Who exhibits

Typical profile

The offer is organised into eleven families: water; energy; waste and cleanliness; air and odours; risks and nuisances; mobility; urban planning; green building; contaminated sites and soil; biodiversity and natural habitats; other environmental products, services or topics.

The trade show brings together equipment suppliers, consultancies, service providers and public project owners. The organiser presented the 2025 edition as a showcase of Occitanie's expertise, complemented by innovations from across France.

For the 2025 edition, the official website announced 200 exhibitors. No exhibitor count was published after the event.

Notable exhibitors

The 2027 exhibitor list is not yet online: the website states that it is published on average one month before the trade show, and invites visitors to contact the organiser for the list of exhibitors registered so far. It will be available on the official exhibitor page, sorted by solution family.

Visitor quality

The trade show addresses public players (municipalities, local authorities, administrations, regions) as well as private ones (industry, construction, transport, logistics, retail, agriculture, tourism, services). The sectors invited also include hospitals and healthcare, mines and quarries, and eco-industry.

For the 2025 edition, held on 19 and 20 November at the MEETT, the organiser reported around 5,000 participants. This figure is not broken down between visitors and exhibitors, and no OJS certification or third-party audit of attendance is published.

Programme & community

Conference programme

A cycle of conferences on environmental topics is open to all visitors. The 2027 programme is not yet published: the organiser puts it online about one month before the trade show.

To give a sense of the format, the 2025 edition split its sessions between two conference areas over the two days. Topics covered included: collective photovoltaic self-consumption, the regulations of the tertiary decree and the BACS decree, biowaste management, the circular economy in Toulouse's construction sector, eco-design, protection against flooding and clay shrink-swell, and the company with a mission (société à mission). Several sessions can be watched on video from the conferences page.

Villages and highlights

In 2025, the organiser announced interactive workshops, innovators' pitches, murals and themed villages, including a Risks village and a Sustainable Mobility village. The 2027 programme of activities is not yet detailed.

The "Les + ENVIROpro" page announces several features for the edition: a Start-up village, a new products area placed on a compulsory route for visitors, and a free business meeting service between visitors and exhibitors, whose platform would open about one month before the trade show. A job-ads wall is made available to exhibitors who are recruiting.

Community & networks

The partners page of the Toulouse trade show lists around thirty specialist media and networks, without linking them to a dated edition: Actu-Environnement, Environnement Magazine, Novethic, Profession Recycleur, Construction 21, Hydroplus, the Orée association, Le Journal des Entreprises, among others.

ENVIROpro works as a series of regional trade shows run by the same organiser, with one listing per city. In the west, ENVIROpro Grand-Ouest takes place in Angers on 24 and 25 March 2027. The Sud-Ouest brand also covers a Bordeaux edition, ENVIROpro Sud-Ouest Bordeaux, announced at the Bordeaux exhibition centre on 1 and 2 March 2028. For an exhibitor looking beyond their region, Pollutec covers the same field on an international scale; ENVIROpro focuses on regional proximity.

On site: what you need to know

The trade show takes place at Diagora Toulouse-Labège, 150 rue Pierre-Gilles de Gennes, in Labège. The 2023 and 2025 editions were held at the MEETT, in Toulouse: regular visitors will need to adjust their journey.

By car, access is via the A61 and the ring road, exit 19 Labège. The site has a free car park of 1,000 spaces, including spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. By bus, the De Gennes stop serves the entrance to Diagora. From Toulouse, metro line B goes as far as Ramonville, then bus 79 to the De Gennes stop in front of Diagora (about 40 minutes from Jean-Jaurès). Metro line C, with a Diagora stop, is announced for 2028. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is announced at about 20 minutes away via the ring road.

The official website offers a carpooling platform for visitors and a calculator for the climate impact of the journey. For accommodation, the agency Revolugo is the official partner of the 2027 edition and offers hotels at negotiated rates.

The visitor badge is free; the organiser states that it can be requested on the website about one month before the trade show.

How much it costs to exhibit

NexFairs does not publish any price list online: exhibitor offers are provided on request, by telephone or via the contact form. A special offer is reserved for start-ups less than two years old.

According to the organiser, all offers include several tools: invitations by e-mail, SMS and post, a contact-scanning app, an appointment-booking module, the option of hosting a conference or workshop subject to available slots, and six months of the Premium plan on the ENVIROpro connect directory.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Ask for the list of exhibitors registered so far: the website invites you to contact the organiser to obtain it before the official list is published.
  • Use the invitation tools provided (e-mail, SMS, post) to bring your own public and private clients: at a regional trade show, exhibitors also help build the audience.
  • Propose a talk at a conference or workshop: slots are open to exhibitors, subject to availability.
  • Build the change of venue into your communication: clients and prospects knew the trade show at the MEETT.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Arrive with identified projects: the human-scale format makes it possible to leave with contacts for a specification.
  • Book your meetings through the dedicated platform as soon as it opens, one month before the trade show.
  • Consult the exhibitor list by solution family to target the stands.
  • For local authorities, use the conferences to compare feedback from other territories in Occitanie.

CSR policy & initiatives

The trade show publishes an "Our commitments" page. There, the organiser declares that it offsets its carbon emissions through several projects: planting paulownia trees in agroforestry with MANA in Occitanie, funding a wildflower fallow with EcoTree, and planting trees in the Ginestet forest with Nos Grandes Forêts. It also commits to reducing energy consumption, controlling the trade show's waste, adopting responsible catering, favouring eco-designed equipment, practising eco-communication and raising awareness among suppliers, exhibitors and visitors.

These commitments are declarative and common to the ENVIROpro series: no quantified carbon footprint of the event and no ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is published. For its part, the Diagora website presents a declarative approach: waste sorting and recovery, LED lighting, rooftop solar panels and beehives on the site; it cites no environmental certification for the venue.

Trajectory analysis

The Toulouse trade show has settled into a biennial rhythm, in odd-numbered years, with announcements of around 200 exhibitors. The 2025 edition, presented by the organiser as the second, is the only one with a published attendance report.

The 2027 edition marks two shifts: a calendar brought forward from November to early October, and a move from the MEETT to Diagora, in Labège. Without comparable figures, it is too early to say whether this change of venue alters the scale of the trade show.
