Trajectory analysis

Since 2023 the Salon du Chocolat Paris has been consolidating a mixed format that draws both 90,000-96,000 general-public visitors and a B to B Village structured for manufacturers and artisans. The Comexposium partnership signed in March 2024 marks a new cycle: Event International retains operational control while Comexposium brings its Passions Division, its SIAL/Vinexposium network and its logistics, marketing and digital capabilities. The visible consequence was already apparent at the 2025 anniversary edition: 40% new exhibitors and the expansion to the Cake Time and Bean to Bar spaces. The 2026 edition (the 31st) marks the first full year of the partnership at cruising speed.
