Key takeaways

  • Interior & Exterior Design Meetings Cannes is a trade show in the One to One Meetings format devoted to decoration, furniture and fit-out for high-end projects: exceptional residential, hospitality, retail and yachting. Suppliers host invited buyers, the hosted buyers, on their stand for pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings.
  • Next edition: 24, 25 and 26 November 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The two business days with published times are Wednesday 25 November, 08:45 to 19:00, and Thursday 26 November, 08:45 to 18:00.
  • Organiser: Weyou Group. Annual frequency, in late November. Launched by a press release of October 2023 under the name Interior Design Meetings, the trade show held its first edition from 19 to 21 November 2024, then the edition of 25-27 November 2025, both at the Palais des Festivals.
  • It shares its dates and venue with two other Weyou Group One to One Meetings trade shows: Workplace Meetings Cannes, devoted to the workplace, and Health Center Meetings Cannes, devoted to healthcare facilities. Workplace Meetings is the largest of the three according to the figures each website displays; these figures are not combined.
  • For 2026, the website displays 80 exhibitors and 150 hosted buyers. No per-edition report with figures is published, and the website mentions no certification of the figures by a third-party body.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The exhibitor search engine sorts the offer into four families: fit-out and equipment, finishing works, materials, technology. The first is the fullest: indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, bathrooms, kitchens, bedding and textiles, swimming pools and wellness spaces, terraces and pergolas, bespoke fit-out, retail design, yacht fit-out, wine cellar equipment. Finishing works cover bespoke joinery, floor and wall coverings, air conditioning and home automation; materials range from wood, stone and glass to ceramics and metals, including gilding and mirror polishing.

The common denominator is high-end bespoke work. Many exhibitor profiles highlight artisanal manufacture, customisation and references in luxury hospitality, exceptional residential projects or yachting. Stands are offered as bare or equipped.

Notable exhibitors

The online list had 35 exhibitors with a stand number on 3 October 2026, seven weeks before the trade show; it may still grow. The website menu still labels it "Exposants 2025", but everything indicates that it is the list for the 2026 edition: several exhibitors already present in 2025 have changed stand number, and thirteen brands were not on it last year.

Kitchens are well represented, with Gaggenau, V-Zug and Officine Gullo, an Italian specialist in luxury metal kitchens, as are bathrooms, with Dornbracht and Geberit. On the materials side, Florim Stone offers porcelain stoneware, Marmi Vrech and Marmo Arredo marble and stone, and Foglie d'Oro wood flooring. Electrical fittings and the connected home are covered by Meljac, Crestron, Basalte and Maison Henri, furniture and lighting by Desalto, Reflex or Tato, linen and bedding by Tréca, Noël Paris and Aigredoux, and rugs by Édition Bougainville and the Manufacture de Tourly. Fit-out specialists such as Tailor Group, Creativ Mobilier or Échelle Un, and Terrasse et Jardin de Paris for outdoor spaces, complete the picture.

In 2025, the list had 76 exhibitors, including Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Bang & Olufsen, Cosentino or Jaipur Rugs. The 2026 list, filterable by activity, is on the official exhibitors page.

Visitor quality

The Hosted Buyers programme is the pivot of the format. Weyou Group's teams select buyers whose projects can be carried out by the exhibitors within a timeframe of one week to 18 months, and each meeting is validated by the buyer and the exhibitor alike before being scheduled. A hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 meetings depending on their needs, remains free to accept or decline each of them, and their stay is covered: transport, 5-star hotel and catering.

The target profiles are those of high-end specifiers: architects, interior architects, fit-out specialists, interior decorators, designers, technical directors of property projects and developers.

Accredited visitors are the second audience. Entry is free but subject to named accreditation validated in advance, reserved for decision-makers, specifiers and professionals concerned by the trade show's themes; students and the general public are not admitted. These visitors walk the stands, meet exhibitors and attend the conferences and workshops, with no meeting schedule.

The home page publishes the satisfaction scores of the latest edition, drawn from the organiser's platform: 4.49 out of 5 on the exhibitor side, 4.90 out of 5 on the hosted buyer side. These are figures declared by the organiser.

Programme & community

Conference programme

The concept provides for conferences at certain times of the day, during which no meeting is scheduled. For 2026, the conferences and workshops page does not yet display any session, and the published programme details only the meeting slots and lunch slots.

The programme published for the 2024 edition gives the measure of the format. It announced, hosted by the design magazine Intramuros, an opening conference, "REV Architecture : sobriété du luxe", then the next day a plenary conference titled "ODA : l'audace du décor", each devoted to a guest studio. For its part, the Ateliers de France group announced demonstrations of the know-how of its houses: staff plasterwork, wood flooring, patina on brass, crystal for light fittings. The archived pages of the 2025 programme do not detail any named session.

Networking

The concept also rests on three evenings: an opening cocktail dinner on the first evening, a free evening on the second, which exhibitors can devote to their clients and prospects, and a gala evening with a cocktail dinner on the last evening.

The hosted buyers are housed in hotels on the Croisette, and the networking times are shared between these hotels, some of which have outdoor spaces, and the Palais. At midday, three options coexist in 2026: a business lunch organised by matchmaking after mutual validation, a cocktail at the VIP Club, or a free lunch, depending on status and the options purchased.

Community & networks

The trade show belongs to the family of Weyou Group One to One Meetings trade shows, which applies the same format in Cannes to other sectors: events with Heavent Meetings Cannes, marketing and customer experience with All4Customer Cannes, hospitality and catering with Hotel & Restaurant Meetings Cannes, scheduled for 23, 24 and 25 March 2027. The latter appears, with Workplace Meetings Cannes and Workspace Paris, among the trade shows the organiser recommends on the same theme.

