Key takeaways
- Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360 Cannes is a trade show run in the One to One Meetings format: over two business days, suppliers in transport, logistics, intralogistics and packaging host invited buyers, the hosted buyers, on their stand for pre-scheduled 15-minute meetings.
- Next edition: announced for 21, 22 and 23 September 2027 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The two days of meetings are Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 September: the Practical information page announces hours of 08:45 to 19:00 on the 22nd and 08:45 to 18:00 on the 23rd, and the Programme page places the meetings from 10:00 to 12:50 then from 15:30 to 18:20.
- Calendar change: the last edition was held from 19 to 21 January 2026 and, in June 2026, the website was still announcing an edition from 18 to 20 January 2027. The site now shows September 2027, on the same dates and at the same venue as All4Customer Cannes, another One to One Meetings trade show from the same organiser and the larger of the two according to the figures each website displays. Their figures are not combined.
- Organiser: Weyou Group, a company headquartered in Suresnes. No co-organiser. Annual frequency, on a shifting calendar: November until 2023, except in 2021 (31 August to 2 September), February in 2025, January in 2026, September in 2027.
- Launched in 2017 as Logistics Meetings, the trade show became Transports & Logistics Meetings from its second edition, in 2018. Its current name, centred on intralogistics, appeared in 2026.
- Size: the homepage announces 80 exhibitors and 130 hosted buyers, without specifying an edition year. The most recent dated report published goes back to 2019: 121 exhibitors, 250 top decision-makers and 2,654 business meetings.
Who exhibits
Typical profile
The offer falls into fourteen families, those of the business sector filter on the site's exhibitors page: freight transport and distribution; freight forwarding and chartering; outsourced logistics and value-added services; intralogistics; robotics and automation; warehouse equipment; supply chain management and sustainability; digitalisation, data and AI; fleet management and alternative energies; regulation, traceability and compliance; logistics real estate and infrastructure; security and cybersecurity; operational excellence and transformation; packaging and handling units.
In practice, the range runs from road haulage, temperature-controlled or oversize, to B2B and e-commerce last-mile delivery, from commission agents and freight forwarders to 3PL and 4PL contract logistics, from AGVs, AMRs and picking robots to forklift trucks and racking, and from TMS, WMS and flow-tracking tools to logistics real estate, ports and reusable pallets. Stands are offered in several sizes, as a bare space or a fitted stand.
Notable exhibitors
The list published during the January 2026 edition had 70 entries: 65 with a stand number and five media partners without a stand. The transport providers included parcel and express operators, with Chronopost, DPD France, Ciblex France and DHL eCommerce Cross-Border Solutions, as well as carriers and logistics operators: Geodis, ID Logistics, Kuehne+Nagel, Rhenus Logistics France, Groupe Mazet, Transalliance, Transports Toussaint, Transports Van de Walle, Viaposte and La Poste's Log'issimo.
There were also port and river players, with Haropa Port, Port de Barcelona, Medlink Ports and the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône. On the warehouse side, there were Geek+, Scallog, Kardex and Galam Robotics for automation and robotics, Raja, Smurfit Westrock, Cabka and Knauf Industries for packaging and pallets, and supply chain consultancies such as Miebach Consulting and Simco Consulting.
The official exhibitors page, still titled « Exposants 2026 » in the menu, no longer shows the January 2026 list: it currently displays only two companies with a stand number. The 2027 edition's list is therefore still to come.
Visitor quality
The core of the format is the Hosted Buyers programme. Weyou Group's teams select buyers with projects, from one week to 18 months out, that the trade show's exhibitors can deliver; each meeting is approved by both sides, buyer and exhibitor, before being scheduled. A hosted buyer receives between 10 and 18 meetings depending on their needs, can accept or decline each one, and their stay is covered: transport, 5-star hotel and catering.
The targeted roles are those of the supply chain's decision-makers: supply chain, logistics and transport directors, logistics site and warehouse managers, platform managers, transport buyers and fleet managers, but also packaging managers, plant managers, CSR directors and general management.
Alongside the hosted buyers, accredited visitors can walk the show and meet the exhibitors. Entry is free but subject to named accreditation checked in advance; students and the general public are not admitted.
