Key takeaways

  • SETA, Salon de l'Environnement de Travail et des Achats, is the show for facilities management, purchasing and workplace directors. It is organised around three areas: occupant services, building technical management and digital transformation.
  • Organiser: Weyou Group, headquartered in Suresnes. Annual frequency.
  • Next edition: from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 March 2027, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, hall 1, 2 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris.
  • Key figures published by the organiser for 2025: 144 exhibiting brands, 25 conferences and workshops, 20,910 attendees. This last figure is the total footfall shared with the co-located show, see below.
  • SETA is held jointly with Workspace Expo, dedicated to workplace fit-out and design, in the same hall and on the same dates. Europropre, the hygiene and cleaning solutions show from the same organiser, also occupies hall 1 from 16 to 18 March 2027.
  • A 100% professional audience, free entry on badge after online registration.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

SETA is a show of services and solutions, not a show of finished products aimed at the general public. Exhibitors are facilities management and multiservice companies, cleaning contractors, corporate catering and concierge providers, office furniture and supplies suppliers, security and access control specialists, workplace and services management software publishers, mobility and fleet management operators, waste collection and recovery players, and providers of employee services linked to quality of working life.

The organiser splits the offering into around fifty categories, spread across the show's three themes: occupant services, building technical management, digital transformation. Two dedicated spaces complete the floor plan: the Village Start-ups and the Village Bien-être, both offered with standardised fit-out.

On the visitor side, the target audience is made up of facilities directors and managers, purchasing directors and non-production buyers, facility managers, workplace and working environment managers, property and CSR departments, with growing participation from HR functions on quality of working life and working conditions topics.

Notable exhibitors

The exhibitor and partner directory is published and updated by the organiser on the exhibitors page of the official website. At the time of writing, the online list was still that of the 2026 edition, with sales for 2027 in progress.

Press coverage of the 2026 edition gives an idea of the type of companies present and the kind of announcements made there: AARKD presented a drone-based window cleaning solution for hard-to-reach areas, MerciYanis a building operating system combining service management and digital traceability, Cup Cleaner a machine combining washing and restocking of reusable containers, Green Office selective sorting solutions with data dashboards, Cèdre a complete waste collection and recovery offering, and GSF a link-up with its reception subsidiary Pénélope.

Quality of the audience

The show states a 100% professional audience, on a free named badge. Its particularity is bringing together, in the same hall, two groups who work together but rarely buy in the same place: service buyers and fit-out specifiers. Co-location with Workspace Expo, which attracts architects, designers and design-and-build agencies, mechanically widens the pool of contacts for a SETA exhibitor, but it also blurs the reading of attendance figures, since the total shown covers both shows combined.

For an exhibitor, the practical consequence is simple: the figure of 20,910 attendees should not be read as the number of facilities buyers present at the show. The useful benchmark is instead the number of exhibiting brands on the SETA side, 144 in 2025, which gives the real measure of competitive density along the aisle.

Events & community

Conference programme

The programme rests on two distinct building blocks. On one side, conferences run by institutional and press partners, led mainly by IDET, the workplace professionals' association formerly known as ARSEG, and by Workplace Magazine. On the other, speaking slots sold to exhibitors: the Ateliers experts, a 30-minute format in a 150-seat room, and the Ateliers Agora, a 45-minute format with sponsor visibility on promotional materials.

The content of the IDET cycle sets the tone of the show. In 2026, it covered inclusion and support for sensitive situations, reinventing corporate catering, the weakening of collective spirit in the face of new ways of working, conviviality in the office, recycling during a relocation, and the mix of generations in the workplace, with speakers from Orange, Danone, LVMH and BNP Paribas among others. The organiser stated 25 conferences and workshops for the 2025 edition.

Community & networks

IDET holds a stand at the show and welcomes its members there. The association identifies two annual events organised by Weyou Group, one in Paris, the other in Cannes, the latter in a one-to-one meetings format.

Weyou Group also operates a portfolio of around thirty events across Europe, spanning classic trade shows and organised business meetings. These include Heavent Paris and Heavent Cannes for the events industry, as well as Europropre for cleaning and related services.

On site: what you need to know

For access, transport, parking and accommodation, see the venue page: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 2 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris. SETA occupies hall 1.

Opening hours announced for the 2027 edition: Tuesday 16 March from 9am to 6pm, Wednesday 17 March from 9am to 9pm, including a late-night opening, and Thursday 18 March from 9am to 5pm. The Wednesday late-night opening is a planning point to include in the stand team brief: it extends the day to twelve hours.

Entry is free for professional visitors, on a badge obtained through online registration on the official website. The organiser provides a free concierge service for hotel, restaurant and transport bookings, reachable on 01 86 21 68 56 or by email at concierge@weyou-group.com. The show's switchboard is +33 1 89 70 55 97.

As hall 1 hosts three shows from the same organiser simultaneously, allow extra time to find your way: aisle signage and stand numbers matter more than at a single-show hall.

