Key points
- Renodays is the whole-building renovation forum organised by RX France, the organiser of Batimat, Idéobain and Interclima. The format is meant as a place for exchange more than a stand-based trade show: masterclasses, workshops, debates and start-up pitches sit at the centre, alongside the exhibitor village.
- Next edition: Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 September 2027, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The 2027 hall and opening hours have not yet been published.
- Organiser: RX France. Annual since 2026: the forum, launched in 2023, was held in 2023, 2025 and 2026.
- The 2026 edition was held on 28 and 29 September as part of the Paris Builders Show, the new name of the Mondial du Bâtiment. According to RX's press release of 23 March 2026, Renodays is part of the Paris Builders Show only every other year: the 2027 edition is announced over three days, and Batimat, Idéobain and Interclima announce their next edition for 2 to 5 October 2028.
- Latest published key figures, those of 2025: 109 exhibitors, more than 5,000 professional participants and 210 conferences. No figures have been published for 2026 to date.
- Professionals only; under-18s are not admitted, except students with proof of status.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The website groups the offer into three families. Manufacturers and industrial suppliers: heating, cooling and ventilation; windows, joinery and solar protection; interior design, flooring and furniture; low-carbon and circular-economy solutions; thermal, acoustic and visual comfort; accessibility; building digital technology, sensors and data. Professional and institutional organisations: public housing bodies, associations, clusters, foundations, players in building-related health, training organisations. Finally, services: financing, banks and insurance, design offices and quantity surveyors, certified surveyors, general renovation contractors, asset managers, trade merchants and distribution.
For an exhibitor, the logic is as much about speaking slots as about the stand. The 2027 exhibitor offer is an all-in-one package: a pre-equipped, eco-designed stand of 5, 9 or 18 m², badge-scanning app included, a masterclass or workshop speaking slot as an option, and free tickets for clients. The organiser presents a human-scale forum with more than 50 exhibitors specialised in renovation.
Notable exhibitors
The official 2026 exhibitor list is online; the 2027 list has not yet been compiled.
The 2026 conference programme, fixed as of 3 September 2026 and stated as subject to change, gives an idea of who to expect in pavilion 7.1: these are speakers in the 2026 programme, not confirmed exhibitors. The masterclass stages planned talks by manufacturers and distributors such as Vaillant, EDF, CEDEO with Saint-Gobain, Leroy Merlin, POINT.P or Louineau, by players in financing and grants such as Oney Bank, Hellio, Homélior or Ma Prime Facile, and by players in digital and technical solutions such as Argile, Kelvin, Certificall or Aeroseal France.
Visitor quality
The forum targets four audiences. Building professionals: craftspeople and works contractors, project management, client-side management of collective and social housing, trade merchants. Property professionals: rental managers, property managers (syndics), estate agents, notaries, specialist lawyers. Local authorities and institutions: municipalities, housing associations, public housing bodies. And students, from architecture and engineering schools to apprenticeship centres and the compagnonnage guilds.
Co-ownership properties have their own area, Rénovation & Copropriétés, devoted to projects, solutions and support for co-ownership renovation, with feedback from exemplary building sites, and property managers (syndics) are among the targeted visitors. No independent audit of attendance (OJS certification) is published: the figures are the organiser's own.
Activities & community
Conference programme
The forum is organised into speaking areas. The Renotalks bring the main debates together on the main stage. The Solutions & Services area hosts exhibitors' masterclasses and workshops based on real use cases. The other areas listed are Attentes des habitants, developed with the Club de l'Amélioration de l'Habitat, Normes & Réglementations, run by professional organisations and institutional partners in 30-minute sessions, Rénovation & Copropriétés and Renovation Tech, devoted to start-up pitches. The Café de la Réno, at the centre of the forum, serves as a networking space.
In 2026, the Renotalks were announced with simultaneous interpreting in English, Italian and Spanish. The programme for the first day, fixed as of 3 September, included debates on renovation as a collective project, property valuation, the human factor in the age of AI and data, with speakers from FNAIM, ADEME, Immobilière 3F, Action Logement, OPPBTP, CAPEB or the Compagnons du Devoir. The 2027 programme has not yet been published.
Activities and highlights
The activities announced for 2026 included an RMC studio for the Les Pros de la Réno programme, the Fresque de la Rénovation, a Construction21 exhibition on whole-building renovation in co-ownership properties, a Commission Bâtiments Durables Franciliens run by Ekopolis, and the presentation, announced for Tuesday 29 September, of the Prix de la Requalification Architecturale de Copropriétés from UNSFA and the Club de l'Amélioration de l'Habitat, billed as its 4th edition.
Renodays exhibitors can enter the Innovation Awards, shared with Batimat, Idéobain and Interclima: 278 entries were registered in 2026 for the Innovation Awards as a whole, 21% more than at the previous edition according to the organiser.

- Use the unlimited e-invitations to bring your prescribers, property managers and project owners.

- Set aside half a day for the Rénovation & Copropriétés area if you manage or advise co-ownership properties.
- Visit Renovation Tech to see start-ups' digital tools in a few minutes.
- Order your badge online before the event.
CSR policy & initiatives
Renodays publishes a Nos engagements page built around two ambitions: reducing the environmental footprint of the event and developing its accessibility and inclusiveness. The stated goal is Net Zero Carbon, within the commitments of the parent companies RX and RELX, signatories of the Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge and the Climate Pledge: halving greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reaching Net Zero Carbon by 2040.
The measures described are concrete: removal of 100% of carpeting, application of UNIMEV's energy sobriety plan for professional events, removal of single-use plastic consumables (bags, tableware, bottles, giveaways) and provision of water fountains, signage in reusable and recyclable materials, catering without red meat with at least one vegetarian option per day. Separately from the event, the venue itself is certified: Viparis presents itself as the first events operator in the world certified ISO 20121 across all of its sites.
On waste, the organiser lists systematic sorting, biowaste collection, a target of a 5% increase in recovery and reuse and a target of a 10% reduction in waste at each edition. No figures on these targets have been published.
On inclusion, the forum announces wheelchair access on all stands, consideration of speakers' specific needs and a code of conduct.

Trajectory analysis
Renodays was born in 2023 with a specific purpose: whole-home, high-performance renovation. Right after the first edition, RX announced the next one for 2025, with the 2024 Mondial du Bâtiment taking over the theme in the meantime. The first edition brought together 143 exhibitors and 5,063 visitors according to RX's review, and the Minister for the Energy Transition came to open it.
The second edition, in 2025, reports 109 exhibitors and more than 5,000 participants: an audience of the same order of magnitude (5,063 visitors in 2023, more than 5,000 participants in 2025), a tighter exhibitor offer. In 2026, RX changed strategy. The forum became annual, widened from housing renovation to that of all buildings, and joined the Paris Builders Show for two days, with a stated European outlook towards Belgium, Italy, Germany, Spain and Portugal. Pre-show announcements pointed to forty to fifty exhibitors in pavilion 7.1, down on the standalone editions.
Batimat, Idéobain and Interclima announce their next edition for 2 to 5 October 2028: the 2027 edition of Renodays, announced over three days, will therefore be held without them.
The dates of the 2028 edition of Renodays have not been announced to date.