The homepage also publishes satisfaction scores from the most recent edition, drawn from the organiser's platform: 4.01 out of 5 from exhibitors, 4.63 out of 5 from hosted buyers. The site mentions no certification of these figures by a third-party body.
Programme & community
Conference programme
The programme published for 2027 details at this stage only the mechanics of the two days: the Programme page places meetings on the stands from 10:00 to 12:50 then from 15:30 to 18:20, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30, on Wednesday 22 as on Thursday 23. No conference appears there yet, whereas the Visit page mentions conferences and workshops open to accredited visitors.
At the January 2026 edition, the programme had two plenary conferences and three exhibitor workshops. The first plenary, « Entrepôt : l'automatisation et la robotisation à la portée de tous ? » (warehouse automation and robotisation within everyone's reach?), organised by the media outlet Voxlog, announced speakers from Kardex and Scallog; the second was about the emotional intelligence of industrial leaders in the age of AI. The workshops announced were those of DPD France on steering performance with the Net Promoter Score, Westernacher on transport planning with SAP and Simco Consulting on the five dimensions of the warehouse.
In 2023, the official catalogue showed the same approach: an opening conference on the levers for decarbonising flows, plenaries on logistics 4.0 and on the impact of inflation on the supply chain, and workshops by GXO, Castignac, Mapotempo by Woop and Warning Group.
Networking
In January 2026, two evenings were reserved for exhibitors and top decision-makers: a welcome cocktail the day before the business days, from 21:00, and a closing cocktail on the last evening, from 20:30. For 2027, the Programme page details only the lunches: a business lunch arranged through matchmaking after mutual approval, a VIP cocktail at the VIP Club on presentation of a dedicated wristband, or a free lunch, depending on status and the services booked.
Hosted buyers will be put up in hotels on the Croisette. Networking time is shared between those of these hotels that have outdoor spaces and the Palais.
Community & networks
The trade show belongs to Weyou Group's family of One to One Meetings trade shows, which applies the same concept in Cannes to other sectors, including events with Heavent Meetings Cannes and workplace design with Workplace Meetings Cannes. The Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360 brand also runs editions in Marbella, Spain, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
All4Customer Cannes is devoted to customer experience, AI, digital marketing, data, e-commerce and retail. In 2027, the two trade shows show the same dates and the same venue, without their websites mentioning it. Each keeps its own website, its own Hosted Buyers programme and its own figures: 200 exhibitors and 300 hosted buyers shown for All4Customer, 80 exhibitors and 130 hosted buyers for Transports & Logistics Intralogistics 360.
For the sector's exhibition trade shows in Paris, see the SITL and Supply Chain Event.
The Palais des Festivals is shown as official partner. Among the media partners, the partners page, which is undated, presents Classe Export and its Guide Transporter, Voxlog, Logistique Performante, the Journal du Poids Lourd, Digital Mag, Ecommerce Mag and Magileads.
On site: what you need to know
The trade show is held at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, on the Croisette. The SNCF train station is a five or six-minute walk away, the Palm Bus network serves the Palais from Cannes and neighbouring towns, and Nice-Côte d'Azur airport is 27 km away, linked by bus lines.
The Practical information page announces, for 22 September 2027, hours of 08:45 to 19:00 and, for 23 September, 08:45 to 18:00. Tuesday 21 September is among the announced dates, with no published times to date; in January 2026, the day before the business days hosted the welcome cocktail.
Access is by badge only, for the trade show as for the evening events and highlights, depending on the options booked. Exhibitors receive a wallet containing their badges and, where applicable, the wristbands linked to lunches or evening events. The trade show is not open to the public.
How much it costs to exhibit
Weyou Group does not publish any price list online: the site offers a 15-minute introductory call to detail the participation formats, the locations and the results obtained by exhibitors. It describes the components: a bare stand, a carpeted space to be fitted out, or a fitted stand with partitions, lighting, electricity, Wi-Fi and basic furniture; a schedule of meetings with hosted buyers, which the organiser presents as meetings sold and planned; contract options for lunches, the VIP Club and evening events.
