Key points

  • Solucop is the condominium trade show: it brings together on one floor the suppliers of multi-occupancy housing (energy, lifts, fire safety, waterproofing, insurance, expertise) and their prescribers, managing agents, property administrators and managers, alongside co-owners and co-ownership boards.
  • Next edition: Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November 2026, at the Palais Nikaïa, boulevard du Mercantour in Nice. Thursday is open from 2pm to 8pm to the public, and from 9am for property professionals on presentation of their professional card; Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  • Free entry and parking; online registration to receive your invitation.
  • Organiser: Expotentiel, a SAS based in Antibes. FNAIM and UNIS Côte d'Azur are listed as partners of the Nice edition.
  • A touring show with regional stages: born in Nice in 1996, Solucop is now also held in Lille, Toulouse and Strasbourg. Nice remains the historic, annual stage.
  • As of 10 October 2026, the official exhibitor list for the Nice stage counts 109 exhibitors, each with a stand number. The site announces more than 55 trades represented.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The show presents itself as the meeting place for those who manage, maintain and renovate buildings. The exhibited offer covers the whole life cycle of a condominium: energy supply and brokerage, energy renovation and works financing, lifts, fire safety, roofing, waterproofing, facades and painting, pipe relining, water treatment, access control, charging points, insurance, post-loss expertise and archiving, in other words the management, maintenance, renovation and innovations for multi-occupancy housing announced by the site.

For the exhibitor, the appeal lies in the dual target. The professional managing agent is the prescriber who consults and proposes quotes; the co-ownership board and the co-owners are those who vote on the works at the general meeting. Solucop puts both in the same aisles, in a territory, the Alpes-Maritimes, where more than one home in two is in a condominium according to Mon Immeuble.

Notable exhibitors

The official list of Nice exhibitors shows 109 exhibitors as of 10 October 2026, each with its stand number. It has grown as registrations came in: around forty names in June 2026, more than double by early October.

It includes the major network and energy operators (EDF, Enedis, GRDF, Engie Entreprises & Collectivités), the lift makers KONE and TK Elevator, Apave, insurers and brokers (AXA VBV Assurances, Verspieren), the Caisse d'Epargne Côte d'Azur, the paint makers Cromology, Tollens Zolpan and Unikalo, Hellio, Intratone for access control, Zeplug for electric vehicle charging, and Soliha Alpes-Maritimes. The professional organisations FNAIM and UNIS also have a stand there.

Visitor quality

The site addresses managing agents, property administrators and property managers by name, then co-owners, chairs of co-ownership boards and volunteer managing agents. The visitor base is therefore mixed: on Thursday, opening from 9am for property professionals on presentation of their professional card, then to the public from 2pm; on Friday from 9am.

No attendance figures for the Nice stage are published by the organiser. The site displays a counter of 6,227 visitors over the latest editions, without saying which ones or in which cities: this cumulative figure cannot be attributed to Nice alone. Mon Immeuble, the show's media partner, reported more than 3,000 visitors for the 2022 Nice edition.

Activities & community

Conference programme

The 2026 Nice programme publishes its time slots, not yet all of its titles. Thursday opens at 9:30am with an opening conference on professional news, reserved for property professionals on registration, followed by a student welcome, several conferences and, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, an ethics training session. On Friday morning, a training session on legal updates takes the 9:30am to 11:30am slot, before two conferences.

Conferences are open without prior registration, subject to available places; training sessions are reserved for pre-registered property professionals. An exhibitor can hire a room to run its own conference, in a 30-minute or 1-hour format.

Advice areas

The show offers free consultations in advice areas, on two themes in Nice: co-ownership and legal matters. For the 2025 edition, Mon Immeuble describes stands run by FNAIM and UNIS professionals who explain how a managing agent works, how charges are split or how to choose service providers.

Community & networks

Partners of the Nice stage: FNAIM, UNIS Côte d'Azur, Baticopro.com, Copropriété & Travaux, Informations Rapides de la Copropriété, Mon Immeuble, Nice-Matin, Radio.immo and Tribune Côte d'Azur.

Radio.immo and Mon Immeuble extend the show online with podcast and interview series available from the official site.

In Paris, the Salon de la Copropriété et de l'Habitat is run by a different organiser. Solucop plays the regional card, city by city.

