Key takeaways
- SITEVI 2027 takes place from Tuesday 30 November to Thursday 2 December 2027 at the Parc des Expositions de Montpellier in Pérols (34). Anniversary edition marking the 50 years of the trade show (created in 1977).
- Biennial in odd years (alternating sectorally with other wine-growing events in even years). Covers four sectors: wine-growing, wine-making, fruit-growing and olive-growing.
- Change of operator after 2025: the 2027 edition is organised by AgriVitiEvents (SAS registered on 14 April 2025, registered office in Torcy, capital €100,000). Company held 65% by Axema (trade union of agricultural machinery manufacturers), 17.5% by Frédéric Bondoux (Profield Events Group) and 17.5% by Gaëtan Ménard (co-founder of EspritMeuble); co-chaired by Bondoux and Ménard, with Profield Events Group legally holding the role of chair. 2025 was the last edition managed by Comexposium; Axema, the historic owner of the brand, takes back control through this new structure.
- 2025 edition results (25-27 November 2025): 51,000 visitors (-7% vs 2023), 1,000 exhibitors stable of which 200 newcomers, around 60% wine-growers and vintners among the attendees (source: Vitisphere). 2023 results: 54,700 visitors (+7% vs 2021) and 1,000 exhibitors of which 240 newcomers and 24% international, 73 countries represented (source: Mon Viti, Réussir Vigne).
- SITEVI Innovation Awards: flagship competition, international jury, open to exhibitors across the four sectors. 2025 results: 70 entries submitted, 28 nominees, 17 winners including 2 Gold medals, 8 Silver medals, 6 Bronze medals and 1 Users' Choice award (source: official SITEVI press release, Revue française d'œnologie).
Who exhibits
Typical profile
A technical professional trade show addressing the entire equipment and service chain of the vine-and-wine, olive, fruit and vegetable sectors: wine-growing and wine-making machinery manufacturers, olive-growing and fruit-growing equipment suppliers, suppliers of oenological products, packaging and corking, technical institutes, agricultural-equipment makers, AI and digital suppliers (sensors, pruning robotics, precision spraying).
Four worlds have structured the offering since recent editions: viticulture (machines, robots, sensors, inputs), oenology / wine-making (vats, filtration, bottling, dealcoholisation), packaging (corking, labelling, packaging) and services (software, consulting, experimentation). Olive-growing and fruit-growing have dedicated spaces (harvesting equipment, presses, grading).
Notable exhibitors

Policy & CSR initiatives
During the Comexposium editions, SITEVI carried the CSR commitments of the organising group: signing of the Green Growth Commitment (ECV, a UNIMEV / Ministry for the Ecological Transition partnership), an eco-design approach for stands (-25 to -40% carbon emissions vs a standard stand), a Net Zero 2050 trajectory, and RSE Positive Company® certification.
The 2027 repositioning under AgriVitiEvents is yet to be officially published: the CSR policy of the new structure (Axema + Profield Events) had not been the subject of dedicated communication as of 2026-06-01. To be watched in the 2027 pre-event press releases.
The trade show's programme content is itself structurally aligned with the challenges of transition: adaptation to climate change (resistant varieties, irrigation, soils), reduction of inputs (precision spraying, weeding robotics), dealcoholisation, circular economy of by-products, energy efficiency of wineries. Several winners of the 2025 Innovation Awards illustrate this orientation (Mycea, Bienesis, IFV Mon réglage pulvé, Pellenc Pera Process).

Trajectory analysis
SITEVI remains one of the largest global gatherings for vine-and-wine, olive-growing and fruit-growing equipment, with attendance plateauing between 51,000 and 57,000 visitors since 2017. The 2025 edition marked a slight decline (-7% vs 2023) directly correlated with the French wine-industry crisis (vine-pulling, margin contraction, falling investment), while maintaining 1,000 exhibitors stable and 200 newcomers: a signal that the sector remains hungry for innovation despite the context.
The 2027 edition is doubly structuring. On the one hand, it is the 50th anniversary of the trade show (created in 1977), with an expected symbolic mobilisation effect. On the other, it is the first edition organised by AgriVitiEvents, an SAS born on 14 April 2025 from a partnership between Axema (trade union of agricultural machinery manufacturers, 65%), Frédéric Bondoux (Profield Events Group, 17.5%) and Gaëtan Ménard (co-founder of EspritMeuble, 17.5%). Continuity of venue (Parc Expo Montpellier), name (SITEVI) and calendar (last week of November) is announced by Axema. To watch in 2026-2027: the commercial strategy, the possible repositioning around the agroecological transition, the CSR policy of the new structure and the published attendance target.
