Key facts

  • SolutionsCSE is a network of free trade shows for CSE representatives (works council members), staff representatives and public-sector social action bodies (COS, CAS, CNAS). Each show brings together suppliers of social and cultural activities: travel, ticketing, gifts, employee benefits, event organisation and running the CSE.
  • It is not a single trade show but a circuit: the organiser advertises 50 shows in France, with a calendar for each half-year (29 shows in the first half of 2026, 23 in the second). This listing covers the network and the 2027 editions already confirmed, city by city.
  • First confirmed 2027 date: SolutionsCSE Lyon, on Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March 2027, at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon, from 9am to 5pm. Paris follows on 24 and 25 March 2027 (venue to be confirmed on the show page), with 350 exhibitors expected, the highest volume announced in the 2027 calendar.
  • Organiser: Comexposium, which publishes the website and operates the SolutionsCSE brand, presented as formerly SalonsCE & FranceCE. No co-organiser.
  • Twice-yearly frequency across the network: one season in spring, one in autumn. The large cities (Lyon, Paris, Lille, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes) hold two editions a year.
  • Free entry on registration, badge required. Conferences are free with no registration.

The 2027 calendar by city

The other cities in the network (Marseille, Bordeaux, Rouen, Dijon, Montpellier, Orléans, Annecy, Le Mans, Parc Astérix, and the first-half shows such as Metz, Reims, Tours or Disneyland Paris) had no consistently published 2027 date at the time of writing.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

Exhibitors are suppliers selling to CSEs, that is, to the social and cultural activities budget and the operating budget. Each show groups them into seven sectors, the same in every city: employee benefits; chocolates, wines and gastronomy; entertainment and ticketing; running the CSE; economic and social missions; event organisation and Christmas parties; holidays and travel.

The organiser describes three complementary formats. The one-day format presents the local CSE offering with a conference cycle on the basics of the mandate. The two-day format, in the large cities, presents the regional offering with a full conference cycle. Paris brings together national and regional players, with more technical conferences. A series of so-called unusual shows is held in leisure parks or tourist sites: in 2027, Nigloland, the Cagnes-sur-Mer Hippodrome and Arena Futuroscope are already confirmed.

Across the network, the organiser advertises 1,400 exhibitors, 50,000 CSE representative visitors and 425 conferences. These are cumulative totals across all the shows, with no reference year given, and should not be confused with the size of any single show.

Notable exhibitors

The site publishes an exhibitor list for each city, loaded dynamically and still empty for the 2027 editions at the time of writing. For the first date of the year, the page to follow is the exhibitor and offers list for the Lyon show; for Paris, the exhibitors page for the Paris show.

The announced volumes per edition give a sense of scale: 350 exhibitors expected in Paris including 80 new ones, 200 in Lyon including 50 new ones, 200 in Lille, 180 in Nantes, 150 in Toulouse, 120 in Rennes, 110 in Strasbourg, and between 60 and 80 at the one-day shows.

Visitor quality

Access is filtered: the shows are intended solely for CSE members and staff representatives, as well as COS, CAS and CNAS teams and contacts in the public sector. All members of the same CSE can attend, each with their own badge. For a supplier, every visitor is therefore a buyer or influencer of a social budget.

The city pages announce an expected number of visits per edition: 4,000 in Paris, 2,000 in Nantes, 1,800 in Lille, 1,500 in Lyon, 1,200 in Toulouse, Rennes and Strasbourg, 500 at Futuroscope and Troyes, 390 in Valence, 250 in Limoges. These are stated targets, not audited results: no OJS certification is published.

The suppliers area highlights three indicators, with no method or survey year given: 91% of exhibitors at SolutionsCSE shows reportedly do business thanks to the show, 90% of visitors reportedly follow through on a project after their visit, and 84% of visitors said they intended to return in 2026.

Activities and community

Conference programme

The conferences and workshops are free, open access and need no registration; the organiser advises arriving a quarter of an hour early to get a seat. They cover CSE fundamentals, social news and the practice of the mandate, and are led by experts.

For 2027, Paris announces 45 conferences and workshops, Lyon 10. The detailed programmes were not yet published at the time of writing: the conferences page for the Lyon show returned no results.

The Trophées des CSE

Launched in 2025 for the 80th anniversary of the creation of the works council, the Trophées des CSE reward actions carried out by CSEs. The 2nd ceremony was held in Paris in 2026. Among the categories of the 2nd edition were the purchasing power award, the occupational health award and the communication award; the 3rd edition announces five award categories.

Applications, open only to serving CSE, COS and CAS representatives, are open (home page, August 2026). The jury deliberates in January 2027 and the awards ceremony is announced for March 2027 in Paris, during the show on 24 and 25 March 2027.

Community and networks

SolutionsCSE is not limited to the shows. The brand publishes Mag'CSE, an information site for CSE representatives, and runs Les Rendez-vous, a premium three-day format of qualified meetings between CSE representatives and suppliers, held from 1 to 3 April 2026 at Club Med La Palmyre and scheduled for 4 to 6 November 2026 at Parc Astérix. The MementoCSE 2026-2027 guide is handed out to visitors at the shows.

