Key takeaways

  • Degré Zéro Marseille is the Marseille edition of Degré Zéro, a trade show for professionals devoted to alcohol-free or low-alcohol drinks, the segment the industry calls No/Low: dealcoholised wines, alcohol-free beers and spirits, and fermented, functional or gastronomic drinks.
  • Next edition: from Sunday 14 to Tuesday 16 February 2027, at the Palais des Arts of Parc Chanot Marseille. Opening hours have not yet been published.
  • Organiser: Sirha Food, the food service brand of the GL events group. At the end of 2025 it acquired Break Events Group, the company that had launched Degré Zéro. The entity that publishes the website and is named as the “Organiser” in its general terms of sale is GL events Exhibitions Opérations, a société anonyme (public limited company) registered in the Lyon commercial register (RCS).
  • A first Marseille edition, lasting one day, was held on Monday 20 April 2026 at the Palais des Arts. The 2027 edition takes place in February instead of April.
  • Same organiser, same dates, same park: the 2027 edition coincides with Sirha Méditerranée, the food service trade show run by Sirha Food at Marseille Chanot. Degré Zéro keeps its own website and its own badge, and neither site mentions any cross-link with the other.
  • No results with figures have been published for the 2026 Marseille edition. The figures the organiser highlights relate to Paris: 112 exhibitors and more than 1,100 visitors for the February 2026 edition.
  • Entry is restricted to professionals, with a free badge on presentation of proof.

Who exhibits

Typical profile

The organiser describes its exhibitors as producers of wines, ciders, beers, No/Low spirits, and fermented, gastronomic, functional and creative drinks. The activities listed in the directory on the Marseille site range from dealcoholised and partially dealcoholised wines to drinks based on dealcoholised wines, taking in alcohol-free beers, dealcoholised or alcohol-free spirits, gastronomic drinks (infused, macerated, fermented), functional drinks and fermented drinks such as cider, kefir or kombucha.

Wine holds an important place: at the 2025 Paris edition, most exhibitors were French and came from the wine world, with beers, spirits, kombuchas and hybrid products as well, according to the report published by the World Alcohol-Free Awards. The exhibitors at the April 2026 Marseille edition ranged from wine houses that extend their range with dealcoholised versions to brands conceived as alcohol-free from the outset, according to Le Méridional (22 April 2026).

Notable exhibitors

The Marseille edition's website displays an exhibitors page with a counter of 85 exhibitors and no indication of which edition it refers to: it does not confirm participation for February 2027, and several houses appear under more than one entry or by product range. For the April 2026 edition, Le Méridional (22 April 2026) names in particular the houses Jaillance, Substance, Jardins and La Galinière.

Visitor quality

The audience is exclusively professional. For Marseille, the organiser targets bars, restaurants and hotels, distributors and importers, wine merchants (cavistes) and concept stores, buyers and prescribers.

Across all Degré Zéro shows, it publishes a breakdown by range: 18 to 27% wine merchants and delicatessens, 23 to 25% importers and key account agents, 12 to 14% distributors and wholesalers, 15 to 18% CHR players (cafés, hotels and restaurants: restaurateurs, hoteliers, bar managers, mixologists). These ranges are not specific to Marseille, and no OJS certification or independent audit of attendance is published.

Events & community

Conference programme

The 2027 programme has not been published, and the site documents no conference programme for the 2026 Marseille edition. The format it highlights is tasting and networking: discovering No/Low trends, meeting producers and distributors, testing products.

The Degré Zéro barometer

The organiser publishes a barometer of No/Low consumption, produced in partnership with the Collectif du vin no/low (the No/Low Wine Collective). The 2025 edition surveyed 2,301 French people on their profiles, preferred drinks, places of purchase and consumption, expectations and barriers. Among its findings, 49% of alcohol drinkers also consume No/Low drinks, those the organiser calls flexidrinkers. The document can be downloaded from the Marseille edition page of the site.

Community & networks

Degré Zéro was born in Paris, driven by Break Events Group, before that company's acquisition by Sirha Food, announced at the end of 2025. The deal also included the TastyWines Meetings, business conventions between producers and importers. The show has thus joined the Sirha Food ecosystem, which includes Sirha Lyon, Sirha Méditerranée, Sirha Bake & Snack and Smahrt Toulouse.

Since 2026, Degré Zéro has operated as a network of cities. Besides Marseille, the organiser announces a Lyon edition on Monday 19 October 2026 at La Sucrière, and a one-day Paris edition on Sunday 14 February 2027, the same day as the Marseille opening.