How much it costs to exhibit

Weyou Group does not publish an exhibitor price list for SETA: participation is sold on a quotation basis by the division's sales team. The amounts below are indicative orders of magnitude for a three-day Paris trade show and do not constitute the show's official rates. They should be confirmed with the organiser.
Poste de dépenseFourchette basseFourchette haute
Bare space (indicative, on quotation)€5,000€25,000
Turnkey equipped stand (carpet, partitions, fascia sign, furniture, electricity, cleaning)€7,000€30,000
Village Start-ups or Village Bien-être (compact fitted-out format)€3,000€8,000
Atelier expert (30 min, 150-seat room) or Atelier Agora (45 min)€3,000€12,000
Decoration, signage, screens, stand activation€2,000€15,000
Team, travel, accommodation, hospitality (3 days including one late-night opening)€3,000€15,000
ESTIMATED TOTAL (indicative, 3 days)~€15,000~€80,000

Three exhibition formulas are described by the organiser: bare space, with floor marking only, equipped stand delivered with carpet, wood partitions, fascia sign, daily cleaning, lighting, table, chairs and electrical connection, and fitted-out spaces in Village Start-ups or Village Bien-être (carpet, reception counter, stool, fascia sign, lighting, cleaning, power supply). Actual rates to be requested from Weyou Group.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Decide early between bare space and an equipped stand: bare space requires a production schedule with a stand contractor, while an equipped stand fixes the surface but shortens the chain.
  • Check whether the company's profile fits the Village Start-ups or the Village Bien-être: these compact, pre-fitted formats radically change the entry ticket compared with a classic stand.
  • Treat speaking slots as a budget line in their own right, not as an option: the 30-minute Atelier expert and the 45-minute Atelier Agora are the two formats sold, with the participant list handed over for the workshop.
  • Prepare a message that works for two distinct contacts: the non-production buyer, who thinks in terms of total cost and service level, and the workplace manager, who thinks in terms of employee experience and occupancy rate.
  • Plan for the Wednesday evening late-night opening in the stand team schedule and in client invitations.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Treat the three shows in hall 1 as a single route: SETA for services and purchasing, Workspace Expo for fit-out, Europropre for cleaning and hygiene. This is the main appeal of these dates.
  • Check the online exhibitor directory before coming: the organiser's roughly fifty categories let you target an aisle rather than walk the whole hall.
  • Schedule meetings around the IDET conference cycle, which serves as a guiding thread on cross-cutting topics: inclusion, catering, the circular economy, coexistence of generations.
  • Allow at least half a day, a full day if the scope covers both occupant services and building technical management.

Policy & CSR initiatives

The SETA website does not publish a commitments page specific to the event. The verifiable elements sit at two levels, that of the organiser and that of the venue.

Weyou Group publishes a CSR and ESG commitments page structured around three pillars. On the environmental side, the group states it is reducing its carbon footprint, optimising waste management and promoting the circular economy in its operations, with work to raise awareness among its partners and suppliers. The most concretely documented action concerns participant transport: for its Cannes events, the group charters TGV high-speed trains with SNCF and puts the emissions gap at around 136.75 kg of CO2e per person compared with flying. The group also states that it occupies offices located in Haute Qualité Environnementale (high environmental quality) buildings.

On the social side, the group highlights employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and equal pay and access to career paths regardless of gender. On the governance side, it states transparency, ethics and integrity, and notes that its long-term financial partner, EMZ Partners, is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment.

The venue provides the strongest layer of guarantees. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is operated by Viparis, the world's leading operator of event venues certified ISO 20121 across all its Paris sites, which runs a sustainable development strategy named Better Events 2030.

Finally, CSR is a structuring content theme of the show itself, distinct from an organisational commitment: the circular economy, furniture reuse during relocations, waste reduction and building energy performance occupy a significant part of the conference programme and the offerings on display.

Trajectory analysis

SETA is a show that is stable in volume. Between 2025 and 2026, the hall's combined attendance stays around 21,000 attendees and the number of exhibiting brands on the SETA side stays around 140 to 150. This is not a show in a growth phase, it is an event well established on its market, whose value lies in the concentration of facilities buyers over three days.

The real movement lies elsewhere, in the reshaping of visitors' roles. The non-production purchasing function has shifted from managing contracts to designing a work experience: with office occupancy rates now variable, the trade-off is less about the unit price of a service than about its contribution to the site's attractiveness. This shift is pulling up topics that used to be peripheral, catering, concierge services, air quality, furniture reuse, and is mechanically bringing SETA closer to its neighbour Workspace Expo.

The 2027 calendar shift is the second point to note. The show is moving from late March, its usual window in 2025 and 2026, to mid-March, from the 16th to the 18th. For an exhibitor, this brings forward the production and meeting-booking schedule by about a week and a half.

Unless otherwise stated, all factual data in this listing comes from the organiser's official website (salon-environnement-de-travail-achats.fr).
