Key takeaways
- Workplace Meetings Cannes is a trade show run in the One to One Meetings format and devoted to the workplace: office fit-out, furniture, facility management, services to occupants, technical building management and digital tools. Suppliers host invited buyers, the hosted buyers, on their stand for pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings.
- Next edition: 24, 25 and 26 November 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The two business days with published times are Wednesday 25 November, 08:45 to 19:00, and Thursday 26 November, 08:45 to 18:00.
- Organiser: Weyou Group. Annual frequency, in late November: editions held 22-24 November 2022, 21-23 November 2023, 19-21 November 2024 and 25-27 November 2025, all at the Palais des Festivals.
- The trade show shares its dates and venue with two other Weyou Group One to One Meetings trade shows, Health Center (fit-out and services for healthcare facilities) and Interior & Exterior Design (decoration and furniture for high-end projects). Workplace Meetings is the largest of the three according to the figures each website displays; these figures are not combined.
- For 2026, the website displays 130 exhibitors and 300 hosted buyers. No report with figures is published for any edition, and the website mentions no certification of the figures by a third-party body.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The offer falls into five families, those of the website's exhibitor search engine: design and fit-out of workspaces; energy and environmental management of buildings; office equipment; services to occupants; digital transformation.
In practice, you will meet fit-out specialists and general contractors, real estate strategy consultants, manufacturers of furniture, booths and acoustic solutions, audiovisual and videoconferencing specialists, players in multi-service facility management, cleaning, reception, security and access control, and corporate catering, as well as publishers of desk booking, flex office, CMMS or IWMS tools. Stands are offered as bare or equipped.
Notable exhibitors
The "Exposants 2026" list published by the organiser had 101 entries with a stand number on 2 October 2026, a few weeks before the trade show; it may still change. Facility management and services to occupants weigh heavily in it, with Atalian, Onet, Samsic, Sodexo, Equans, Vinci Facilities, Spie Facilities, GSF - Penelope, Securitas, Chateauform Inside and CBRE (GWS).
Fit-out is represented by consultants and contractors such as Kardham, Tétris Design & Build and Interface Group, and by furniture manufacturers such as Bene, Nowy Styl, Flokk and Actiu. On the building and technology side, the list includes Veolia Énergie Performance for the energy efficiency of sites, Ocea Smart Building, Barco for videoconferencing, Salto Systems for access control and Deskare for desk booking.
The full list, filterable by field of activity, is on the official exhibitors page.
Visitor quality
The core of the format is the Hosted Buyers programme. Weyou Group's teams select buyers with workable projects within a timeframe of one week to 18 months; each meeting is validated by both sides, buyer and exhibitor, before being scheduled. A hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 meetings depending on their needs, stays in control of accepting or declining each of them, and their stay is covered: transport, 5-star hotel and catering.
The target profiles are workplace and general services directors, indirect procurement directors, technical and logistics directors, real estate and FM directors, architects, buyers and specifiers at resellers, and workplace managers.
Alongside the hosted buyers, accredited visitors can walk the trade show, meet exhibitors and attend the conferences and workshops. Entry is free but subject to named accreditation checked in advance; students and the general public are not admitted.
The home page also publishes satisfaction scores from the latest edition, drawn from the organiser's platform: 4.13 out of 5 on the exhibitor side, 4.64 out of 5 on the hosted buyer side. These are figures declared by the organiser.
Programme & community
Conference programme
The format alternates meeting slots on the stands with conferences and exhibitor workshops; the organiser specifies that no meeting is scheduled during the conferences, which are offered by its institutional and press partners.
In 2025, the opening conference, organised by Workplace Magazine, was titled "Flexibilité, hospitalité, care : jusqu'où aller dans les services ?", with speakers from Macif, Panorama and Engie. The journal Office et Culture ran a plenary conference titled "Le bureau, un nouvel hôtel", and GSF a workshop on the office experience. The three sessions had in common hospitality applied to the office.
For 2026, the programme page details the meeting slots and the lunch options, but not yet the conferences.
Networking
Networking is part of the format. The concept provides for three evenings: a welcome cocktail dinner, a free evening during which exhibitors can invite clients and prospects, and a gala evening including a cocktail dinner. In 2025, the programme announced a welcome cocktail on Tuesday 25 November from 21:00 and a closing cocktail on Thursday 27 November from 20:30, both reserved for exhibitors and hosted buyers.
At midday, three options coexist in 2026: a business lunch organised by matchmaking after mutual validation, a cocktail at the VIP Club, or a free lunch, depending on status and the options purchased. Hosted buyers are housed in hotels on the Croisette, where part of the networking takes place, the rest taking place at the Palais.