The Collectif du vin No/Low, which brings together players from vine to glass around reduced-alcohol and alcohol-free wines, is among the partners shown, together with the trade media Le Monde de l'Épicerie Fine and V&S News and the wine accessories specialist Orcel&Romieu. The site does not link these partners to any dated edition.

On site: what you need to know

The show occupies the Palais des Arts, one of the seven palais of Parc Chanot Marseille. Built for the 1922 colonial exhibition, this historic building hosts meetings and receptions on the ground floor, with an adjoining garden, according to the park's operator. Since 1 January 2025, the park has been run by Marseille events, a subsidiary created by the GL events group, which also owns Sirha Food.

The park is a direct five-stop metro ride from Marseille Saint-Charles station, ten minutes from the Vieux-Port and thirty minutes from Marseille Provence airport. Paris is three hours away by TGV. On site, 1,800 parking spaces are charged at €7 per day during Chanot events, and a taxi rank is located at the main entrance, on the Rond-Point du Prado.

Entry is restricted to professionals. The badge, called Pass Degré Zéro Marseille, is free on presentation of proof in PDF or JPG format: a Kbis extract (French company registration extract), a business card or an INSEE certificate, stating last name, first name and company. Employees of exhibiting companies go through their account manager, and journalists have an accreditation form.

How much it costs to exhibit

Sirha Food publishes no price list for Degré Zéro Marseille. Requests go through the GL events exhibitor area: at the time of writing, the footer link Exposer (Exhibit) leads to the participation request form for the Lyon edition, which lists Marseille on 14-16 February 2027 among the upcoming editions. The form is not contractual: a sales representative gets back in touch to clarify the request. For visitors, entry is free for professionals.

Preparing your visit

For exhibitors

  • Choose your edition with full knowledge of the facts: Paris is announced for Sunday 14 February 2027 over a single day, and Marseille from the same day. A brand targeting both must anticipate this overlap.
  • Specify the Marseille edition in the participation request, as the only form to mention the February 2027 edition is currently the Lyon one.
  • Confirm the public opening days with the organiser before sizing your stock of samples: no opening hours have been published yet.
  • Take advantage of Sirha Méditerranée being held at the park on the same days to invite restaurateur and hotelier clients to drop by the Palais des Arts, with their own Degré Zéro badge, as no joint badge has been announced.

For decision-making visitors

  • Request your badge in advance, with proof of professional status.
  • Combine the visit with Sirha Méditerranée, planning for both registrations: no joint badge has been announced.
  • Read the 2025 Degré Zéro barometer before coming, to frame your expectations about consumer demand.
  • Plan your route by category: dealcoholised wines, beers, alcohol-free spirits, and fermented and functional drinks do not follow the same tasting criteria or the same distribution channels.

Policy & CSR initiatives

The fall in alcohol consumption is the show's commercial driver. It is a market theme, which should be distinguished from an organisational commitment.

The Degré Zéro website has no Commitments or CSR section, and no ISO 20121 certification specific to the show is displayed. The Sirha Collect anti-waste programme, promoted by Sirha Méditerranée, is not mentioned for Degré Zéro.

At group level, GL events publishes a CSR policy in three strands, Planet, People and Communities. For 2024, the group reports a 4% reduction in its carbon footprint per euro of turnover, energy consumption down 6% compared with 2023, 75% renewable electricity, including 100% for its French sites, and 44% of its entities ISO-certified, mainly ISO 20121.

The venue provides a documented guarantee: Marseille events, the operator of Marseille Chanot, is certified ISO 20121 for the management of its spaces and the hosting of events.

Trajectory analysis

Degré Zéro grew quickly in Paris: 35 exhibitors for the first edition in 2024, nearly 70 in 2025, 112 in 2026, and attendance rising from 1,028 to more than 1,100 visitors. The show presents itself as the first professional trade show specifically dedicated to alcohol-free or low-alcohol drinks. In 2025, the Paris edition took place the day before Wine Paris opened, which brought it, according to the World Alcohol-Free Awards, a share of international visitors who had come for the wine show.

Since the acquisition by Sirha Food, the show has been changing scale. In 2026 it moved beyond the Paris-only format, to Marseille in April, then Lyon, announced for Monday 19 October. The 2026 Marseille edition had been announced with around a hundred exhibitors; no public results report has confirmed this. For 2027, Marseille moves from April to February and coincides with the dates of Sirha Méditerranée, at the same park. The site does not comment on this choice.

The organiser's argument rests on demand: according to its figures, alcohol consumption in France has fallen by more than 60% since 1960, the No/Low segment has grown by 30% since 2022 to approach €300 million, and alcohol-free drinks already account for 40 to 45% of turnover in out-of-home catering.

The dates of the 2028 edition had not been announced at the time of writing.