The Solucop circuit

Solucop is not a single trade show but a series of regional stages under the same brand. The site's home page announces, for the current season:

  • Lille, on 8 October 2026, at the Grand Palais (Hall Paris): date now past, 2nd Lille edition, after a first one held on 9 and 10 October 2025.
  • Nice, on 26 and 27 November 2026, at the Palais Nikaïa: the historic stage, over two days.
  • Toulouse, on 1 April 2027, at Hall 8, Pont de la Croix de Pierre. The first Toulouse edition was held in May 2023.
  • Strasbourg, on 15 April 2027, at the Palais des Congrès, Hall Rhin, place de Bordeaux. The first Strasbourg edition was announced for 19 March 2026 (Mon Immeuble).

This season, the Lille, Toulouse and Strasbourg stages run for a single day; Nice keeps two days. Each stage has its own page, its own exhibitor list, programme and partners; some exhibitors appear at several stages (22 names in common between the Nice and Lille lists as of 10 October 2026).

On site: what you need to know

The show is held at the Palais Nikaïa, boulevard du Mercantour, near exit 51 Nice Saint-Augustin of the motorway. The Parking des Pins, adjoining the Palais, is free.

How much does it cost to exhibit

The site describes five stand formats, of 6, 9, 12, 15 and 20 m², with made-to-measure layouts possible, and options for a turnkey stand: dressing (PVC canvas, adhesive on panel, counter, fascia), four furniture packs, and extra visibility (running a conference, logo on the plan and the site, advertising in the catalogue given to visitors). Registration notably includes exhibitor public liability insurance, a listing in the visitor guide, personalised paper and digital invitations, a visitor badge scanning application, wifi access and an exhibitor parking space.

Expotentiel does not publish any price list online: prices are provided on request. The amounts below are indicative orders of magnitude for a two-day regional trade show of this format. They are in no way Solucop's official prices.
Poste de dépenseFourchette basseFourchette haute
Stand of 6 to 20 m² (depending on area)€1,500€7,000
Dressing and furniture pack (options)€300€2,000

Team travel, accommodation and meals (2 days)€300€2,000
INDICATIVE TOTAL (2 days, Nice)~€2,300~€14,000

For a local service provider, the travel line is marginal and the stand accounts for most of the budget. Ask the organiser for exact prices.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Book early: spaces are allocated according to registration date and availability, and the updated plan is sent on request.
  • Prepare two pitches: a technical and contractual one for the managing agent on Thursday morning, an educational one for the co-owner who has to vote on the works.
  • Make use of the visitor guide, kept by visitors as a directory of condominium service providers: a well-crafted listing extends your presence long after the show.
  • Consider a 30-minute or 1-hour conference on a regulatory or technical subject: it is the most direct way to position yourself as an expert in front of managing agents.
  • Use the included badge scanning application to qualify contacts on the stand.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Managing agents and managers: come from 9am on Thursday, the opening time for professionals, and register in advance for the training sessions, which require pre-registration.
  • Co-ownership boards: prepare the building's quotes or diagnostics to compare them with the service providers and the free consultations in the advice areas.
  • Browse the exhibitor list by stand number to build a route by trade.

CSR policy & initiatives

Several exhibitors on the Nice list work in energy and renovation (EDF, Enedis, GRDF, Engie Entreprises & Collectivités, Hellio, Soliha Alpes-Maritimes); this is a theme of the offer, not an organisational commitment.

The Solucop site publishes no CSR policy, no carbon assessment and no ISO 20121 certification, and no Expotentiel CSR programme was found. The home page of the Palais Nikaïa site highlights no environmental initiative specific to the venue.

Trajectory analysis

Solucop was born in Nice in 1996; the site displays a 30-year counter and, according to Mon Immeuble, the November 2026 Nice edition celebrates it. For most of that period, it was a Riviera show. The expansion is recent: Toulouse in 2023, Lille in 2025, Strasbourg in 2026. According to Mon Immeuble, the Lille and Strasbourg stages were set up with regional professional organisations: UNIS Hauts-de-France and ANGC in Lille, FNAIM Bas-Rhin and UNIS Grand-Est in Strasbourg.

In Nice, the size is stable at around 110 announced exhibitors for 2023 and 2025, a level the 2026 list is already approaching (109 registered on 10 October, seven weeks before opening). The newer stages are smaller or more recent: nearly 50 exhibitors announced for the first one in Strasbourg (19 March 2026, Mon Immeuble) and, for Lille, 65 exhibitors announced in 2025 then an official list of 100 names in October 2026.

The regulatory context supports the format, according to the themes highlighted by Mon Immeuble for the 2025 edition: the multi-year works plan, the shutdown of 2G and 3G networks that forces lift remote monitoring to be modernised, and the regulation of tourist lets. Each new obligation creates a need for service providers and for explanation, exactly what Solucop puts on show.
