Key takeaways
- All4Customer Cannes is a trade show run in the One to One Meetings format: over two business days, suppliers in customer experience, digital marketing, data and e-commerce host invited buyers, the hosted buyers, on their stand for pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings.
- Next edition: announced for 21, 22 and 23 September 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The two business days with published times are Wednesday 22 September, 08:45 to 19:00, and Thursday 23 September, 08:45 to 18:00.
- Organiser: Weyou Group, which also runs All4Customer Paris. These are two distinct trade shows: in Cannes, a private, appointment-only event with controlled access; in Paris, an exhibition and conference show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Their figures are not combined.
- Annual frequency, in September: editions held 17-19 September 2024, 16-18 September 2025 and 15-17 September 2026 at the Palais des Festivals.
- In 2027, the trade show shares its dates and venue with Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360 Cannes, another Weyou Group One to One Meetings event. All4Customer Cannes is the larger of the two according to the figures each website displays.
- 2025 report, the most recently published: 170 exhibiting stands, more than 5,000 business meetings, more than 250 visitors, 8 plenary conferences and 17 exhibitor workshops. The organiser adds more than 2,500 attendees per day.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The offer falls into four families, those of the site's exhibitor search engine: customer relationship management and user experience; digital marketing strategies and tools; e-commerce and digital commerce solutions; data collection and analysis.
In practice, this brings together contact centre software vendors, specialists in chatbots, callbots and virtual assistants, customer relationship outsourcing operators, CRM and marketing automation platforms, players in retail media, search (SEO, SEA, GEO), online payment, PIM and DAM, marketplaces and data governance tools. Stands are offered as a bare space or a fitted stand.
Notable exhibitors
The « Exposants 2026 » list published by the organiser records 145 companies with a stand number for the September 2026 edition. It includes customer relationship and marketing software vendors such as Zendesk, Qualtrics, SAP Customer Experience, Twilio, Verint, NICE, Zoho, Braze, Klaviyo, Akeneo and Parloa, and telephony and contact centre specialists such as Odigo, Diabolocom, Ringover and SFR Business.
One feature stands out: the weight of customer relationship outsourcing. Foundever, Intelcia, Concentrix Maroc, Tunis Call Center and Outsourcing to Madagascar appeared on the 2026 list in this category, alongside a stand from the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development, there to promote Morocco's offer. On the media side, Les Echos Le Parisien and Digital Mag also had a stand.
The 2027 edition's list has not yet been published: the official exhibitors page still shows the 2026 one.
Visitor quality
The core of the format is the Hosted Buyers programme. Weyou Group's teams select buyers with projects achievable within a timeframe of one week to 18 months; each meeting is approved by both sides, buyer and exhibitor, before being scheduled. A hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 meetings depending on their needs, and their stay is covered: transport, 5-star hotel and catering.
Targeted roles range from managing director to traffic manager, including marketing, e-commerce, customer relations, customer experience, CRM, data, digital and IT directors, at companies of all sizes, in both B2B and B2C.
Alongside the hosted buyers, accredited visitors can walk the show floor, meet exhibitors and attend the conferences. Entry is free but subject to named accreditation checked in advance; students and the general public are not admitted.
The homepage shows 200 exhibitors and 300 hosted buyers, without specifying which edition. It also publishes satisfaction scores from the most recent edition, drawn from the organiser's platform: 4.04 out of 5 for exhibitors, 4.60 out of 5 for hosted buyers. None of these figures is certified by a third-party body.
Programme & community
Conference programme
Each business day opens with a plenary conference, then alternates between meeting slots on the stands and 45-minute exhibitor workshops. The organiser states that no meetings are scheduled during the conferences.
In 2026, the two plenaries were titled « REHUMANIZE : Comment l'IA remet l'humain au centre de l'expérience » and « RESET : Quelles nouvelles stratégies dans l'ultra luxe et les malls ? », the latter with Vacheron Constantin and Nicetoile (Groupe Altarea). The workshops showcased customer case studies: the Fnac customer service callbot presented by Calldesk, Biogroup with Yext, Messika with imagino, Chullanka with Brevo, Fitadium with Positive. Artificial intelligence, generative search and marketing performance measurement ran through them as a common thread.
The 2027 programme has not yet been published: the site's programme page still shows the 2026 one.
Networking
Networking is part of the format. In 2026, a welcome cocktail brought together exhibitors and hosted buyers the evening before the business days, and a closing cocktail on the last evening. At lunchtime, three options coexist: a business lunch arranged through matchmaking after mutual approval, a cocktail at the VIP Club, or a free lunch, depending on status and the options taken out. In 2025, the report mentioned a welcome cocktail at the Martinez, a free evening and a gala cocktail on the Majestic beach.
Hosted buyers are put up in hotels on the Croisette, where part of the networking time takes place, the other part being held at the Palais.