As for accommodation, the organiser strongly advises booking in the hotels where the hosted buyers stay, since most of the networking time takes place there: this is a cost to plan for in advance.
To justify the investment, the organiser shows a return on investment of 7 to 15 times measured over 18 months, more than 70% of exhibitors re-booking within the month following the event, and a third of scanned contacts obtained outside scheduled meetings. These indicators cover all of its One to One Meetings trade shows, not this trade show alone, and are measured using its own tools.
Preparing your visit
For the exhibitor
- Book accommodation early in the hosted buyers' hotels, on the Croisette: this is where most of the networking time will take place.
- Take care over the description of your brands, solutions, products and services: this is the exhibitor data the matchmaking platform cross-references with hosted buyers' projects.
- Prepare a demonstration that fits into 15 minutes on the stand, ideally backed by a customer case from the same industry.
- Check the contract options before the event, lunches, VIP Club and evening events: access depends on them.
- Follow the publication of the 2027 programme: no workshop appears there yet, whereas the January 2026 programme announced three, run by exhibitors.
For the decision-making visitor
- Apply to the Hosted Buyers programme if a transport, warehouse or packaging project is under way or under consideration: the organiser places its buyers' projects between one week and 18 months out, the agenda is built around this project and the stay is covered.
- Otherwise, request free visitor accreditation, to be justified by your role and company.
- Accept or decline each meeting proposed: the programme leaves this control with the buyer.
- Use the format to compare several providers on the same need, a transport tender or an automation project, under the same conditions and within two days.
CSR policy & initiatives
The trade show's undated CSR/ESG page highlights a partnership with the Palais des Festivals and SNCF: chartered TGVs to bring in the invited decision-makers, with a calculation of 3.25 kg of CO₂e per person by train against 140 kg by plane, or about 136.75 kg avoided, based on SNCF and Air France data; the group's page places this calculation on a Paris-Cannes journey, by TGV against a return flight. The page does not say which editions the arrangement applies to.
At group level, Weyou Group cites HQE-certified offices, a hybrid working arrangement, a professional equality and inclusion policy, and a long-term shareholder, EMZ Partners, a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment. No ISO 20121 certification specific to the trade show is shown.
The subject is present in the content, which does not amount to a commitment by the organiser: the exhibitors' grid gives space to supply chain decarbonisation and to alternative energies for fleets, and the 2023 edition opened with a conference devoted to decarbonising flows.
The venue provides its own guarantees: the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, the trade show's official partner, has been a « société à mission » since 2022 and displays ISO 20121 (responsible event management), ISO 9001 and ISO 18788 certifications, as well as the Destination Innovante Durable and Tourisme & Handicap labels.

Trajectory analysis
The trade show long held an autumn slot. Launched in November 2017, it stayed with November until 2023, with one exception: the edition planned for 24 to 26 November 2020 was postponed to 2021 after the lockdown announcement, first announced for 6 to 8 April, and was finally held from 31 August to 2 September 2021. It then slid to February 2025, with no edition in 2024, then to January 2026, before moving to September in 2027. The site does not explain this latest change, and it does not say whether the two trade shows will share spaces or highlights.
The name followed the widening of the offer. Logistics Meetings became Transports & Logistics Meetings from 2018, the organiser citing the arrival of a large number of transport players. The following names took in packaging and storage, with Transports Logistics and Pack Storage Meetings then Transports Logistics Storage Meetings, before the current name, which highlights intralogistics and AI solutions.
The exhibitor lists, on the other hand, show a contraction: 121 exhibitors in the 2019 report, 116 exhibitors with a stand number on the 2021 list and 103 on the 2022 one, 94 in the 2023 catalogue, 75 in 2025 and 65 in January 2026. Units vary from one source to another and no recent edition has had a dated report, but the trend is clear: on a comparable scope, excluding media partners, the list fell from 116 exhibitors in 2021 to 65 in January 2026, a drop of around 44% between 2021 and January 2026. The 80 exhibitors shown on the homepage, with no edition year, would mark a recovery if they relate to 2027, which only the final list will confirm.
Dates for the 2028 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