Community & networks
Workplace Meetings Cannes belongs to the family of Weyou Group One to One Meetings trade shows, which applies the same concept in Cannes to other sectors, including events with Heavent Meetings Cannes and marketing and customer experience with All4Customer Cannes. The Workplace brand also has an edition in Amsterdam.
In the same workplace universe, Weyou Group also organises two trade shows in Paris, Workspace Paris, devoted to office furniture and the fit-out of workspaces, and SETA, the workplace and procurement trade show, both on 16, 17 and 18 March 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. These are separate trade shows from the Cannes one, with their own dates and venue.
On site: what you need to know
The trade show takes place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, on the Croisette. The SNCF railway station is about a six-minute walk away, and shuttles link Nice-Côte d'Azur airport to Cannes in about 45 minutes.
Announced times for 2026: Wednesday 25 November from 08:45 to 19:00, Thursday 26 November from 08:45 to 18:00. Tuesday 24 November is among the announced dates, with no times published to date; in 2025, the programme provided for the welcome cocktail on the eve of the business days.
Access is by badge only: exhibitors receive a pack containing their badges and, where applicable, the wristbands linked to lunches or evenings, access to which depends on the options in the contract.
How much it costs to exhibit
Weyou Group publishes no price list online: the website offers a 15-minute introductory call to detail the participation formats and locations. It describes their components: a bare stand, a carpeted area to be fitted out, or an equipped stand including partitions, lighting, electricity, Wi-Fi and basic furniture; a meeting schedule with the hosted buyers, which the organiser presents as meetings that are sold and scheduled; contract options for lunches, the VIP Club and evenings.
The website does not say whether accommodation is included in participation. The organiser strongly advises exhibitors to book in the hotels where the hosted buyers stay, since most of the networking takes place there.
To justify the investment, the organiser displays an average return on investment of 7 to 15 times measured over 18 months and 70% of exhibitors who re-sign within 30 days. These indicators cover all of its One to One Meetings trade shows, not Workplace Meetings Cannes alone, and are measured by its own tools.
Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Book your accommodation early in the hosted buyers' hotels: that is where the meetings outside the schedule happen.
- Take care over the description of your brands, products and services: these are the exhibitor data that the matchmaking platform cross-checks against the hosted buyers' projects.
- Plan a demonstration that fits in 15 minutes, on a stand that shows the product in context: furniture, acoustics or a booking tool are judged in use.
- Check the contract options, lunches, VIP Club and evenings, before the event: badges and wristbands depend on them.
For the decision-making visitor
- Apply to the Hosted Buyers programme if a fit-out, services or equipment project is under way: the schedule is built around that project and your stay is covered.
- Otherwise, request a free visitor accreditation, to be justified by your role and company.
- Accept or decline each meeting proposed: the programme leaves that control to the buyer.
- Keep time for the conferences, with no meeting scheduled during those slots, and for the stands you were not matched with.
CSR policy & initiatives
The trade show's undated CSR/ESG page highlights a partnership with the Palais des Festivals and SNCF: chartered TGV trains to bring the invited decision-makers, with a calculation of 3.25 kg of CO₂e per person by train against 140 kg by plane, established by the organiser from SNCF and Air France data. The stakes are real for a format that covers its buyers' travel.
At group level, Weyou Group cites HQE-certified offices, hybrid working, a policy of professional equality and inclusion, and a long-term shareholder, EMZ Partners, a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment. No ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is displayed.
The venue brings its own guarantees: the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès has been a société à mission since 2022 and displays the ISO 20121 (responsible event management), ISO 9001 and ISO 18788 certifications, as well as the Destination Innovante Durable and Tourisme & Handicap labels.

Trajectory analysis
The trade show has settled into a stable slot, the last week of November, at the Palais des Festivals. The health crisis disrupted it: planned for 24 to 26 November 2020, the edition was postponed, in agreement with the trade show's partners including ARSEG, to April 2021, then to 23-25 November 2021.
Its positioning has broadened. Presented in 2024 as the trade show of services, products and fit-out for a better working environment, it now describes itself as devoted to workspace fit-out, hospitality, technology, building management and AI solutions. The vocabulary has followed: the "Top Décideurs" of the older pages have become hosted buyers on the home page and the programme pages, even though some pages of the website keep the old term, and the website migrated in late 2025 to a new domain, the old address workplace-meetings.fr now redirecting to it.
The displayed volumes change with no published report to arbitrate between them. In 2024 and 2025, the website presented 150 exhibiting stands, 7,000 one to one meetings and between 1,800 and 2,000 participants per day, without specifying the edition concerned; for 2026, it announces 130 exhibitors. The co-location with Health Center and Interior & Exterior Design, each displaying 80 exhibitors and 150 hosted buyers, does not add to these figures: each trade show keeps its own website, exhibitors and hosted buyers.
The dates of the 2027 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