Community & networks
All4Customer Cannes belongs to Weyou Group's family of One to One Meetings trade shows, which applies the same concept in Cannes to other sectors, including events with Heavent Meetings Cannes, as well as hospitality and catering, health, IT and cybersecurity, and interior and exterior design. The All4Customer brand also runs editions in Marbella and Amsterdam.
The 2027 co-location is a recent decision. Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360 Cannes was scheduled for 19 to 21 January 2026 and, in June 2026, its website was still announcing a January 2027 edition; it now shows 21, 22 and 23 September 2027 at the Palais des Festivals, the same as All4Customer. The two trade shows each keep their own website and figures: 200 exhibitors and 300 hosted buyers shown for All4Customer, 80 exhibitors and 130 hosted buyers for Transports & Logistics.
Among the partners, the site highlights the « Élection du Service Client de l'Année » award, which measures customer relationship quality through mystery shopper tests.
On site: what you need to know
The trade show is held at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The SNCF train station is a five-minute walk away, and the Palm Bus network serves the Palais from Cannes and neighbouring towns.
Times announced for 2027: Wednesday 22 September, 08:45 to 19:00, Thursday 23 September, 08:45 to 18:00. Tuesday 21 September is among the announced dates, with no published times to date; in 2026, the day before the business days was devoted to stand build-up and the welcome cocktail.
Access is by badge only: exhibitors receive a wallet containing their badges and, where applicable, the wristbands linked to lunches or evening events. In 2026, an exhibitor badge not linked to an evening package on the exhibitor platform resulted in the evening events being refused.
How much it costs to exhibit
Weyou Group does not publish any price list online: the site offers a 15-minute introductory call to detail participation formats and locations. It describes the components: a bare stand, a carpeted space to be fitted out, or a fitted stand including partitions, lighting, electricity, Wi-Fi and basic furniture; a schedule of meetings with hosted buyers, which the organiser describes as meetings bought and planned; contract options for business lunches, the VIP Club and evening events.
Accommodation remains the exhibitor's responsibility. The organiser strongly recommends booking in the hotels where hosted buyers stay, since most of the networking time takes place there: on the Croisette in September, this is a cost to plan for ahead.
To justify the investment, the organiser shows a return on investment of 7 to 15 times measured over 18 months and 70% of exhibitors re-signing within 30 days. These figures cover all of its One to One Meetings trade shows, not All4Customer Cannes alone, and are measured using its own tools.
Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Book accommodation early in the hosted buyers' hotels: this is where off-agenda encounters happen.
- Take care over the description of your brands, solutions and services: this is the exhibitor data the matchmaking platform cross-references with hosted buyers' projects.
- Prepare a demonstration that fits into 15 minutes, as the format is short and repeated over two days.
- Aim for an exhibitor workshop: in 2026, these 45-minute slots were mainly used to present a customer case study with the company concerned.
- Check the contract options, lunches and evening events, and assign evening packages on the platform before the event.
For the decision-making visitor
- Apply for the Hosted Buyers programme if a concrete project is under way: the agenda is built around this project and the stay is covered.
- Otherwise, request free visitor accreditation, to be justified by your role and company.
- Accept or decline each meeting proposed: the programme leaves this control with the buyer.
- Keep time between meetings for unscheduled stands and workshops.
CSR policy & initiatives
The trade show's undated CSR/ESG page highlights a partnership with the Palais des Festivals and SNCF: chartered high-speed trains to bring in the invited decision-makers, with a calculation of 3.25 kg of CO2e per person by train against 140 kg by plane, worked out by the organiser from SNCF and Air France data. The stakes are real for a format that covers its buyers' travel.
At group level, Weyou Group cites HQE-certified offices, a hybrid working arrangement, a professional equality and inclusion policy, and a long-term shareholder, EMZ Partners, a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment. No ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is shown.
The venue provides its own guarantees: the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès has been a « société à mission » since 2022 and holds ISO 20121 (responsible event management), ISO 9001 and ISO 18788 certifications, as well as the Destination Innovante Durable and Tourisme & Handicap labels.

Trajectory analysis
The trade show has changed its vocabulary and its address without changing its principle. Until 2025, it was called All4Customer Meetings and spoke of « Top Décideurs » ; it now presents itself as All4Customer Cannes, on a new domain, and its invited buyers have become hosted buyers. The mechanism remains the one Weyou Group says it invented in 2009: meetings qualified in advance, held on real stands.
The published figures trace a slight decline in volume: 190 exhibiting stands in the 2023 and 2024 reports, 170 in the 2025 one, and 145 companies on the 2026 list. The units differ, stands on one side, companies listed on the other, and the 2026 report has not been published: the trend therefore needs confirming. The number of meetings, around 5,000 per edition, has stayed stable, and the 2023 report already showed more than 2,500 attendees per day.
The 2027 edition keeps the usual slot in the third week of September, but shares the Palais with Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360, whose 2026 edition was scheduled for January. Each trade show keeps its own Hosted Buyers programme and figures; how shared spaces and time slots will be organised in 2027 has not yet been detailed.
Dates for the 2028 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
