The Parc Floral de Paris is a 35-hectare public park set in the bois de Vincennes, at the heart of the 12th arrondissement. Opened in 1969, it houses at its centre the Espace Evenements, a complex dedicated to hosting trade shows, congresses and professional events. The site combines a vast covered hall with several botanically themed pavilions opening onto the greenery, offering a natural setting that is rare for an events venue within central Paris.
Halls and surface areas
The Espace Evenements covers around 23,000 sqm at the centre of the Parc Floral, including nearly 12,000 sqm of indoor exhibition space. It is built around a main hall (the Hall de la Pinede, 10,200 sqm) and five pavilions (one of 282 sqm and four of 384 sqm), one of which has a conference room. Depending on the chosen configuration, the site can accommodate from 100 to 12,000 people.
Access and transport
The Parc Floral is served by metro line 1 and RER A, with Château de Vincennes station located a few hundred metres from the entrance. Gare de Lyon is reachable in around fifteen minutes. By car, the site is connected to the ring road and the A4 motorway, with a car park nearby. Orly and Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airports are around 20 and 35 minutes away respectively.
Services
The venue offers modular spaces both indoors and outdoors, within an exceptional landscaped setting. Catering services and associated provisions are arranged on a case-by-case basis with the site's events operator. The Parc Floral is in the immediate vicinity of Vincennes and the 12th arrondissement of Paris, which offer a wide range of accommodation and services.