The organiser advertises more than 35 years of supporting CSE representatives, under the SalonsCE and FranceCE brands before SolutionsCSE.

On site: what you need to know

All shows are open from 9am to 5pm without a break, with free entry and exit on presentation of the badge. The site points out that visiting costs (transport, meals) can be charged to the CSE's operating budget and that visiting time can be counted as delegation hours; a certificate of attendance is issued at the visitor reception.

Coffee, tea and soft drinks are offered at the Café des Élus at the two-day shows, and a catering area is open from 12pm to 2pm. In Lyon, lunch is offered to the first 300 visitors.

For Lyon, the show takes place at the Centre de Congrès de Lyon, 50 quai Charles de Gaulle: buses C1 and C2 and line 70 from Lyon Part-Dieu station, C4, C5 and C26 from the metro, and three car parks less than three minutes' walk away. For Paris, the venue for the 2027 edition is to be confirmed on the show page; the 2026 Paris shows were held at Porte de Versailles. For every other city, the address and access details are on the show's practical information page.

How much it costs to exhibit

Comexposium does not publish any SolutionsCSE price list online: participation terms are given on request via the suppliers area and the regional teams. The amounts below are indicative orders of magnitude for a regional show of this format. They are in no way the official SolutionsCSE prices.
Poste de dépenseFourchette basseFourchette haute
Equipped stand at a one-day show (indicative)€1,500€4,000
Equipped stand at a two-day show in a large city (indicative)€3,000€8,000
Materials, samples, prizes and competitions€300€2,000
Team travel, accommodation and meals€300€2,000
INDICATIVE TOTAL, one day in a regional city~€2,100~€8,000
INDICATIVE TOTAL, two days in a large city~€3,600~€12,000

The strength of the network lies in its granularity: a supplier with regional coverage can target only the shows in its own area, while a national player can chain Paris and the large cities together. The annual budget is therefore built city by city. Prices and any multi-show packages should be requested from Comexposium.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Choose your cities before choosing your stand: the network map lets you cover a specific territory, and the one-day shows bring together 60 to 80 exhibitors, which leaves more room for each one.
  • Prepare a CSE-specific offer, with negotiated prices or group terms: visitors come to compare and the organiser promotes special offers and preferential rates.
  • Anticipate the CSE budget calendar: Christmas parties, gift vouchers and summer travel are often decided several months ahead.
  • Aim to speak at a workshop if your offer relates to running the CSE or its obligations.

For CSE representatives

  • Register in advance and download your badge: registration is free and every CSE member needs their own.
  • Split the visit by sector among team members: seven sectors is a lot for a single day.
  • Pick out the conferences useful to your mandate, which need no registration, and arrive a quarter of an hour early.
  • Ask for your certificate of attendance on the way out.

Policy and CSR initiatives

At show level, the visible commitments are occasional: each practical page links to an ADEME calculator to choose the lowest-emission mode of transport, and the Paris show's practical information page presents, with no edition date given, a Café des Élus supplied by solidarity partners, including Café Joyeux, which supports the professional integration of people with disabilities, and the caterer La Table de Cana, committed to social reintegration. No ISO 20121 certification or SolutionsCSE-specific carbon footprint is displayed on the pages consulted.

At group level, Comexposium runs a commitment strategy called ALL INvolved, structured around ten initiatives covering governance, communities, the environment and teams. The group has joined the UFI Net Zero Carbon Events initiative for 2050 and applies the 5R method to the design of its events. In 2025, Comexposium obtained the Positive Company CSR label, with a score of 62.66 out of 100 and the 2-star level out of 3, covering Comexposium SAS and Comexposium One to One.

The touring format has its own effect: by multiplying local shows, the network reduces the distances travelled by visitors, but it multiplies stand assembly and transport for exhibitors who follow several cities. No figures are published on this point.

Trajectory analysis

The network works as a two-season circuit. In the first half of 2026, 29 shows followed one another from 5 February to 9 June, from Brest to Pairi Daiza; in the second, 23 shows ran from September to 3 November at Parc Astérix. The large cities generally return every season, while most one-day shows are held once a year.

Venues change often, even in the large cities. In Lyon, the show left the LDLC Arena (spring 2026) for the Cité Internationale in autumn 2026; the 2027 page indicates the Centre de Congrès, which is one of the buildings on that site. In Rennes, it has used three venues in three editions: the Glaz Arena, the Parc des Expositions, then the Couvent des Jacobins. For an exhibitor, this means checking the practical information page for each edition rather than relying on the previous year.

The 2027 calendar is being built gradually: at the time of writing, thirteen cities had a consistent 2027 date, six in spring and seven in autumn, against 29 shows in the first half of 2026 alone. Several historic spring cities, such as Marseille, Bordeaux or Metz, had no published 2027 date yet. The network is likely to fill in this calendar, but nothing suggests it will return to the same number of shows.