The Interior & Exterior Design brand is also offered in Marbella, at the Palacio de Congresos, on 2, 3 and 4 February 2027, as well as in Amsterdam.

The partners page, which is undated, displays the logo of the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès as official partner, and those of the magazine Intramuros and of Mueble de España among the press and trade show partners; the press logo files date from 2024.

On site: what you need to know

The trade show takes place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, on the Croisette. The railway station, served by TGV high-speed trains, is about a six-minute walk away. Nice-Côte d'Azur airport, less than 30 km away, is linked to Cannes by shuttles in about 45 minutes, and Cannes-Mandelieu airport handles business aviation. A car park of 924 spaces lies under the Palais.

Announced times for 2026: Wednesday 25 November from 08:45 to 19:00, Thursday 26 November from 08:45 to 18:00. According to the published programme, the meetings start at 10:10 in the morning, until 12:30, and resume at 15:10 in the afternoon, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30. Tuesday 24 November is among the announced dates, with no times published; the concept places the opening cocktail on the first evening.

Access is by badge, including to the evening events: the exhibitor pack contains the badges and, where applicable, the wristbands giving access to lunches, the VIP Club or the evenings, depending on the options in the contract.

How much it costs to exhibit

Weyou Group publishes no price list online: the website offers a 15-minute introductory call to detail the participation formats and locations, and refers to an exhibitor information request to receive the participation terms. The website describes their components: a bare stand, a carpeted area to be fitted out yourself, or an equipped stand with partitions, lighting, electricity, Wi-Fi and basic furniture; a meeting schedule with the hosted buyers; contract options for lunches, the VIP Club and evenings.

The website does not say whether accommodation is included in participation. It strongly advises exhibitors to book in the hotels where the hosted buyers stay, since most of the networking takes place there.

The organiser highlights an average return on investment of 7 to 15 times measured over 18 months, 70% of exhibitors who re-sign within 30 days and an exhibitor satisfaction of 4.5 out of 5. These indicators are presented as those of its One to One Meetings trade shows in general, and the figure series on its ROI page are consolidated group data since 2017, whereas this trade show has existed only since 2024: they do not measure Interior & Exterior Design Meetings alone.

Preparing your visit

For the exhibitor

  • Take care over the exhibitor profile, brands, solutions, products and services: the matchmaking platform cross-checks this data against the hosted buyers' projects.
  • Design a stand that shows the material and the finish: a marble, a textile or a tap are judged in person, and the meeting lasts only 15 minutes.
  • Prepare recent references in hospitality, residential or yachting, the project fields of the invited specifiers.
  • Book early in the hosted buyers' hotels, where the meetings outside the schedule take place.
  • Check the options purchased before arriving, lunches, VIP Club and evenings: badges and wristbands depend on them.

For the decision-making visitor

  • Apply to the Hosted Buyers programme if a fit-out, renovation or decoration project is under way: if selected, the schedule is built around that project and your stay is covered, subject to the programme's conditions.
  • Otherwise, request a free accreditation by justifying your role and company; a photograph or additional information may be requested.
  • Sort through the meetings proposed: the programme leaves the buyer the choice to accept or decline them.
  • Keep time for the stands you were not matched with and for the conferences, whose 2026 programme had not been published on 3 October.

CSR policy & initiatives

The trade show's undated CSR/ESG page highlights a partnership with the Palais des Festivals and SNCF: chartered TGV trains for the invited buyers, with a calculation of 3.25 kg of CO₂e per person by train against 140 kg by plane, established by the organiser from SNCF and Air France data; the group's page places this calculation on a round trip from Paris, Paris-Cannes by train against Paris-Nice by plane. The website does not say which stations the chartered TGV trains leave from, nor what share of the hosted buyers take them.

At group level, Weyou Group cites HQE-certified offices, hybrid working, a policy of professional equality and inclusion, and a long-term shareholder, EMZ Partners, a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment. No ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is displayed.

The venue brings its own guarantees: the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès has been a société à mission since 2022, is certified ISO 20121 for responsible event management, ISO 9001 and ISO 18788, and has held the Destination Innovante Durable label since 2023 as well as the Tourisme & Handicap label.

On the offer side, some exhibitors highlight a responsible approach, such as the Manufacture de Tourly with its rugs in traced French wool: this is an exhibitor's sales argument, not a commitment by the organiser.

Trajectory analysis

The trade show is young. Weyou Group announced it on 3 October 2023 under the name Interior Design Meetings, then renamed it Interior & Exterior Design Meetings between December 2023 and February 2024, before the first edition; the initial presentation already covered indoor and outdoor products and materials. It settled straight into the late-November slot at the Palais des Festivals.

The launch press release aimed at 80 to 100 exhibitors, more than 1,200 one to one meetings and four conferences for the first edition. The list published after the 2024 edition had 69 exhibitors with a stand, that of 2025 had 76. The 80 exhibitors displayed for 2026 fall within the same range, with no official report to confirm them.

The make-up, however, changes quickly. Of the 35 exhibitors registered in early October 2026, thirteen brands were not present in 2025, and several big names of the previous edition, such as Poltrona Frau, Cassina or Bang & Olufsen, were not yet on it. A stable core remains: at least nine exhibitors appear on the 2024, 2025 and 2026 lists, including Meljac, Florim Stone, Groupe Mongreville, Édition Bougainville, Creativ Mobilier, Geberit and Marmo Arredo.

The model is exported like the group's other trade shows: the home page announced in December 2024 its duplication in Marbella, and the brand has appeared since 2025 in Weyou Group's offer in the Netherlands.

The dates of the 2027 edition in Cannes had not been announced at the time of writing.
