. The 8th edition, from 1 to 3 June 2027 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, has already been announced by the organiser: its programme and theme will be published in due course.

Unless otherwise stated, all factual data in this listing comes from the organiser's official website (ready-for-it.com).
