- Annual frequency in Paris since 2014, with two Paris gaps (2020 and 2023). The series has also held editions in Bordeaux, Lyon, Lille and Nantes.
- Results of the latest edition, held on 22 and 23 March 2026: 7,789 visitors and 133 exhibitors, according to the key figures published by the organiser.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The show is organised into three zones, as presented on the exhibitor registration page: e-liquid, wholesale and hardware, and CBD. The home page breaks the offer down into five families: e-liquids, hardware and innovation, CBD, nicotine-free alternatives and oral substitutes, and an "Expertise & Solutions" family covering packaging, laboratory testing and regulatory compliance.
CBD has had a structured place since it joined the show in 2021, initially as a neighbouring CBD Expo in a separate hall. The show describes the CBD area as geared towards wholesale trade, with no consumer-facing showcase.
The 2027 floor plan lays out stand areas from 9 sqm to more than 101 sqm, with 9 sqm storage rooms. The largest areas are occupied by hardware manufacturers and major e-liquid laboratories, around which many stands of 9 to 18 sqm are clustered.
Notable exhibitors
The website does not publish a named directory of 2027 exhibitors. The provisional floor plan, dated 29 October 2026 and presented as non-contractual, nevertheless already shows company names on stands. Among the largest areas (from 80 to 126 sqm) are Vaporesso, Voopoo and Geekvape on the hardware side, and VDLV, Alfaliquid, Curieux and Swoke on the e-liquid side. Innokin, Oxva and Hangsen on the hardware side, and Belgi'Ohm on the e-liquid side, occupy stands of 48 to 56 sqm.
This plan may still change before April 2027: it gives a provisional picture of the layout six months before the show, not a final list of exhibitors.
Visitor quality
The show presents itself as strictly B2B. Three profiles are admitted: industry professionals, entrepreneurs with a business project, and the press. The buyers targeted are managers of specialist shops, wholesalers, importers and distributors.
Visitor access is paid and requires pre-registration with proof of professional activity (SIRET or Kbis). A project-holder badge exists for people preparing to set up a business.
This professional focus is recent in the show's history: the 2021 Paris edition still included a consumer day, and the 2024 edition ended with "une journée finale 100 % dédiée aux professionnels" (a final day 100% devoted to professionals). No OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is published. The available figures are the organiser's own, and the website does not say whether they include the audience of the CBD areas.
Programme & community
Conference programme
The conferences take place on an open stage in the heart of the show and end with an interactive exchange with the audience. The programme is dominated by regulation and the economics of the industry.
The 2026 edition brought together 13 speakers according to the organiser's key figures. Sessions available online include "Vape Europe Summit : qu'est-ce que l'Europe nous prépare ?", "Vape indépendante, le combat continue !" and "L'exception vapologique française face à l'UE !". In 2025, the themes included the future of specialist shops facing tobacconists, taxation and funding for businesses in the sector. The 2027 programme had not been published at the time of writing.
The Vapexpo Awards
The Vapexpo Awards recognise hardware and e-liquids by category. The 2026 edition of the Awards, the 9th, had 10 categories and 22 prizes, with the creation of the "Meilleur e-liquide Frais" category and the return of "Meilleur Innovation". The 2026 jury comprised Vaping Post, OneShot Media, Seb et la Vape and Bocalinda.
Entries for the 2027 Awards are announced for November 2026.
Vap Chef and Vapéro
Vap Chef is a competition between e-liquid manufacturers: reproducing, in 30 minutes, a recipe created by the chef Norbert Tarayre. Launched in 2024, it held its third edition in 2026.
The Vapéro is the show's networking evening. For 2027 it is announced for the evening of Sunday 11 April, on the show's TV set, with a live concert and the presentation of the Vap Chef prize. Access would be by dedicated badge: free for exhibitors, paid for visitors.
Community & networks
OneShot Media is presented as the show's official media partner. The website displays sponsors and partners, without a named list attached to the 2027 edition.
The press and specialist media receive free accreditation on prior request.
On site: what you need to know
The 2027 edition takes place in Pavilion 6 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1 place de la Porte de Versailles, in the 15th arrondissement. This is the hall already used in 2026, after two editions in Pavilion 3.
By metro, line 12 serves Porte de Versailles station and line 8 serves Balard station, less than ten minutes' walk away. Trams T2 and T3a stop at Porte de Versailles, as do buses 39 and 80. From Orly, the organiser indicates line 14 then line 12; from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, RER B then line 12. By car, take the Porte de Versailles exit from the périphérique. Recommended car parks: P6 (access via gate C) and P7 (access via gate F).
The show is open from 10am to 6pm on Sunday 11 April 2027 and from 10am to 5pm on Monday 12 April. Visitor ticketing will open in February 2027. For on-site purchases, proof of professional activity is required.

Preparing your visit
For exhibitors
- Consult the floor plan early: locations are chosen by zone (e-liquid, wholesale and hardware, CBD) and a first provisional plan already shows company names.
- Check what the package includes: furniture and electricity are only included on equipped stands.
- Watch for the opening of Awards entries, announced for November 2026, if a product is to compete.
- Order the partners' Vapéro badges from the exhibitor account.
For trade visitors
- Prepare proof of professional activity (SIRET or Kbis) before ticketing opens in February 2027.
- Concentrate meetings on Sunday, the longest day, and keep Monday for follow-ups.
- Identify on the plan the zones relevant to your catalogue: hardware, e-liquid or CBD.
CSR policy & initiatives
Neither the show's website nor its organiser publishes a CSR policy, a carbon footprint report or an ISO 20121 certification for the event. The "Vape et écologie" conference in the 2025 programme is editorial content, not a commitment by the organiser.
The venue provides a documented framework: Viparis, the operator of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, states that it has been ISO 20121 certified across all its sites since 2014, and pursues a sustainable development strategy called Better Events.

Trajectory analysis
The official numbering is that of the series as a whole, all cities combined: the Lille, Lyon and Nantes editions explain the jumps between two Paris editions.
The number of exhibitors has fallen from one edition to the next since 2022, from 167 to 133. Among the editions with figures above, attendance peaked in 2024, the ten-year edition, over three days, before levelling off at around 7,500 visitors on a two-day format. The figures are not strictly comparable: the 2021 edition included a consumer day and the 2024 edition ended with a final day reserved for professionals, whereas the show now presents itself as 100% B2B.
The most visible shift is a tightening: two days instead of three, an audience filtered by proof of professional activity, and a show that now includes CBD and nicotine-free alternatives alongside vape. The organiser positions Vapexpo Paris as the reference show for the French-speaking market, with no third-party audit to support this.
The dates of the 2028 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
